Below are eight options, from the first to the eighth star, corresponding exactly to the eight black holes in the sky.
These black holes are spread out over various regions of the Sky High World, each far apart from one another, with the geographical environment and resource distribution near each black hole also being quite different.
As for which city goes to which area, the City Lords have of course consulted with each other.
