He walked back home then took out a suit he had bought years back, it seemed a little old now and a bit shorter for his size but it would still serve it's purpose after all who would suspect that someone would come with the form of their C.E.O in real time.
He took the suit to a dry cleaner then paid with his last penny thinking
'If my plan fails, I'm screwed for the next few days till I find a new solution'
He wandered around and came back to the dry cleaner by the late evening then he left for Stellar spoon.
He scouted around the area for a while ensuring that Daniel had long left then he walked to a nearby restroom with the cloth in his bag then changed into Daniel's form and left the restromm now in the black suit and a confident feel around him.
He tried to act as much as he could to prevent any suspicions from him.
He walked into the Manager's office since he had taken note of it earlier and saw a young woman who seemed to be around her early twenties and said to her
"I need you to go to the bank right now and draft a cheque containing all our current profits"
The woman seemed shocked and said
"That will require a lot of processes and time Sir"
"Just forget all processes and draft it now I will be attending to all the processes later"
"But--"
"No questions, comply first complaints later"
She seemed undecided for a moment then took her bag and keys and walked out of the office.
"I'll be back with the cheque soon"
David walked out of the office then watched as she walked into her car then left.
He then walked to the waiters and said with a smile on his face
"Please refund the customers and tell them the restaurant will be closing for the day, try your best to apologize and appease their anger then you all can pack up and retire for the day."
The workers seemed stunned for a moment then dispersed to carry out his orders.
They weren't the owner's of the restaurant anyways and the boss's order was the first always.
Soon enough, the customers could be seen leaving the restaurant then they the workers followed after.
Then after all the others were gone he walked into the store room and shuffled around for a while before finding a bareel filled with oil at a corner of the room.
He took it out then poured it all over the floor and walked out locking the door behind him and walking out.
He stood outside the door for a while before the manager returned back from the bank with a cheque in her hand and handed it over to 'Daniel'
He smiled and said "Thanks for your help, I will be contacting you later you can leave now the restaurant is already closed for the day."
She looked confused like she had a million questions in her mind but didn't say anything and just left without looking back.
He stood alone for a while then looked into the sky.
"The night sky is very bright tonight, nice for sounds bombings"
He said and took out a lighter from his pocket then lit it and threw it it back in to the restaurant.
BAAAAANG
A loud sound resonated throughout the night time of Lagos throwing all the nearby residents into a panic.
But the perpetrator was already long gone and had a huge smirk on his face now as he looked at the cheque with seven digits in his hand.
In normal times, he would've felt guilty and doubtful about his acts but recently he had been a bit pumped and riled up and didn't really care but felt invigorated as he listened to the booms resounding behind him.
"Now what am I going to do about this little guy?"
He thought as he looked at the cheque in his hand.
