Synopsis
“Be careful what you binge-watch on before bed... it could come true!” In Adam's view, the representation of Devils he saw in the media was always far superior to humans. But this superior representation created a fascination in Adam to the point where Devils became a very interesting and intriguing subject for him, so much so that researching and consuming media about them became his Hobby. One random night while he was in hospital, after binging on a strange Japanese anime themed around demons that could convert humans into a Servant Peerage, Adam woke up in a cruel medieval world where humans, elves and dwarves crush any race that dares to be different. Unfortunately, Adam discovered that he was not part of these three dominant races, finding himself alone in a hostile forest, surrounded by monster hunters and whispers of intolerance... But fate smiled on Adam: the new race he was part of was the Devils! As the first Devil in this world, he received a System that gave him the key to transforming beings of other races into Devils like himself! With a snap of his fingers, he could turn the downtrodden... renegade humans, rejected beasts, broken spirits... into loyal devils, each marked with a Noble Mark that not only turns them into devils and gives them strength, but converts some of that strength back to Adam. The stronger the demons under Adam became, the stronger Adam himself became! “The humans of this world didn't know the power and temptation that a Devil could bring... using my knowledge as an advantage, I gradually grew from a weak and lost little Devil into the Noble Demon King!” What to expect: • [Non-human MC] • [Strong to Strongest MC] • [MC getting servants and devloping his Peerage] • [Rankings and Gradual Progression] • [Challenges with a Focus on Planning] • [Smart MC] • [Characters with Depth and Varying Personalities]

Chapter 1 - The First Devil

"Didn't I close the curtains?" I asked myself aloud, a little confused by the feeling of the sun on my face while I slept, even though I was sure I had closed the curtains in my hospital room.

Opening my eyes slowly, I was shocked to realize that I was not in my room, but in a forest!

Frightened, I quickly got up from the ground where I was lying, and my body was thrown a few meters into the air, making me even more frightened.

Instinctively, trying not to fall on my butt, I tried my best to stand up, and with an agility I had never had before, my body reorganized itself in the air, making me land perfectly on my feet, as if I knew exactly what I was doing.

Shocked, I raised my hands in disbelief, and what I saw was even more surprising.

Instead of the weak and malnourished hands I had after being hospitalized, what I was looking at was a pair of pale, smooth hands, the most beautiful I had ever seen.

"With hands like these, I could easily become a hand model..." I thought, speechless.

Moving my gaze from my hands and looking at the rest of my body, I realized that everything was different.

Although I was still thin, thin to the point where I was clearly not very healthy, the few muscles that this body had still made it clear that this body was not mine.

"Did I transmigrate into someone else's body?" That was the first thing I thought.

Not having much to do in the hospital room, my hobby became fanatically studying anything related to demons, including watching Japanese anime where the protagonist was isekaied to another world, or web novels where the protagonist took over the body of a version of himself from another reality.

The last thing I remember from my other world is that I had just finished watching a Japanese anime with a very interesting premise for demons, where they can convert people into demon servants and use these servants to battle and resolve internal conflicts.

"Did I probably fall asleep while watching and die in my sleep?" I asked myself, confused.

But even though I knew I had died, I didn't feel sad about it.

When I found out about my cancer, my girlfriend quickly ended our relationship, and my family, whom I thought was very close, also distanced themselves for fear of being left with hospital bills after my death, leaving me completely alone and abandoned in that place, spending my last savings to pay for a nice place to live.

"At least none of those bloodsuckers will get a penny of mine..." I thought with satisfaction.

Continuing to look at my body, I realized that the clothes I was wearing, if you could call them that, looked more like dirty, worn-out, hairy potato sacks.

"What did my body in this world have to go through to need to wear something like this?" I became even more confused.

Trying to remember anything that might be useful, it was as if I had broken the walls of a dam, causing a flood of memories to come into my mind as if I had experienced it all firsthand.

In this world, I was born from nothing, a pile of Mana and negative thoughts that had accumulated for hundreds of years, until 3 years ago when I was finally born.

As soon as I was born, I already knew a lot instinctively.

The first and most important thing was that I was a Devil!

Even though I didn't know exactly what that meant at the time, I started trying to survive in that forest.

Ninety percent of the creatures I encountered were hostile, and the remaining 10% were easily frightened to the point that I had to survive my first few months on only fruits I found on trees or bushes.

Fortunately, having wings helped me a lot to reach the fruit at the top of the trees.

My wings were like the ones I imagined for a Devil, red and pointed, looking like a mixture of bat wings and dragons, much better than the monstrosity that were the wings in the anime I saw before I died.

The speed at which my body matured was also much faster than I had imagined.

With each passing month, it was as if my body grew the equivalent of a year.

At 5 months, I was already the size of a 5-year-old child, and it was around this time that I unlocked my Mana.

As soon as my Mana was unlocked, I knew that I just had to imagine what I wanted and my demonic physiology would do the rest to recreate what I imagined for myself, with the cost of Mana corresponding to the power and complexity of what I wanted to create.

Since I hadn't come into contact with any other people up to that point, the first thing I tried to make was fur to cover myself from the cold, just like the animals I saw.

That's how my first "potato sack" to wear came about.

Knowing this background, I felt a little bad for criticizing my clothes so much the first time I saw them.

Despite having the magic of creativity, my mind was still too young and primitive to allow me to do anything advanced with it, so time passed with me just eating, sleeping, and exploring the forest.

When I turned 1 year old, my body was already the size of a 12-year-old human child. Every few weeks I had to spend Mana to remake my "clothes," but as I grew, my Mana pool was also growing, making it easier and easier for me to recreate my clothes, even if they were slightly larger than the previous ones.

However, at that age, fruit alone was no longer satisfying me.

I could eat as much fruit as I wanted, and my body kept asking me for something more.

Whenever I saw an animal nearby, something inside me told me that was what I needed.

So, with the aerial advantage my wings gave me and agility far superior to the weakest animals in the forest, one day I managed to catch a rabbit and tasted meat for the first time.

Even though the meat was raw and the blood covered me when I took the first bite, my body practically screamed in euphoria at finally receiving the nutrients I so desperately needed.

After that day, my diet changed.

I went from being a little herbivorous devil to becoming almost completely carnivorous.

At that point, I only ate fruit to vary the taste.

Unfortunately, one time when I was eating a small live rabbit, while the creature was trying to struggle in my hands, but my superior strength wouldn't let it go, I heard a terrifying, high-pitched scream.

"AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"

That scream shocked me completely, making me look in the direction the sound came from.

There was a female "Devil" without wings looking horrified between me and the rabbit I was eating.

Curious, I extended my hand with the rabbit still struggling in pain toward her, offering her my delicious meal so we could share, since this was the first time I had seen another being of my kind, but this seemed to terrify that "Devil" even more, who screamed even more desperately before turning and running away from me.

That hurt me.

More than I cared to admit.

Whenever I heard a strange noise in the forest, I would fly in that direction and watch from hiding as the other "Devils" fought monsters and animals that I could easily kill or outrun.

But strangely, even if they were injured, they never used their wings to flee or take advantage of their aerial advantage, which gradually made me realize that we were different.

Maybe they didn't have wings like me!

With my current knowledge, it was clear that they were humans, but the young me, less than 2 years old, didn't know the difference.

As time passed, my body continued to grow, until when I turned 18 months old, my growth stopped.

Aesthetically, I looked like I was 18 years old, even though I was only 18 months old, and after that, even as the months passed, my appearance remained the same.

I had reached maturity.

And from what my instincts told me, I would stay that way for a long, long time.

This, added to the knowledge I had gained from my research in my other world, could mean hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of years if the two races were really the same.

After my 18 months, my body continued to grow naturally, but much more slowly.

When I ate an animal or monster, that speed increased, but it was still much slower than when I was in the process of growing.

As the months passed, I saw more and more "wingless Devils" in the forest, the humans.

Their strength was very weak, but every now and then a person with strength comparable to mine would appear in their group, or even someone like that woman with pointed ears who used magic that I couldn't even replicate with my imagination magic.

Seeing these people more powerful than me, and remembering the reaction of the first woman I met when she saw me, only served to discourage me from showing myself to them.

Unfortunately, my curiosity remained as high as it was the first time I saw them, so when I heard their voices in the forest, I approached to observe their adventures with curiosity.

And on one of those occasions, a man sensed me and shot at me with what they called a "bow."

Sensing danger, I quickly tried to dodge, but the arrow still hit my shoulder, causing me to bleed as I tried to run away desperately.

After that day, humans started hunting me in groups.

Almost every time I tried to watch a group of them from hiding, someone in the group would sense me and they would start chasing me while shouting offensive things.

"Come back here!"

"Come here, you winged monster!"

"This monster will make a very valuable slave!"

I could understand everything they were saying, but I couldn't understand why they were saying it.

I had never attacked any humans, so why did they hate me so much?

Little by little, the wounds they inflicted on me were piling up.

Even if my skin healed from the external wounds, I was still wounded internally, needing much more time to heal from that kind of wound.

The worst wound of all was the last arrow I remember receiving.

As soon as the arrow hit my skin and cut my flesh, I felt as if something was burning me.

Even if I pulled the arrow out, the white liquid that dripped from it burned me like fire!

After that, I stopped following humans to observe them out of curiosity, but they continued to find me and shoot arrows like these at me.

Gradually, I felt as if my body was getting weaker. In a few days, I could no longer fly, and in a few weeks, I was having trouble walking.

Until suddenly, I fainted while walking, and when I woke up, my consciousness from the other world had taken over this body.

Fortunately, whatever brought me here also seems to have cured my body of the poison that the humans had put on me, as I no longer felt any of the weakness I had felt before I fainted.

Knowing that I was only three years old and had a body like this was surprising.

"Will I be able to control my wings?" I thought excitedly.

With a simple thought, three new limbs appeared on my back, the large pair of wings I was already used to, and my pointed tail that I used to balance myself during flight.

Opening my wings completely, I was shocked by the imposing wingspan of 8 meters (26 feet)!

Despite the colossal weight that limbs of this size should have, I felt as if these wings were very light, to the point that I could flap them easily and fly in any direction I wanted, and even adjust my flight with magic so that I could float naturally in the air.

Realizing my dream of finally being able to fly, I forgot for a few seconds that I was in an unknown world and just enjoyed the freedom that the wings could bring me.

The feeling of flying was liberating!

Gliding through the air, dodging trees with ease, rising higher and descending even faster was extremely fun.

From what I could tell by the speed at which I was passing the trees, my estimated speed was the same as that of a small car in my previous world, around 100 km/h (60 mph)!

Imagine the adrenaline rush of being able to fly at such a high speed!

After just a few minutes, I was already several kilometers away from where I had woken up.

In front of me was a large lake.

Curious, I landed on the edge of the lake as naturally as if I had years of practice, which technically I did.

Looking at the lake, for the first time in my two memories, I saw my reflection.

Without the curiosity to know what I looked like, my life in this world had never tried to see my own reflection in the lake, so I had no idea what I looked like.

"Damn... I look truly demonic..." I thought, shocked.

Long, black, messy hair, which on any other face could give the impression of ugliness, only made my face even more beautiful and mysterious.

The dirt on my skin, though intense, still couldn't hide the charm that a demon should have.

Blood-red eyes, smooth, pale skin, a masculine, defined jaw, and a smile with only slightly pointed teeth, which increased my charm to a level I had never seen before.

Even in my previous world, with access to the internet and influencers becoming famous just because of their looks, I had never seen a man as handsome as this body.

Sure, in this world there are probably people more beautiful than me, since I've seen some elves who could easily outshine any supermodel from my other world, so even if I was very handsome, it still wasn't at the level where I would stop nations just to win me over, like the web novels I read described.

But knowing that I was handsome, much more handsome than I was in the other world, was a good thing.

Taking advantage of the fact that I was already at the edge of the lake, I quickly undressed and washed myself.

Although my old self didn't care about dirt, as someone who came from a modern world, I couldn't stand the idea of going more than a day without showering.

I believe that because of my strength and magic, even though the water wasn't warm, it didn't bother me at all.

In a few minutes, I finished cleaning myself up, and now it would be my chance to use magic for the first time.

After cleaning myself up completely in the lake, I didn't want to have to wear that hairy potato sack again, so I decided to use my imagination magic to make new clothes for myself.

Clothes made with magic weren't permanent, but the potato sack would easily last two weeks, which wasn't a problem for me.

Even though I wanted to wear modern clothes, which were simple and comfortable, I figured that something like that would attract more attention than necessary in this world, so I remembered the clothes of some of the adventurers this body had seen in the past and recreated their outfits.

A simple black leather armor with belts and other utilities to hold bags, potions, and a sword, things I didn't have now, but that I could get in the future.

In addition to the leather armor, I also made a black hooded cape to hide my identity.

The me of this world was very young and naive, never understanding how humans always managed to recognize and track him whenever they saw him, but to me it was clear.

From what I gathered from the memories I received, humans always shouted about my wings, making it clear that this was what made them recognize me.

I could just hide my wings and my face and they wouldn't be able to tell if I was another human or the prey they were after.

Fortunately, my wings were magical, so even though the armor I made didn't have holes in the back, the wings could still open up spaces in it and get out if I needed to.

The cost of making this armor was more expensive than I had imagined, not to mention that I felt that it would last much less than the potato sack...

While the sack lasted at least two weeks, my new outfit would last a maximum of three days, that is, if I wasn't attacked and its durability decreased even more.

"I don't think I'll be able to rely solely on magic to dress myself..." I thought disappointedly.

Perhaps because of the high level of detail it had, even though it didn't have the durability it appeared to have, I spent almost my entire Mana reserve to make it.

And considering the feeling I had that I was close to evolving to the next stage, it showed that my total Mana wasn't low.

Finishing adjusting my armor and hood, I was satisfied with my appearance and started walking toward the village I had spotted while flying here.

Being a human in my other world, I wouldn't be able to live alone in this forest for days like my version of this world had done.

But after an hour of walking, a strange glow in a nearby bush caught my attention.

Curious, I approached it and opened it, trying to see what was there.

A corpse.

A dead human man.

He was lying face down, with a large hole in his back, showing that he had clearly been stabbed by someone from behind.

After integrating my memories of this world, I felt nothing extraordinary about seeing a dead person in front of me.

"Maybe that's because I'm not human?" I asked myself, confused.

But there was a strange feeling inside me, something that drew me to this man's body.

"Do I want to eat his flesh? I don't know if I can do something like that..." I thought worriedly.

Focusing on that feeling again, I closed my eyes and tried to feel it inside me.

When I opened my eyes again, a strange transparent screen was floating in front of me!

Just seeing the status screen like an RPG left me completely shocked, but what shocked me completely was the description of the ability [Noble Mark]!

[Noble Mark: A skill that identifies creatures with unique potential and turns them into servant demons. When activating Noble Mark, a hellish glyph reincarnates the target, whether alive or recently dead, into a demon, amplifying their special characteristic into an innate skill and granting demonic benefits (strength, magic, regeneration). The mark induces loyalty to the Master, but does not guarantee total obedience. The Master gains a copy of the servant's innate ability and receives a percentage of the servant's level and power gains.]

Wasn't that ability practically a copy of the ability the Devils had in that anime I was watching before I died?!

Thinking about how OP this ability was, especially where I could create an army of servants, copy their abilities, and absorb parts of their strength gains, I became much more excited about this new world.

'If I thought before that it would be just me against the world, this ability completely changes the game!
