"Hi everyone, can I join?"
Suddenly the chocolate ice that was in my mouth, trying to swallow it, I just threw it aside. And there, Jerry stood with his dirty clothes, and his usual flat face, as if tired of it.
"J-Jerry, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."
I took a handkerchief, then raised my hand to try to wipe his dirty face.
"I can do it myself, you bastard!"
He pulled out his handkerchief with an annoyed face, then started to clean the sticky stains on his face.
I turned to the side, and I saw a girl with long yellow hair, an innocent, flat face, approaching and leaning over. Genta's eyes widened, then he started to get up from his seat.
"K-kairaa... Why are you here?"
Kaiira tilted her head in confusion, then innocently pointed to the hallway that had led her here.
"I was just walking around and happened to see you Genta, what are you guys talking about? Is it about ghosts? I want to know."
Gente gasped, but a faint smile couldn't help but tug at his lips.
"Do you like talking about Kaiira's ghost? Then you know what's being talked about right? About the Moon Queen?"
Kaiira raised an eyebrow in confusion,
"What? What did you say? Moon Queen?"
This time, Genta raised an eyebrow to answer his earlier confusion. His mischievous smile widened, but somehow there was an intention to dismantle something there.
"You seem very interested in the topic of ghosts, you know, but you don't even know the rumors about ghosts these days."
Kaiira shook her head slowly, then without hesitation her dim eyes stared forward without any hesitation at all.
"No... I do like ghost topics, but I don't really follow ghost topics all the time, I have many other more useful things to do."
Genta chuckled softly, then approached Kaiira with a mischievous smile that seemed to remain wide.
"Don't be offended, I was just kidding, okay?"
Kaiira kept a flat expression, and nodded her head slowly.
"Genta, who is she? Is she your friend? Or is she your girlfriend?"
Genta gasped, his cheeks flushed faintly, he cleared his throat softly, while his feet started to move away from Kaiira. There was a strange awkwardness filling them.
"W-We're just friends, okay? And Kaiira is the one I talked to while you were trapped behind the mirror."
Jerry clicked his tongue in annoyance, his blank eyes fixed on Kaiira, then he shifted again to Genta, and one of his eyebrows raised.
"Genta? So three girls aren't enough for you huh?"
"Jerry bastard!! I'm not like that, I'm not a playboy bastard!"
Everyone laughed out loud, wiping away a few tears I added.
"Oh yeah Kaiira, if you don't know yet, Genta actually has a lot of girlfriends out there, and the number is still increasing."
"Kama!!! You're all the same!! You're all bastards!"
Genta's words were only answered by our laughter, while Genta lowered his head with a red face, pitifully he turned to Kaiira.
"K-Kaiira, I'm not like that, you believe me right?"
Kaiira turned her head, her face showing confusion, her hand slowly rose to make a thumbs up pose. Her face was super innocent, with a faint voice, she said.
"It's okay Genta, if you have many girlfriends like that, I can only encourage you to take care of them all!"
Genta was silent, slowly starting to crouch down with a tired face, hugging his knees.
"Kaiira doesn't believe me."

"I saw it myself, the ghost seemed to be walking on air, I'm not lying at all, I swear. And my friend at that time, for some reason, felt as if he was being called, he went up, approached the Moon Queen. "
The young man sat with a face so panicked, there was a sense of guilt, his body was shaking violently. We were silent, looking straight ahead at him.
"And after that you fainted and were unconscious?"
My question made him look up at me, he nodded slowly with dim eyes, his breath was faintly audible, and more than that, his dark eye bags were very visible, n It seemed like he couldn't sleep at all after the incident a few days ago.
"So... You all can help me right?"
Jerry clicked his tongue, his grumpy face and sharp eyes fixed lazily on the young man.
"Don't get me wrong, we don't want to—"
For a moment his tongue was numb and for a few seconds he turned to look at my thin, threatening smile, sweat dripping from his temples, with a bitter smile and a chuckle he spoke again.
"Forget what I meant, of course we can help you, but well... If only you had more information."
"I'm sorry... I don't have much more information, if only I could be conscious until the end."
I went over to pat his tense shoulder and gave him a smile, trying to cheer him up.
"Don't blame yourself, okay we will find for your friend, but we can't find him quickly, we need time."
He smiled softly, for the first time as if a little burden had been lifted.
"Thank you, it turns out you guys are a reliable group of detectives as Ray said."
Hearing that, Ray turned and started walking, trying to avoid us as much as possible. Yadz's hand reached out to hold Ray's shoulder, his eyes dull with a flat expression.
"What do you mean detective huh? Ray is an idiot."
We chuckled softly, then I looked at the young man who glared and looked confused, but there was definitely a worried expression there.
"Wait... So you're not detectives? Then I'll just withdraw my request, I don't want you all to be in danger."
Ray ran, getting a little closer to the young man, trying to reassure him.
"Don't worry, buddy, whether we're a detective or not, if someone is in trouble, we're all ready to help."
I smiled, then tried to support Ray's words, and tried to reassure him as well.
"Right, just leave all this to us, you don't need to hesitate, and don't forget about yourself, you must be very tired... You better sleep and rest."
He nodded his head slowly, his eyes were still dim, but there was a small flash of light there. Although filled with doubt, but he tried to believe, the bell rang, and that was a sign, and that signified our farewell, Luna and I returned to class.
Jerry's face was twisted in annoyance, his eyes sharp, but it was clear that he had been holding back his indifference. I chuckled and patted his shoulder gently.
"What do you want huh? Don't expect me to join your stupid ghost research."
I chuckled for the umpteenth time, then I tried to persuade him.
"Come on buddy, without you our group wouldn't be complete, Luna, you agree too, right?"
Luna gasped, then awkwardly and confusedly she nodded slowly.
"I think the more people the better."
I embraced Jerry gently, my hand raised, to invite Luna to walk ahead of us. Luna was silent for a moment, her head tilted in confusion, but eventually she nodded, trying to make space for us.
"You know Jerry, I suspect that the Moon Queen is one of the Alphabet."
I lowered my voice, trying to sound faint and whispery. Jerry sighed, then he turned his head trying to give his attention for a moment.
"And what makes you feel that way?"
"I don't know? A hunch?"
Jerry rolled his eyes lazily, but his face no longer showed hesitation. He cleared his throat slowly until he finally spoke in a whisper.
"If you're that sure, I'll come with you, but remember! This isn't for you, it's just because I'm curious, remember that!"
I let go of my embrace to look at him with a raised eyebrow and a sarcastic expression.
"Since when did you become a Tsundere?"
We chuckled, and Jerry's expression was calm, normal and flat as usual, no longer showing his suppressed annoyance, everything had disappeared without a doubt.
A girl carrying a pile of books, running fast to reach her class and hoping not to be late, when she loses her balance and crashes into Jerry hard.
"Damn it! Don't look down when you walk, you bastard!"
The girl's body trembled with fear, then she looked up, seeing Jerry standing. Jerry's eyes widened, his lips parted slightly, his annoyed expression suddenly disappearing.
"Gii?"
