Akash dropped to his knees, breathing heavily.
"What happened, kimono guy?!" Leon asked, rushing to support him.
"Nothing, just my illness," Akash replied, trying to steady his breath. "The doctor told me not to fight at all."
"Sorry for dragging you here," Leon said, concerned.
"No worries," Akash managed with a weak smile.
"Can you teleport back?"
"Yes, I can—to the headquarters, where Alexia is."
"Okay then, but can you do me a favor?"
"Just tell me what I have to do."
"Because of me, my squadmates got expelled along with other students. Ask Alexia to bring back all the expelled students."
"Alright."
"Then go already—before your condition gets worse."
With a nod, Akash teleported back to the headquarters.
Leon turned to the those three, searching their coats and pants. "Tch, these bastards have nothing worth taking," he muttered.
He opened the EHHS database on his point tracker device and reverted his manipulated data back to the original. As he scrolled through the system, something caught his eye—an archived section of official meeting transcripts between higher-ups.
He quickly browsed through them, searching for any record about the Trials between the headmaster and other officials—but found nothing.
His hands frantically tapped through the interface. Still nothing.
His wide anxious eyes slowly narrowed "So it's not the whole EHO and EHHS working together... only EHHS. No... not even EHHS entirely... just him."
Meanwhile at the headquarters,
Alexia was pacing around, looking for Akash after he had vanished to Leon's location. But just then, he reappeared and collapsed to the ground.
Without hesitation, she rushed to him and lifted him up and supported his weakened body.
"Where were you? I told you not to leave the headquarter," she said in her usual cold tone. But as she noticed the state he was in, her eyes narrowed slightly.
"You fought, didn't you? Did you forget what the doctor said?"
"Alexia—call back all the expelled students immediately! It's his order," Akash said urgently.
"Whose?" she asked, puzzled.
"Just do it!" Akash shouted.
Alexia stared at him for a second, then nodded. "Okay."
Through the database, Leon gained access to all the point tracker devices connected to EHHS. Without wasting time, he forwarded a voice message to every staff member and student council official.
At the school and inside the headquarter room, all the staff, including the headmaster and the student council members felt their devices vibrate at once. They opened their trackers and saw a voice message from an unknown sender.
Once they played it, Leon's voice came through loud and clear,
"Emergency! I'm Leon, a first-year student and acting president. Immediately dismiss the third trial—if you don't, more students will go missing. Also, arrange an urgent meeting. I will reveal the truth behind the disappearances."
All the staff members were shocked after hearing Leon's message but they still followed his instructions and dismissed the third Trial immediately.
Alexia and Lucas were among those who heard it too.
"What the hell is this brat trying to achieve by throwing everything into chaos?!" Lucas said angrily.
Alexia, on the other hand, remained silent. Her face showed no emotion but her mind was spinning with countless thoughts.
Meanwhile, all the expelled students, including Hiroshi, Kami and Ren, received a message from EHHS.
"They're calling us back?! What the hell happened?" Hiroshi said in disbelief.
"We'll find out once we get to the school," Kami replied calmly.
At Ren's house, he was unconscious and his body covered in fresh whip marks. Celestine stood over him, her heel pressed against his bruised face. She also received the message.
"Tch... what does this shitty school want now?" she muttered in irritation.
After a brief pause, she removed her heel from Ren's face and dragged his body behind her. "Looks like I'll have to go."
"Why the hell did they call us back?!"
"Yeah, I was having fun slaying entities."
"It was fun camping!"
The students were all talking among themselves. Some were clearly disappointed, while others were relieved because they no longer had to fight for survival.
Then Leon arrived, dragging the unconscious bodies of Carl, Reginald and the red-haired guy behind him. The moment the students saw his cold, expressionless face and those three bodies—an eerie silence swept across the area.
Rumors spread like wildfire.
"They say he beat up his own teammates."
"What the hell does this scum even want?"
"Beating up his own team... seriously?"
"Scum. Fucker."
The meeting room was filled with tense silence. Rows of EHHS staff members sat still, some shifting uncomfortably. At the front sat the headmaster—calm, while council president Alexia stood with arms crossed, expression unreadable. Lucas leaned against the wall, arms folded and eyes narrowed.
