Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: New weapon and New Teachers

Oliver Queen had always believed that a warrior was only as good as his training. He had spent years mastering archery, refining his instincts, and honing his ability to read people. But now, in a world where enemies could teleport, breathe fire, and clone themselves, he knew his bow alone wouldn't be enough.

He needed more. More weapons. More skills. More knowledge.

And so, his training truly began.

Tetsuo's Challenge

Tetsuo watched Oliver as he adjusted to the longbow, testing its balance and draw strength. He was already a master archer, but Tetsuo knew that if Oliver wanted to survive in this world, he needed to be more than just an archer—he needed to be unpredictable.

"You're good with a bow," Tetsuo said, leaning against his workbench. "But against a ninja, even the best archer can be outmatched. Chakra users will dodge your arrows, deflect them, or move faster than you can react."

Oliver frowned. "I've faced speedsters before."

Tetsuo raised an eyebrow. "Speedsters?"

Oliver shook his head. "Never mind. Point is, I know how to handle fast opponents."

Tetsuo smirked. "Maybe. But let's see how well you handle this."

He walked over to a locked chest and pulled out something unexpected—a pair of tonfa.

Oliver narrowed his eyes. "Blunt weapons?"

Tetsuo twirled one of the tonfa in his hand with practiced ease. "Not just any blunt weapons. These are reinforced with chakra-metal. They can withstand sword strikes and even deflect kunai. They're perfect for close-quarters combat—and that's something you need to learn."

Oliver exhaled. He preferred fighting from a distance, where his arrows gave him the upper hand. But he wasn't foolish enough to ignore the truth. If an opponent closed the gap, his bow would be useless.

"Fine," he said, rolling his shoulders. "Teach me."

Tetsuo grinned. "Now that's what I like to hear."

Enter Might Guy.

Training with the tonfa was brutal. Tetsuo didn't hold back, forcing Oliver to move faster, react quicker, and fight with precision. But after a few days, Oliver realized something—Tetsuo was a weapons master, not a taijutsu expert. If he wanted to learn real close-combat techniques, he needed someone else.

Oliver had heard whispers of the eccentric, high-energy Jonin. A man who specialized purely in hand-to-hand combat, relying on speed and strength instead of ninjutsu. A warrior who had even gone toe-to-toe with the infamous Uchiha Madara.

Finding him wasn't hard—just follow the loudest voice in the training fields.

"YOSH! TRAINING UNTIL OUR SOULS BURN BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN!"

Oliver found himself staring at a man in a green jumpsuit, striking a dramatic pose while his student, Rock Lee, struggled through a set of one-handed push-ups.

"This guy is… intense," Oliver muttered under his breath.

Might Guy turned, his white teeth gleaming. "AH! A NEW YOUTHFUL WARRIOR SEEKS GUIDANCE!"

Oliver barely had time to react before Guy's hand was clamped onto his shoulder.

"Tell me, young one! What is it that drives your flames of youth?"

Oliver sighed. "I need to get better at hand-to-hand combat."

Guy's eyes widened with pure excitement. "A NOBLE GOAL! THEN YOU SHALL TRAIN WITH ME!"

Before Oliver could protest, Guy pulled him into an impromptu sparring match.

What followed was… painful.

The Hard Truth

Oliver was fast, stronger than the average ninja, and had the reflexes of a seasoned fighter. But Guy was a monster.

Every punch, every kick, every movement was overwhelming. Oliver barely had time to block before another strike came at him. He had fought some of the most dangerous warriors back in his old life, but Guy was something else.

After being knocked to the ground for what felt like the hundredth time, Oliver groaned. "This… is insane."

Guy laughed, pulling him up. "TAIJUTSU IS NOT JUST STRENGTH! IT IS RHYTHM, TIMING, AND PRECISION!"

Oliver wiped sweat from his brow, nodding. "Alright… let's go again."

Guy beamed. "YES! LET THE FLAMES OF YOUTH BURN BRIGHTER!"

And so, Oliver's training expanded.

By day, he trained with Tetsuo, refining his archery and tonfa skills.

By evening, he endured brutal hand-to-hand combat with Might Guy.

His body adapted. His reflexes sharpened. He became faster, stronger, deadlier.

And all the while… the Anbu continued to watch.

They knew now—Oliver Queen was no ordinary man. And soon, they would have to decide what to do about him.

What Comes Next?

• Oliver continues his dual training, becoming a more well-rounded fighter.

• The Anbu may decide to confront him—or recruit him.

• A new threat emerges, forcing Oliver to put his skills to the test.

Would you like Oliver to encounter a real enemy soon? Or should we focus more on his development before throwing him into a conflict?
