2082 – Triumph and Treachery
In an ultra-modern lab, amidst the gleam of lights, a man shouted with excitement—
"Yes! I did it! Now I'll shut everyone up!"
That man was Aarav Gupta, a brilliant quantum physicist who had just unraveled the mysterious puzzle of rebirth. The result of his years of research was—
"Quantum Cronex", a revolutionary machine that could prove consciousness never truly dies. Instead, In rare cases, this process is known as reincarnation.
But then...
Knock knock!
A loud knock broke the moment. Before Aarav could process what was happening, the door slammed open and masked strangers stormed in. They looked like a black ops unit—professional and deadly.
"Who are you?" Aarav stepped back in fear.
then suddenly he understand
"Wait! Why do you want to destroy my research?"
One of the agents stepped forward and spoke in a cold voice—
"Because this research would make India too powerful. And we can't allow that."
Bang! Bang!
Two gunshots rang out—
The first hit Aarav in the head, the second struck the Quantum Chronex.
"You damaged the machine too, you fool!" one agent yelled.
"Now hurry up—let's get out of here!"
Darkness enveloped Aarav... his consciousness collapsed.
Rebirth – 266 BCE, Mauryan Empire
Sunlight filtered softly through the window of a dark room. A teenage boy suddenly woke up, gasping.
"Ah!"
He was drenched in sweat. His head throbbed like someone was hammering inside his skull.
"I... didn't die?" He quickly felt his head—there was no gunshot wound.
But as he looked around, he realized he was in a strange, place.
Suddenly, a wave of pain surged in his head, and a whirlwind of memories began flooding in—
"Ah! This hurts... Wait! Whose memories are these?"
Slowly, he realized—
He was now in ancient time, where the rule is Emperor Ashoka had run.
And more astonishingly—he was no longer Aarav Gupta.
He was now in the body of a young boy named Skandgupta!
"Quantum Dimension! This is exactly what I feared!" thought Aarav (now Skand).
"Because of the Quantum Time Differential, I've been thrown this far into the past... and now I'm trapped in this body named Skandgupta!"
A New World, A New Family
Just then, the creaky door opened, and a weak voice called out—
"Skand? Son, are you alright? I heard you scream, so I came to check."
Skand (Arav) turned his head and saw a thin, weary-looking woman with concern etched on her face.
"Mother?" He was stunned.
(Thinking)
"So this is the mother of this body… but why does she look so frail?"
And then, old memories flashed in his mind—
- Skand's father had been a merchant who fell into deep debt while expanding his business.
- He had recently died, leaving the family destitute.
- To survive, Skand's mother and uncle had to sell all their belongings.
- Now, the family lived in misery, struggling each day.
Skand took a deep breath and looked at his mother.
"Yes, mother. I'm fine… just had a bad dream."
His mother came closer and sat beside him.
"Son, you seemed so disturbed when you came home earlier. What happened?"
Skand (Aarav) looked at her—and suddenly recalled the last memory of the real Skand.
(Thinking)
"Oh! Now I understand how the real Skand died. He had gone to visit his fiancée, and secretly overheard that her family was planning to break off the engagement... because he wasn't wealthy anymore."
"The shock gave him a heart attack... and he died. That's when my soul entered his body!"
"Hah... a guy who died over a girl? Seriously? The real Skand was so pathetic!"
Skand (Aarav) chuckled inwardly.
"Come mother, let me help you to your room. You need rest."
But his mother gave a faint smile, "I'm fine, son..."
(Thinking)
"No, mother, you're not fine. The doctor said you need rest... After father's death, you've been broken."
Skand helped her to her room and tucked her in, then stepped outside.
A New Beginning, A New Purpose
The moon glowed in the sky, and cool winds blew across the land.
Skand stood alone, deep in thought—
"This family is shattered… They once had everything, and now nothing is left. And this real Skand... such a waste of potential!"
"And i get Reincarnated In this body and now i have some new Responsibility.
"And now I have a task to fix this!"
"I will raise this family again, bring them back to greatness!"

There was a knock at the door.
When Skand opened it, he saw his fiancée and her father standing outside.
"So they came here themselves?"
