For the first time, Mayu wakes up before Shiro, it is 7PM.
"Hmm... This will be a great night."
Take On The Night, Chapter 8, More?
Mayu goes to the kitchen, Yoru woke up a while ago, so he follows her, knowing she will feed him, which she does, then Mayu grabs her usual breakfast, and sits on the couch to eat while watching TV.
A while later, Shiro wakes up too, he grabs his breakfast and sits next to Mayu.
"Wanna go out today?" asks Mayu.
Since Shiro just woke up, he's in his grumpy mode, so he tells her that he doesn't want to go out...
"Really? That's a shame... I was thinking about having a date, but alright..." says Mayu.
Huh?
Shiro gets confused, all of a sudden, Mayu told him she wanted to go in a date with him.
Mayu looks at Shiro and sees his confused face, she then bursts laughing.
"I was just playing with you, did you really believe that?"
Not moving even an inch, Shiro says that, from her, he expects anything...
Mayu starts annoying Shiro for the rest of the day.
Finally, it is 9 PM, Mayu tells Shiro to go out, to which he totally refuses.
"C'mon, ill reward you with a kiss" says Mayu as she winks.
Shiro looks at her, with the same painfully confused face, and says...
"That's even worse, no thank you."
But we all know that Mayu is a professional at being a pain in the ass, so Shiro ended up agreeing just to make her shut up.
They get ready and go out.
It is a beautiful night outside, stars are bright, the moon is as beautiful as ever, a perfect night to have fun.
Mayu begs Shiro to buy her new clothes, as she's been wearing the same outfit for weeks, Shiro agrees as he wont have to give her his clothes anymore, so they go to the mall.
And well, it goes well for Mayu, but not too well for Shiro, she spent around 40.000 Yen on clothing (around 300 dollars), after making Shiro go bankrupt, Mayu decides to make him get debt by going to a restaurant to eat, Mayu eats a lot, so they spend big money there, Shiro gets mad because she knows that with only blood, she can survive, but still, she loves to make him pay for stuff. (lol)
They go around for a bit, they party, they go into a karting circuit to race, and finally they take pictures in a photo booth.
"Lets goooo... It will be fun! We just make funny faces, take pictures and go."
Shiro, being forced, agrees, they take pictures inside, they get them outside and go...
They ended up at a café, drinking some iced tea, when suddenly, someone approaches them...
"So i finally find you, Mochizuki Mayu..."
Mayu tenses up, looking at the table with a fearful stare...
"I didnt think i'd find you here, how's it been?"
Shiro notices Mayu being scared, so he speaks to the man that talked to her, he asks him who he is, to which the man replies that its none of his business, and tells him to get out of here before he gets hurt too.
Mayu starts tensing up more and more, she's obviously stressed, Shiro then pushes the guy away.
"What did you say? Before i get hurt too? Who do you think you are?"
The guy starts laughing, and asks for his name, Shiro tells him his name, but...
"Kazumi Shiro, right? Ill remember you as the idiot who spoke up to me."
All of a sudden, Shiro had a fist just an inch away of his face, he looks to his left, Mayu was mad, she was grabbing that guy's arm, to then throw him away.
Shiro asks Mayu if she knows that guy, to which Mayu replies...
"Of course i do, he's a vampire, and he's trying to kill me too."
Mayu jumps to fight before letting Shiro say anything.
The time is 2 AM.
