After a brief wait, the group assembled before Arthur. Joseph, John the blacksmith, Robin the architect, Ash and his wife Lisa, the farmers, Isabella and Jasmine, the healers, Mark the miner, Hena the tailor, Sam the carpenter and lastly Blaze the platinum rank Guardian hero- each a leader in their respective profession - stood attentively.
Arthur's gaze swept across the room, his voice clear and authoritative. "I am now going to establish different departments," he announced, his words piquing their interest. "So, listen carefully." The room fell silent, anticipation hanging in the air as they awaited his next words.
Arthur's announcement was met with interest as he outlined the departmental structure:
"After careful consideration, I have decided to establish the following seven departments:
1. Creation Department: This department will oversee construction, maintenance, and innovation in building design and infrastructure. Robin, as the lead architect, and Sam, as the lead carpenter, will work together to spearhead this department.
2. Agriculture Department: Ash and Lisa, our experienced farmers, will lead this department, focusing on optimizing crop yields, managing resources, and ensuring food security for our territory.
3. Equipment Department: John, our skilled blacksmith, will head this department, responsible for crafting and maintaining essential tools, equipment, and hardware for our territory's needs.
4. Mining Department: Mark, with his expertise in mining, will oversee the extraction and processing of valuable resources, ensuring their efficient use and management.
5. Territory Administration Department: Joseph, with your extensive knowledge of territorial affairs, you will lead this department, overseeing governance, administration, and strategic planning.

7. Defence Force: Our Platinum Guardian hero Blaze will be incharge of this department, with his soldiers, they will be responsible for protecting our territory, maintaining law and order, and defending our interests.
Each department will work in tandem to ensure the prosperity and security of our territory. I expect collaboration, innovation, and dedication from each of you as we move forward."

Joseph replied, "My lord, I have no concerns. The structure seems well-thought-out."
Robin bowed slightly, "I concur, my lord. I'm eager to contribute to the Creation Department."
Ash and Lisa nodded in unison, "We're pleased with the plan, my lord. Thank you for considering our expertise."
John said, "No problems here, my lord. I'm ready to forge ahead."
Isabella smiled, "We're grateful for the Medical Department, my lord. We'll do our best to serve."
Mark nodded respectfully, "The Mining Department is ready to serve, my lord."
Sam said, "I'm honored to lead the Creation Department's carpentry section, my lord."
Hena curtsied slightly, "We're all set, my lord. Thank you for this opportunity."
"Good, then go and inform all the professionals about these new changes," Arthur instructed.
"Robin, your Creation Department has new work – build a base for every department where they can all work efficiently," he added, turning to Robin.
- Shift the blacksmith shops to the north side of the territory.
- Healers will be stationed near the housing areas.
- Agriculture will be based on the land in the south side.
- The Creation Department will also be located in the north.
- The Mining Department will be in the east side, where I'll set up a portable mining cave for efficient mineral extraction.

- The Defence Force will be stationed near the military base, as they are soldiers and require proximity to their training and deployment areas.

With the meeting concluded, Arthur dismissed the group. "Now you may leave," he said, and they departed with enthusiasm, recognizing the benefits of holding a key position in the territory's early stages. They anticipated gaining respect from the territory peoples. But they all understand the responsibility of the position they hold so they are also serious about the work.
Once alone, Arthur turned his attention to the next task. "I'll need to head east and deploy the portable mining cave I received as a system reward," he thought, making his way to the designated location.
Upon arriving at the east side, Arthur activated the portable mining cave, setting the stage for efficient mineral extraction and paving the way for the Mining Department's success. With the cave in place, the territory's resource gathering capabilities would significantly improve.
Arthur's tone was laced with humility as he remarked, "This won't be much, but this mineral cave can help my territory, even if it's little." He was well aware that the resources he obtained from extracting monster corpses and defeating formidable foes far eclipsed the potential output of the cave. The sheer volume of materials he had amassed through his conquests rendered the cave's contribution almost inconsequential in comparison.
