"I want to buy a building with a budget of around ten thousand gold coins." Luan said, smirking.
Maria was a little surprised when she heard Luan say that but didn't show it; opening the binder she had brought, she immediately went all the way to the back where all the high-end buildings were.
"Do you have any requirements? Or do you want to see most buildings that we have to offer?"
Now Luan tapped Kian on his shoulder, and he leaned back, enjoying the view in front of him.
Kian had a good eye for these things, and Luan trusted his judgment. No need to micromanage when his subordinates could handle the details.
Kian rolled his eyes and cleared his throat. "My lord would like a spacious building. And also he would like it if there was empty space surrounding it for when he wants to expand or build more." Kian explained.
Maria thought for a while and started flipping through the binder, looking at things that fit their budget and requirements.
