Down a path of darkness stood a lamp
A lamp of light
A lit lamp in a path of darkness
The lamp brought light in the path
However the lamp was unreachable
An unreachable lamp in a path of darkness
I walked down the path
The path of darkness
I avoided the light however
I was in a hunt
A hunt in the dark
If I revealed my position, a bullet would be greeting me
If I revealed my position, a grave would be away from me
If I revealed my position, my body would betray me
If I revealed my position, darkness will be my forever embrace
If I reveal my position, light shall be no more
Away from the path of darkness I went
Figuring if I stayed on path, the path would betray me

The bushes stood near the path lit by a lamp
The bushes provided cover
Cover from the thirsting man

"Did I lose him?"
There before me stood the hunter
Fully covered by gear
Covered by gear yet uncovered by the lamp's light
As he left the light
He drew near me
"I shall run no more," I muttered to myself
As he drew near me, my gaze was set on him
As he unknowingly went directly infront of me
I jumped out the bushes and pushed him onto the ground
A tussle erupted
A tussle commenced
Back and forth we grasped each others shirts and punched
Punch punch punch
A glimmer of light hit the corner of my eye
From the night sky shun the moons rays
Little it was however an object reflected it
What could it be
The hunters gun
Tussle tussle tussle
Wrestle wrestle wrestle
I purposely rolled the both of us over to draw near to the gun
Once done I quickly went atop him and grabbed the gun
To his head I aimed and said "Reveal yourself"
In aw I was left
The one staring down the barrel is my friend
