Charles Green chatted with the doctor for a few more moments.
Then he led Norris Moore out of the office.
Holding a stack of pregnancy check-up documents, Norris, excited like a child, followed behind him with a happy smile, her eyes downcast, lost in her joy.
Charles walked ahead a few steps, noticed Norris hadn't followed, turned back, and pulled her along, "Alright, we can look at these at the hotel, the hospital is about to close. Are you hungry? What would you like to eat tonight?"
Norris hummed softly, her eyes lowered as she pondered for a while, "I haven't eaten meat in a long time."
The pregnancy was making her nauseous with most foods, but she was in a good mood today and wanted to indulge.
"Steak?" Charles nodded in agreement, "You really should eat more meat." Pulling out his phone to search for a Western restaurant, "I wonder which Western restaurant here is good..."
