"Interesting," Julius Reed said after hearing the report. He was slightly taken aback but didn't pay much attention.
"Did you get a clear look at who they were?"
The situation seemed to be getting more and more intriguing.
"Not clearly, I only saw the car being driven away. It looks like there were quite a few people," the informant spoke up.
"No matter, make a call for some cars to come over." Julius waved his hand dismissively and walked over to a corpse.
He crouched down.
Looking over the black-clad figure with a skeleton made of steel alloy, he gently felt around on it with his hand.

When his hand came out again, in his palm there was a blood-stained chip.
On the back of the chip was a symbol of the sun and moon shining together.

Julius stood up, a slight smile on his lips, "So, it's Devlin. I thought there was something familiar about these tactics."
