Kael's face was pale as he read the message, his heart beating wildly in his chest.

His mind ran over this question as he racked his brain.
It couldn't possibly be Caius.
He can't call me to a library with a threatening tone… or does he know that I'm disguising myself as an Alpha?

Kael walked out of the lecture room, his back soaked with sweat as he walked down with dread on his face. He reached the road that led to the library. It was dark and quiet, further adding to his uneasiness.
Just as he took another step forward, laughter erupted and five people stepped out in front of him.
Kael abruptly stopped, his path blocked. It wasn't Caius.
