Dabi called out Endeavor's real name. Weak and barely able to stand, Endeavor looked at the scarred young man in front of him, confused. This kid, with burns on his face and body, had just spoken his name. And from the way he said it, it sounded like they knew each other.
"Seeing you in such a pathetic state… I can't tell you how happy that makes me."
"The League of Villains… Dabi."
Even though his voice was weak, Endeavor forced himself to straighten up and barked in his usual authoritative tone.
"Are you here for revenge?"
"Then go ahead. A hero will never bow to a villain!"
"Is that so...?"
Listening to Endeavor's determined words, Dabi unconsciously wiped the corner of his eye before speaking again, his voice filled with anger and resentment.
"You really don't remember me? That's... disappointing. But whatever."
Dabi slowly raised his right hand, aiming it directly at Endeavor. The murderous intent in his eyes was impossible to miss.
But at that moment, the No. 2 hero was completely drained. He couldn't even stand, let alone fight back.
"Endeavor!"
All Might, though exhausted, refused to let this happen. He prepared to use the last of his strength to rush in and save Endeavor.

"Dabi... Are you Todoroki Shoto's brother?"
Midoriya Izuku was just as shocked. He had heard about Endeavor's family situation from All Might and Todoroki Shoto, but he never expected something like this. A father who was a hero, but his son became a villain. It was clear that Endeavor must have done something unforgivable.

Flames erupted from Endeavor's body, filling the air with scorching heat. Midoriya watched in surprise. He had been infected by the enhanced "Quirk Flu" virus, so he shouldn't have had much strength left!
"If you want to kill me, prove it with your own power! Show me that you've surpassed me!!"
Endeavor roared, his flames burning hotter. The heat was so intense that Midoriya had to step back. The flames of the No.2 hero were no joke.
