Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Damn Handsome Guy

Chapter 10: Damn Handsome Guy

One day, I went outside to receive some flowers, only to realize that the person handing them to me wasn't a delivery worker—it was Nice Butt.

I was stunned, completely unsure of how to react. After all, Nice Butt was still a stranger to me.

He handed me the bouquet, looked at me with warmth, and spoke in an incredibly gentle voice:

"Go out with me tonight."

I was immediately annoyed. His attitude and tone were a complete 180-degree turn from the rude way he had treated me before. Was he just pretending to be kind to flirt with me? But to be honest, his voice was so mesmerizing it could make anyone swoon.

I reminded myself not to fall for it.

I took the bouquet, dropped it in the trash, and walked straight into class.

"I'm busy tonight."

The whole class looked at me like I was some kind of divine being. God, this felt amazing.

I'm beautiful, so I have the right. Even if I'm not beautiful, I still have the right. Yep.

But Nice Butt wasn't ready to give up yet. He called after me as he turned to leave:

"I'll wait for you at your dorm tonight."

Right at that moment, Mr Aunt walked into the classroom, dignified and serious, embodying the image of a true teacher. He glanced at Nice Butt, and I could clearly read the words forming in Mr Aunt's mind:

"Does this guy even have good taste?"

Meanwhile, Duyên kept staring after Nice Butt, even after he was long gone.

Her expression was utterly unreadable.

That evening

I completely ignored Nice Butt, even though I knew he was probably standing outside waiting like an idiot. No matter how long he waited, I was not going out with him.

I stayed in my room, happily singing to myself.

Duyên walked in from the hallway.

"You don't have to go, but at least go down and tell him to leave. Don't be so heartless."

She seemed upset.

Hearing her words, I realized that I was being a bit too cruel.

Still wearing my pajamas and slippers, I went downstairs to tell Nice Butt to go home.

But as soon as I reached the entrance, he grabbed my hand and dragged me away.

He shoved me into his car and slammed the door shut, completely ignoring my protests.

I felt like I was being kidnapped. His forcefulness reminded me of his younger brother, Trần Bình Minh.

"What the hell are you doing?! Open the door! If you don't, I'll scream! Are you insane?!"

Why wasn't he listening to me?

By instinct, I reached out for my pink notebook. If I wrote something down now, maybe I could escape. But then I remembered—I hadn't brought my bag.

Damn it.

So that was the rule. If I wanted someone to obey me, I had to physically hold the notebook in my hands.

Nice Butt still said nothing. He locked the car and drove off coldly.

He stopped at The Garden Mall, dragged me out of the car, and pulled me inside.

I was furious, but there was nothing I could do. Just keeping up with him took all my energy.

He led me into a clothing store and picked out a dress, handing it to me.

"Try this on."

I suddenly became self-conscious. I was still wearing my pajamas and slippers, and everyone was staring at me like I was an alien.

Annoyed but having no choice, I grabbed the dress and went into the fitting room.

It was a white bodycon dress with sequin details. Under the store's bright lights, it sparkled beautifully, highlighting every curve on my body.

When I stepped out, Nice Butt's eyes lit up.

He had already picked out a pair of gorgeous high heels for me.

I was surprised by his good fashion sense. The shoes fit me perfectly.

The dress and shoes felt like magic, transforming me into a completely different person.

He stepped closer and whispered in my ear:

"You're beautiful."

Yeah, sure. I just looked slightly less ugly. Standing next to him, there was no way I could ever look truly beautiful.

I instantly took a step back, keeping a safe distance between us.

"Take me home."

He pretended not to hear me and led me toward the movie theater.

I could feel all the other girls staring at me with jealousy.

Haizz. If anyone wanted to trade places with me right now, I would gladly let them.

He handed me a movie ticket.

It was for the exact film I had been dying to watch.

…Well. Since I was already here, I might as well take advantage of the situation.

Our seats were VIP.

How did he manage to get VIP seats so late? Money really can solve everything.
