He smiled innocently and seemed resigned to the coils of the creature's tail. The pain was getting worse, his already weak body riddled with whip wounds. The creature released its grip.
"So what are you going to do, little mouse? You've entered my territory, and it seems I won't let you escape." It said, with a bright smile on its face and an intimidating glare.
He smiled blankly, his gaze vacant. "I don't know... I have nowhere to go. If you want to eat me, eat me haha." He said, looking up at the still dark sky. The creature was stunned, hearing the weak human asking to be eaten without fear.
"If you eat me... I'll die, right?" He asked with a hollow smile. The creature furrowed its brow then grinned. "Of course, after I eat you. You will die." The creature replied with a bright smile and an intimidating voice.
He smiled with tearful eyes. "Well... I guess that's not bad either." He said casually. He coughed and the pain continued to spread, making his body weaker. The creature fell silent for a moment, looking at him with a touch of surprise and disbelief at the usually selfish human. "Go ahead." He said with a resigned smile, as he could no longer bear the pain gnawing at his body.
The creature looked at him for a few moments longer, before a smug and arrogant smile crept across its lips. "Are you sure? You seem... Eager to die." The creature said in a haughty voice. The creature chuckled, a low and deep laugh rumbling in its chest. "You... An interesting and strange little human. Your small body seems like it won't last long." The creature said, its grin turning into a low smile and a predatory gaze.
"Tell me... Why should I spare you, and not eat you as my instincts tell me?" It said in a haughty and intimidating voice. He smiled. "Maybe you pity me? But I want you to eat me now." He replied casually, the vacant gaze in his eyes and the empty smile meaning nothing. He winced slightly, enduring the ever-increasing pain. His head was getting more and more dizzy and his hearing was fading. However, he tried to look strong and okay.
The creature looked at him for a moment, its eyes piercing. As if searching for something. After a while, the creature chuckled, its grin widening into a smug and intimidating smirk. The creature's tail wrapped around his small and weakened body, trapping him essentially. He smiled, enduring the pain in his body that seemed about to explode at any moment.
"You're not afraid... Why? Most humans would be trembling right now" the creature asked in a firm and intimidating voice, with a sharp gaze, smirking as if looking at a predator. Suddenly, he had a nosebleed and vomited blood because of the poison that had spread throughout his weak body. "I told you... I want you to eat me right now... haha." He replied with a hollow smile and raised his hand to wipe the blood away.
