I got back from work and saw that the FBI was walking all over the estate like it was their grandma's home. Angel was talking to Weird like they were old friends. They were seriously engrossed in their conversation that they jumped out of their skin when I walked up to them. Angel spoke delicately like I was a kid instead of a grown-up, "I want you to listen to me. Everyone is doing what they can. I want you to know that everyone is doing their best. Don't panic ok." I was annoyed, "Did something happen to Diana? Was she kidnapped?" He lowered his head and gave me a nod.
An FBI agent came over and I recognized her as my older sister Angelica that abandoned us all after mom and dad died. She is the reason I had to give up my childhood, sanity and God knows what to raise my siblings. She walked towards me like we were strangers and gave me an official look. "Your daughter was kidnapped along with the kids from her school. I am here to tell you that we will do everything in our ability to get her back." I gave her a hateful look, "You abandoned us when mom and dad died. You ran away with that junkie and now you show up to tell me you will find my daughter. I rather talk to someone more competent." I turned away and walked towards GG.
I picked up my phone and called Crimson. "If I am not mistaken today is field trip day? Did you make an excuse and remove my daughter from class or not?" Angel looked and his eyes grew wide. "She never goes on a field trip!" I gave him a nod, "It is the policy of our family since Dash was kidnapped during her field trip. We made a pact that we never go on a school field trip nor will our kids."
Crimson asked me to put her on speaker and gave the phone to Diana, "Mommy what's going on? Is GG ok? Crim says that she is sick and was moved to another hospital. So that is where we are going. Will you meet us there?" I was about to answer when Angel started to cry. I played along, "Yes GG is very ill. So she has been moved elsewhere. Stay with Auntie Crim till mom says otherwise ok." She answered in a small voice, "Ok Mommy. I love you" I smiled, "I love you two, three, four"
I faced the FBI and asked them to take a hike. They asked for my statement so they can clear my name from the suspect pool. I sat down depleted, "When Dash was fifteen, she was kidnapped by someone idiot with itchy trigger fingers and we almost lost her. For this reason, we all agreed. We will never go on a school field trip again. Each time they go on those trips it felt like Schrodinger's cat. Until I see them safely home they are neither safe nor kidnapped. I end up with heart palpitations. If this keeps up I will end up with heart failure." This caused an uproar with my family. The triplets yelled, "Mini mom! No. If anything happens to you then we will be orphans." This surprised my older sister, she raised her eyebrows in surprise at how much they loved me.
I introduced them to their older sister and cousin. Their reaction to her was the opposite, while they love me dearly they hate her with a fiery vengeance. They looked at her with such anger and resentment that she left without saying a word. Even GG declared she was disappointed that Angie came here. Edge and Sasha had the worst profanities but thankfully GG and Hattie were too angry to notice that.
An hour later Diana arrived home and we had stick tubes on GG for show. She believed GG was sick and she stayed with her till she fell asleep. Angel was grateful for our family tradition. I looked out the window and saw a complete stranger walking into my garage like it was his birthright. "Hey! This ain't your grandma's property so explain yourself buster. You have three seconds before security comes and breaks you into pieces." He looked at me and raised his hands to say he has surrendered. I had clicked the silent alarm before I came in. My security consists of former JSOC and former Delta Force came crashing in. They are not very polite when it comes to intruders. I asked them to interrogate him and find out if he was working for the kidnappers. They promised an answer as soon as possible. I walked back to the main house and I swore I heard the intruder scream.
