It also might take me 1-3 more chapters to get the MC to the City of Babel, depends on my mood swing really....

Inside the unknown forest, where you could hear Bird's singing and feel the wind blow past your face.
But there is an anomaly happening at this very moment.
It was deep within the unknown Forest, where strange happenings are occurring.
Particles of light slowly condensing at a single spot.
As the light keeps on condensing, the brighter it gets, if there was someone looking at the blinding light they would have thought that it was a miniature sun on the grassy ground of the forest.
As the brightness reached its peak, the light slowly dissipates into nothingness.
As the light disappears where once the light, replace by what seems to be a 'Man'.
The 'Man' was laying down on the grassy ground of the forest, oblivious to his surroundings.

(Before the happenings in the forest)

"Where would I reincarnate?." I asked while knowing no one will answer my question.
`I can only hope that I don't get myself reincarnated in a place like Highschool DxD, it's not exactly a peaceful place to get myself entangled to. Also, that place is littered with beings with unimaginable powers.` I thought while hoping my RNG is good enough to not get myself placed in an apocalyptic world or something much worse.
I then started reminiscing on my actions thus far, only to stumble on the happenings before my unfortunate death.
All the good times and bad times that have happened before my death. All the SSR's that I pulled/not and anime figurines that I've bought, the NSFW games that I've finished, the plans to go to the Anime Convention this year, the year's that I've put in school, the rejections that I've received, and the backstabbings 'means' nothing now, now that I'm no longer there...
`Or do they 'mean' something?.` I kept on pondering on my actions before my unfortunate death.
`Hmm... Do my actions thus far 'mean' anything? Anything at all?.... No, they do mean something.... Yes, I have gained some experience from my actions thus far, but is that all?.` I asked myself while going deeper into my thoughts.
`Um... From what I remember, The saying that I've heard from a particular 'someone' that I don't remember who, a saying of 'Scar's from the past do heal but they do not fade, they stay there like carvings from a trunk of a tree, the carving stays on the tree while the tree keeps on growing taller and the carvings stay at the bottom.' It shows that Hurtful scars don't make us who we are, but the things you do after... You can grow from the mistakes you do.
`A Sound Philosophy, and why did that suddenly pop in my head? *Sign*... Whatever... So, when is my reincarnation going to hap-` A pulling force took me without a warning, and everything went quiet.

The figure that was laying down on the grassy ground of the unknown Forest for hours on end without moving, started showing signs of movements on its feet and hands.
And after a few more minutes it Slowly started moving its body back and forth on the grassy ground of the forest. While the Sun is slowly fading and as the night slowly take its place.
The forest is now getting darker by the minute, The man that is on the ever getting colder ground of the forest started to slowly wake up...

Feeling the cold grassy ground I slowly opened my eyes.
"W-where... Am I?.... Aghh... D-damn it.. why did my head hurt!?." I sleepily questioned to no one while frowning.
I then notice that I was surrounded by trees and I noticed that it's getting really dark.
"I must be in some Forest then." I said while looking at my surroundings.
`I hope I'm not in 're: zero' or in 'Highschool DxD', that would just terrifying.` I thought worriedly at the possibility.
I then stood up and dusted myself, after dusting myself I started checking my body if there is any abnormality.
"Hmm... I'm taller R-right?... Hmm... I do feel taller, so I must be taller now.... I also really got muscular... And I also feel so strong..." I said as I curiously kept on touching my muscles.

"Ok ok... Enough with that for now... I need to find a shelter fast, who knows there might be some Monsters here, when the night falls or something, and I don't know what world I'm at, it's better to be conscious." I said as I look at the fading light of the sun above the tree lines.
"I hope I'm not in some deserted island, I'd be nice to see civilization outside this Forest, if there's any at all..." I said worriedly at the end.
"*Sign*... Think positive thoughts Rayvel think positive thoughts... Ok, now then, finding a good place to temporarily stay will be my first priority for now." I said while walking looking at my surroundings curiously.

A few kilometers away from Rayvels location, there is a small village near the said Forest that Rayvel is currently deep within.

(Inside the said village, a several hours before Rayvels arrival inside the Forest)

"Papa Mama I'm going to be an Adventurer when I grow up!." The little girl declared cutely to her parents.
The mother then glared at her husband while the father nervously moves closer to their daughter, trying to avoid the glare and the scolding he'll be receiving later.
Then her father picked her up from the ground, holding her up high and saying with a wide smile on his face. "Whatever my little princess wants!."
The little girl then said joyfully to her father. "Yey! I'm going to be an Adventurer!."
The mother just 'Signed' tiredly at both of them.
"Ok that's enough for today sweetie, papa still needs to go hunting in the forest with others okay?." She said, getting both their attention, while still giving a bad eye to her husband.
The father then put his daughter down and kissed her chubby cheeks.
"Ok princess, you heard mama, papa will be back later ok?." He said to his daughter with a smile.
"Ok! papa." She said cheerfully.
"Be careful ok?. We still have a lot of talking to do when you're back." His wife said while moving closer and taking a hold of their daughter's hand.
He then leans closer to his wife, giving her a kiss on the lips and saying with a warm smile. "of course."
He then soon Departed for the hunting in the forest, and meet his fellow villagers who are coming along.
After walking just outside the village he saw a few villagers carrying their weapon for the hunt.
When he got closer, he heard a familiar voice shouting at him.
"Took you long enough Bart!, we thought you were being scolded by your wife again and almost thought of leaving you behind." The short man said sarcastically.
Getting a few villagers with them to laugh a bit.
He then retorted sarcastically. "Well, at least I wasn't being dragged here by my wife when coming late."
Earning loud laughter's from his fellow villagers.
then a loud clapping could be heard, thus getting everyone's attention.
"Alright everyone, since everybody's here will be moving now." said the village head Hunter.
they then soon departed shortly.

(Back to present time, deep inside the Forest)

"*Sign*.... I guess I'm going to be resting on the tree branches for now." I said while sitting on the tree branch on top of a tree.
"No way in hell I'm stay on the ground.... who knows what could be hiding in the shadows." I said while staring at the night sky.
"I've never seen a night sky this beautiful before.... It's so full of stars, I only see this kind of thing in movies or in pictures in the internet." I said as I kept on admiring the beauty of the stars in the night sky.
but that was short lived, as I was interrupted by a loud scream.
"AHHHHH!!."
I immediately turned my head at the direction of the scream.
I frowned at the implication that there could be a life and death Battle going on at that direction.
"*Sign*... this is just great." I said sarcastically, while worriedly looking at my surroundings, as I'm worried that I could be surrounded by what ever the thing that's fighting at the direction of the loud screams.
"Do I go take a look? or just stay as far away as possible from the area?.... Nah.. I'm not risking it.... this isn't a gatcha game where I can risk my Diams on a chance, which is currently my life. Even though I'm pretty much favored by 'Fate' now, I'm not going to rely on it, it's better safe than sorry." I said, as I started on jumping on trees to trees.
`Good thing my body is explosively strong, it's... still soo unreal yet... real at the same time, it's like, if I ever go to sleep I would just wake up while thinking that everything was nothing but a dream.` I thought, while I kept on jumping trees-to-trees, getting as far away as possible from where the loud screaming were coming from.

Welp that's that for now.. I know it's slow pace but that's how I like doing things, I'm not in a marathon to hurry on rushing my FF, so don't worry, I'm always thinking things through (most of the time) anyways, have a great evening!
