I got out of the washroom and saw my wife still standing at the door.
" You should get some rest " I told her
" Darling please can we discuss what happened earlier" she said pleadingly
" You have your reasons Mrs Frederick" I told her trying not to explode
" Yes I had my reasons but still I should have told you but..."
" That's the point Mrs Frederick, you should have told me but you didn't but some stranger did within a blink.... Ah God help me Vida, you kept me in the dark for over two years of marriage and for fifteen years of knowing each other" I was losing my control so, I hit my hands on the wall

Then everything became still as she approached, my legs had no life in them, I've been struck dead to a spot. I took my seat on the arm chair trying to recall but couldn't get anything everything felt strange but I can't pin point what it is.
In the following days I did not address the issue, my wife has been quiet as well, so I thought it was just an illusion but deep down I feel some voice is speaking to me.
My business trip was fun because I had my wife with even though we had some misunderstanding but we resolved it. That was actually the first time her foster dad came with her for dinner at my grandpa's request. She was twelve and I was seventeen in my final year.

" Which is" she asked with raised eyebrows and I smirked.

" What! Hell no, attorney Frederick, am not a pervert and it's against humanity and Christ" what I said is the truth, I didn't see her in that light for a very long time. To be sincere I loved her like a sister because she was on fire in her academics, sports, dance and most of all she's trustworthy, and bat no eye when ever she stands to speak or defend herself or others even as little as she was then.
" Did you hear my thoughts now" I asked her
" Nope, I wasn't paying attention see" she showed me her phone.
" When do you plan on visiting your kingdom and people" I asked
