The battlefield was devastated by a single attack from Ares. The immense destruction he could cause with a single move astonished the comrades of his new body, formerly known as Klaus.
He saw a beautiful woman among all those soldiers and decided to ask her:
"What world is this?"
"What... World? What are you talking about, Klaus?"
"That's right, you don't know what I'm talking about", Ares said again. "What country are we in?"
"Are you okay, Klaus? We're in Kalafan. You were born and raised here. What's wrong with you?"
"Hey, everyone!", Ares exclaimed loudly.
The few surviving soldiers who remained approached, confused, to hear the words of the one they knew as Kalus. They didn't understand how he had become so powerful.
Ares was going to tell them the truth, but after a second's thought, he decided against it and continued with Klaus's life so he could better understand this new world.
"I'm still Klaus, in case any of you doubt it", he lied. "But I think I've lost all my memories after being knocked unconscious in the battle. I'd ask you to help me recover them."
The beautiful girl he had spoken to earlier said to him:
"I'm your sister Erika, do you remember me?"
The man Ares saw as soon as he woke up in this new world also decided to speak:
"I'm the captain of the squadron, Augustus Fraydor. How did you become so powerful? Your magical affinity was wind, and now I honestly don't know what it is."
"It's a new wind power I recently evolved", he lied, trying not to let them notice.
"So... You're still our Klaus, right?", asked Erika, his supposed sister.
"Of course, sis", he affirmed.
"Hey! Have you heard of Ares here?"
"I know a brewer from a cheap tavern named that", one of the men replied, struggling to contain his laughter.
