In the cold, desolate void of space, the whimper of a dying soul echoed."We... warned you all... this is what happens... when you let these... monsters ou---"Crack! The head of a blue-skinned alien shattered, green blood splattering across the dark expanse. A pale hand, as white as snow, reached out, grabbing a glowing orb from the alien's limp grasp. The figure standing over the fallen bodies paused, his eyes scanning the chaotic battlefield.
The battlefield was a graveyard of warships and species—hulls split open like rotten fruit, their crews spilling into the void, Pieces of alien bodies, weapons, and wreckage littered the space around him. And there, amidst it all, was the man.
A human.
He stood atop a mountain of corpses, his spacesuit tight against his body, his face cold and unreadable.
One single sentence escaped his lips, barely a whisper."You really... shouldn't have woken us up."
--
Xarks...Xarks..."XARKS!!!"
"AAAGGHHHHH!!!" Xarks shot up from his bed, his heart pounding in his chest. His deep blue eyes darted around the room in a panic. He was breathing heavily, drenched in sweat."Oi, oi, calm down, man. Is it the same dream again?" A voice, annoyingly familiar, broke through his confusion.
Xarks blinked, his gaze landing on a young alien standing beside him. The alien had the same blue skin, antennae on his head, and eyes matching his own, but with longer hair. The guy was grinning, hands on his hips, looking far too relaxed.
The room was spacious, the sun was shining from the window, there were a bunch of books on the drawer next to Xarks and a bunch of posters of big tittied Alien Babes posed around, and there were many toy figures of spacecraft as well.
"Markus... why are you in my room?" Xarks groggily glanced around, still disoriented."Oi, you forgot, didn't you?" Markus said, a sly grin crossing his face as he tugged at his academy backpack. Bang!
"You dummy!!! I knew it! Mis. Aria, he forgot about the day!" Markus yelled, his voice echoing through the room.
Xarks' eyes widened as he realized his mistake. Before he could respond, a voice rang out from downstairs."XARKSSS!!! Get down here and eat! You're gonna be late for your graduation scenario!!" It was his mother's sweet voice.
"Oh no! How could I forget?" Xarks jumped out of bed and rushed toward the bathroom.
Markus laughed, clutching his stomach. "Hahaha! I knew you'd forget, so I woke up three hours earlier just to make sure you didn't miss it. And because of that, you owe me some Tarka!"
"Man, thank you, Markus. You're a lifesaver!" Xarks muttered, quickly washing his face and throwing on his clothes. Both of them hurried downstairs.
The house was cozy, made of wood with cushioned stairs that led to the upper floors. It felt comfortable, like a place you could truly call home.
The cubic holographic TV buzzed to life in the background. A news channel flashed the latest updates.
[Attention, everyone! A new galactic Sight-Cruiser has discovered a Level 3 Developed Planet in the Aegis Galaxy! Monumental discovery, planets beyond our detection threshold...]
"Damn it! This is where my tax money goes?!" grumbled a man in the living room, as he switched the channel.
"Hey, Dad," Xarks greeted his father, who was sitting at the table, sipping his morning drink. Like Xarks, his father had blue eyes and antennae, his skin slightly darker than his son's.
"My boy, graduation day, huh? Time sure flies! Ah, do you remember when your balls were so small, I thought you were a girl?" Albert chuckled, but his voice trailed off with a groan when Xarks hit him on the head.
"Dad!!! My friend is here!!" Xarks shouted, his face burning with embarrassment."Haha! Come on, now, Xarks! I've known you since you were a kid. I can totally say you have..." Markus began, but was cut off with a smack to the head from Xarks.
"Stupid Martian," Xarks muttered, sitting down at the kitchen table, his face flushed.
His mother, Aria, smiled warmly at him. Her eyes were green, her skin a pale blue, with faint stars twinkling in her pupils. She was gentle but always had an air of mystery about her. "Come on now, Xarks, don't let them tease you. Eat up, you've got a big day ahead."
Markus, Xarks, and Albert all sat together, hands pressed to the table."Fuck Ads!!!" they all shouted together, before diving into their meal. This strange, ancestral chant had been passed down through generations, a phrase no one really understood, it was of a different language, but it was tradition.
The breakfast was hearty, with meat, vegetables, and fresh orange juice.
After eating, the three of them stood up, getting ready to leave.
"Boys, remember what I said," Aria called out as they headed toward the door. "Don't make the professors angry. They might be harsh, but they have your future in mind. And don't forget to follow the Riders' rules. You can't just run off like when you were little."
"Come on, Mrs. Aria, we haven't even taken the test yet, and you're already giving us a lecture about the Rider's and stuff..." Markus laughed, waving his hands as he dragged Xarks toward the door. "We're going to be fine! Come on, Xarks!"
"HEY!!! You idiot!!" Xarks shouted, but he was already being pulled out the door.
Aria stood at the doorway, smiling as she watched her son and his friend leave. Albert, now finished with breakfast, stood up and grabbed his suitcase.
"Don't worry, sweetheart," he said to Aria, "You know how strong our boy is. He's going to make it."he pulled his backpack up.
Aria nodded, kissing him on the lips. She believed in Xarks, more than anyone else. now It was her time to go to the university.

"YOuu!!! We are not missing the buss calm down... AAGHH!!!" Xarks pulled Markus out, they bearly dodged a flying Carrier.
"Dumbass careful!!!" He yelled out and pulled Markus back to the Blue and White colored Zebra waiting for their bus.
The world around them was incredibly advanced. Everywhere you looked, you could see high-rise skyscrapers and countless carriers moving around on the ground and in the sky.
Carriers, basically cars. Looked very sleek and modern, they were zipping around the place extremely fast, the sky was filled with not just cars Hovering, but there were Motorbikes as well that were incredibly fast with sleek designs and white color lines.
"Look!!!" Markus didn't say anything but pointed his hand in the sky.
Xarks looked up alongside many people at the bus stop.
It was there, an enormous sleek designed spacecraft, it had two enormous exhaust that shone with blue light encompassing the space around it, it had a falcon beak looking metal designed front with some windows, it was enormous, beautiful and...
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
Really fast.
With one blink it rushed through breaking the space and going out from their sight.
"AGH!!!" People pulled their hands to their heads to avoid the wind.
"Wow, that is Grandier-554 Delta Spacecarrier, how did it end up here..." A man that had green eyes and was taller than Xarks said this.
"Well I think it's obvious, they are preparing to take the trainees in the space station." The woman next to them talked.
"I wonder which ones will be selected" Some chattered as well.
Xarks looked at the sky... he was smiling, that was his dream, since he was young he was dreaming of that!!! Flying that spacecraft in the sky, moving with faster-than-light speed, defeating space monsters, that is what he wanted to be!!! THAT WAS HIS FUTU---
"Man that looked quite an ass, I wonder if they have a little bigger version of it..." Markus gleefully opened his mouth."Kak..." Xarks had a good feeling he wanted to hit this guy now.
"Come on, it's our stop!" Markus yanked Xarks toward the bus.
--
The hovering bus arrived, and Xarks and Markus climbed aboard, taking a seat near the front. As the bus began its journey, Xarks couldn't stop thinking about the Grandier-554. He clenched his fists, determined that one day, he would fly one.
And as the academy approached, the bus's intercom crackled to life.
[Attention, all third-years! Please proceed in a straight line through the academy entrance. Professors are waiting for you. It's time for the selection test. May 'Fuck Ads Creator' be with you.]
Markus and Xarks exchanged glances.
"This is it, bro.""This is it..." Xarks said, excitement bubbling in his chest, but before he could finish,"No, no, NO!!!"
Bzzzzztttt!!!
Markus farted.
"AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!" The two of them bolted off the bus, laughing as they raced toward the academy.
