The night air was thick with the scent of distant industry as Minato, still in his Tobirama Senju transformation, stood beside All Might on a secluded rooftop overlooking the sprawling Shie Hassaikai compound. Below, the compound lay dormant, an ominous fortress under the cloak of darkness. All Might, in his muscular form, stood tall, though a faint tension was visible in his shoulders.
"Alright, All Might," Minato's voice was sharp, professional, cutting through the night. "Our main objective is Eri. She's only three years old, and they've already begun. They're experimenting on her Quirk, using her to create a Quirk-destroying drug."
All Might's jaw clenched, his blue eyes narrowing. "A Quirk-destroying drug? That's-" he started, his voice a low growl of outrage.
Minato interjected, his tone leaving no room for interruption. "That's right. They're slicing her apart, over and over, to harvest her cells and synthesize a new line of drugs to eliminate Quirks." The grim details were delivered without inflection, emphasizing the sheer horror of the situation. "This is why speed and precision are paramount."
He continued, pointing down at the compound. "All Might, you are to go through the front gate. Make as much noise and cause as much destruction as possible. Your goal is to create a massive diversion, drawing their attention, their strongest fighters, to the entrance. Once you've entered the compound and engaged them, I will sneak in from another point and rescue Eri. Once I've secured her, I will come and get you."
Minato then produced a produced detailed images of the compound's layout into the air between them. "This is the Shie Hassaikai compound. Study the layout. And these are the key figures you might encounter, along with their Quirks. You need to remember them and their powers so you don't get caught off guard."
He began to list them, pointing to their images on the projection:
"First, the leader, Kai Chisaki. His Quirk is Overhaul. Anything he touches with his bare hands can be disassembled then reassembled by touch into whatever he wants. He can even do so on animate objects and people, reassembling them within himself. He's incredibly dangerous."
"Next, Hari Kurono, Quirk: Chronostasis. His hair can extend out, and cut or harm his targets. He's able to 'slow time' if it hits someone, but he needs to remain relatively still to use his Quirk effectively."
"Then there's Jōi Irinaka, Quirk: Mimicry. He allows himself to transfer his mind and soul into other objects and control them as if they were his own body. He cannot sense any surroundings while in an object without manifesting the appendage necessary to do so, like eyes or ears."
Minato then shifted to the infantry, the lower-ranked but still dangerous members:
"Shin Nemoto, Quirk: Confession. Any question he asks will be answered truthfully, no matter the individual being asked. People with unstable minds can trick the Quirk."
"Rikiya Katsukame, Quirk: Vitality Stealing. He can touch other combatants to make them weaker while also replenishing his own stamina and making himself bigger and stronger."
"Kendo Rappa, Quirk: Strongarm. He can rotate his shoulders at absurd speeds, creating a large amount of force able to crack defensive Quirks with time."
"Toya Setsuno, Quirk: Larceny. He can take away any object his target may be holding, including manifestations of Quirks."
"Yu Hojo, Quirk: Crystallization. He can grow very dense crystals from his body like an armor substance"
"Soramitsu Tabe, Quirk: Food. He can eat or bite anything with no feeling of being 'full' when using the Quirk. There are no restrictions on what can be eaten, but contact must be made."
"Deidoro Sakaki, Quirk: Sloshed. Getting within range of his Quirk when it's activated makes the target 'drunk' and causes them to lose their sense of balance and mind."
"Finally, Hekiji Tengai, Quirk: Barrier. He can create a telepathic barrier around himself that can only be broken with an extreme amount of force."
Minato let the information sink in. "Remember them and their powers. I will go and do a final scout around the compound. Then, we begin."
With that, in another silent flash, the Silver Flash vanished, leaving All Might alone on the rooftop, his muscular form outlined against the city lights, the images of the dangerous Quirks burning in his mind. He reviewed the layout, mentally preparing for the onslaught he was about to unleash.
A short while later, just as the tension in the air seemed to thicken, Minato reappeared beside him. "Everything is ready," he stated, his voice devoid of emotion, yet ringing with finality. "You should start making your distraction."
The time for planning was over. The time for action had arrived.
All Might nodded, his face grim, a silent acknowledgment of the monumental task ahead. He was radiating with aura of One For All, and began his determined march towards the Shie Hassaikai compound's front gate. He was the thunder, the overt challenge, preparing to draw the villainous storm.
Minato, still transformed as Tobirama Senju, melted back into the shadows of the adjacent rooftops, watching All Might's powerful stride. He held his breath, his senses acutely tuned, waiting for the signal. He knew All Might wouldn't disappoint.
It came swiftly.
A colossal explosion ripped through the night, directly at the front gate of the Overhaul compound. The sound vibrated through the very ground, sending tremors through the city. Dust, debris, and the telltale shockwave of a truly immense power surged upwards. All Might had arrived.
This was Minato's cue.
Without hesitation, he flicked his wrist. A specially marked kunai, engraved with his distinct seal, spun upward, arcing through the night sky directly above the compound. He watched its ascent, calculating its trajectory.
As the kunai reached its apex, momentarily suspended against the dark canvas of the heavens, Minato activated his Flying Thunder God Technique. In a flash of silver light, he vanished from the rooftop and reappeared precisely at the kunai's highest point, thousands of feet above the compound.
From his dizzying vantage point, as he began his controlled descent, Minato looked down at the Shie Hassaikai headquarters. The front gate was a mess of rubble and smoke, and faint shouts could already be heard, confirming All Might's successful diversion. His piercing red eyes, enhanced by the Tobirama transformation, rapidly scanned the complex below, pinpointing key areas, internal courtyards, and the likely location of Eri's confinement.
His gaze fixed on an inner courtyard, far from the chaos All Might was now creating. With another swift, practiced motion, Minato flung a second kunai. This one flew downwards like a silver arrow, spiraling gracefully until it struck the ground with a soft thwack, embedding itself firmly in a shadowed corner of the compound's inner area.
And then, with another instantaneous flash, Minato was gone from the sky. He reappeared silently, his feet touching down just beside the freshly embedded kunai in the inner courtyard. He was in. Unseen, unheard, and ready to complete the other half of their daring rescue. The distraction was set. Now, the infiltration.
As soon as his feet touched the inner courtyard, Minato became a shadow. The din of explosions and battle cries from the front gate echoed faintly, a distant roar that served as a perfect auditory smokescreen. He moved with practiced stealth, weaving through the compound's exterior, his sharp eyes discerning subtle signs of foot traffic and faint energy signatures. His target: the basement. Intelligence indicated that the most secure and secluded areas for Chisaki's vile experiments would be deep underground.
He hadn't gone far when he saw a group of Shie Hassaikai members heading towards the very basement he was targeting. A small, tactical advantage. He melted further into the shadows, waiting for them to pass. As the last person in the group moved by, Minato struck. With a silent, blindingly fast motion, he delivered a precise chop to the back of the neck, rendering the unfortunate Yakuza member unconscious before they could utter a sound.
With the body hidden, Minato activated his Transformation Jutsu, shifting his form to perfectly mimic the knocked-out grunt. Now looking like a low-ranking member of the Shie Hassaikai, he blended seamlessly. This new disguise, combined with his infiltration skills, made him virtually undetectable.
Time was of the essence. To speed up the search, Minato wove hand signs. Four Shadow Clones shimmered into existence beside him, each identical to his transformed self. "Search," he commanded silently, giving them mental instructions to fan out and locate any signs of a child, specifically focusing on areas that felt like a laboratory or prison. The clones dispersed, moving in all directions, their quiet footsteps echoing his own.
He continued his stealthy progress, navigating the labyrinthine corridors of the basement. He passed by various storage rooms and dimly lit passages, the scent of antiseptic and something more metallic, more unnerving, growing stronger. He had been searching for what felt like several minutes when a jolt of information flooded his mind. One of his clones had dispelled itself, its experiences now instantly uploaded to his consciousness. It had found her.
With a surge of chakra, Minato activated the Flying Thunder God Technique, teleporting directly to the location the clone had marked. He reappeared silently in a sterile, dimly lit corridor. Before him stood a heavy, reinforced door, clearly guarded. And guarding it were two figures he recognized from his briefing: Toya Setsuno and Rikiya Katsukame.
Minato, still in his Yakuza grunt transformation, approached them casually, adopting a slightly hurried demeanor. "Hey," he began, his voice rough, mimicking a lower-ranking grunt. "There's a huge fight going on at the front gates. All Might's there. He's tearing things up."
Setsuno, ever suspicious, narrowed his eyes. "All Might? Are you sure, you idiot?"
"Absolutely! Explosions everywhere! They're sending everyone up," Minato replied, gesturing vaguely with his head towards the upper levels. "They're gonna need all hands on deck." He continued walking towards them, subtly closing the distance, ensuring his perceived urgency would distract them.
As he got just within striking range, their attention fully on his words, Minato's body flickered. His Body Flicker Jutsu was instantaneous. Before Rikiya, the hulking figure with Vitality Stealing, could react, Minato's leg connected with a powerful kick to his abdomen. The blow, imbued with his underlying Sage Mode enhanced strength, sent Rikiya staggering back, a grunt of pain escaping him.
Before Setsuno, shocked by the sudden assault, could even process what had happened or attempt to use his Quirk, Minato had already used Body Flicker again. He reappeared directly behind Nemoto, his hand striking with devastating precision. A sharp, powerful blow landed squarely on Setsuno's temple, knocking him out instantly.
The two guards crumpled to the ground, defeated before they even knew what hit them. Minato stood over them, his Tobirama form momentarily visible before he reverted to the grunt disguise, his eyes fixed on the heavy door. Eri was behind it.
