l looked at this girl that the guards threw at my feet and started feeling weird ,my eyes glowed ,my senses sharpened and my wolf started celebrating in my head shouting mate,mate
"Mate,"l grunted
Mate ,l realized and started feeling so angry that they handled her like she is some worthless being .
"Why did you throw her like that ,"l shouted
"I'm sorry your majesty l didn't know she was your mate,"he apologized
"I will deal with you later,"l promised
l picked her up in my arms and she weighed so little.She was so very skinny and she looked pale making my heart ache a little .I carefully placed her on my bed and removed strands of hair from her face .She was so very beautiful,from her cute little nose ,he luscious lips and thick eyelashes
l always felt like l had no mate out there .I'm twenty seven and l still haven't found my mate yet so all hope was lost but now that she is here ,she is not going anywhere.
l was about to leave when l noticed blood on her feet .l examined the wound and it was not that bad ,,it would heal in about five hours since she is a wolf .

l was feeling well rested which made me think ,maybe l was dead .Since my family found out that l had no wolf l have never slept for long hours ,they always found something for me to do and other things were just unnecessary.l mean why would anyone clean the roof of the house .
l opened my eyes and realized that l was in an unfamiliar room .l instantly panicked and got off the bed .The last thing l remember is my encounter with the guards and after that it was blank .How did l get here and wasn't l supposed to be in a dungeon for trespassing but I'm not at all complaining.
The room was very beautiful and it had a nice view of the ocean.l closed my eyes to feel the ocean breeze but instantly opened them when l realized l don't know who brought me here .What if that person had taken advantage of me but l felt normal except for the wound on my leg .It wasn't that bad ,just a few days and it would close up.
This is one of the days l wished l had a wolf so my wounds would heal much faster .l was examining my wound when the door opened .l looked up and saw an elderly woman.Neither of us spoke for several seconds,me because l didn't know where to start and her mmm l don't know
"hello my lady I'm Gladys ,"she introduced herself
"nice knowing you I'm Brielle,do you mind telling me what I'm doing here shouldn't l be in a dungeon or something,"l asked
" You're the Alphas mate so why would you be ina dungeon,"she asked confused
"You must be mistaken ,I'm no one's mate ,"l tell her
"I'm not mistaken ,the alpha himself informed me about your arrival and that we should take care of you "She said making me even more confused .
How can l have a mate when l don't have a wolf,isn't that the reason why my family didn't like me .There has to be a mistake somewhere
"Take a shower and wear these clothes l will be back with the herbs for your wound ,the bathroom is that way"
With that said she left and l was left to myself again with so many questions and no one to answer them
