Alan steps out of school and sees his father waiting for him. He was a 17 year old boy with black hair and was wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt. He sees his father waiting outside for him to say hello. Alan lived ina hostel and never got the chance to see his father much, so he smiled and walked to him. "How have you been? How's the shifting process going?"
His dad smiles. "Oh it's doing fine. Some of our things like books got burned form the fire though." His father's expression joyful. His father Silas gets a phone call and he takes it, slightly irritated at the interruption. He finally cuts the call after two minutes. "I'm sorry Alan, I have to go. Some things I have to take care of." Alan nods and watches him go. "I understand. Bye."
He enters an Italian restaurant after a long day of school. He was in grade 11 and wanted a place to just sit and relax and eat. The restaurant was a new one that just opened in the streets of their new city after they had just moved houses. He sits down on a table of 1 and puts his bag on the floor next to his chair.
He opens the menu and reads all the options. The waitress approaches him before asking his order. He gives her his order with a smile on his face. "I would like a lasagna please. Make it for me. Named 'Alan'." The waiter writes his order down before nodding. "Anything else Alan?". He shakes his head before giving her a polite smile. "I do have one last thing, your name." The waitress nods, replying and giving the smile back her expression hinting happiness, her smile one of her charms. "I'm Alari." He nods before speaing. "That's all Alari. Make sure I get my food fast". She speaks. "Your order will come in a few minutes or less." She heads back to a room, the door labeled 'Staff only'.
He opens his bag and sats his laptop and mouse and clicks YouTube. His clicks on a live and sees his the heading "57 year old man named Silas being bullied". His eyes widen in shock as he sees his father getting bullied. He frowns, anger boiling up inside him as he clenchis his fist. He notices the shop behind his father, a beauty shop. It was the same one right infront of the resteraunt. His eyes widen even more. A girl named Kate who had brunnete hair and peach skin speaks up, her tone teasing and mocking as she pokes his father's forehead. "Well well, look what we have here. Aren't you the man who saved his son little Alan from a fire? Oh gosh you're face is burned. The fire should've burned you. The we wouldn't have an ugly man in this city."
Everyone laughs and Silas's face falls asleep he looks down, his expression filled with sorrow as he felt helpless. Alari returns with the hot lasagna, a smile on her face. She was about to put the lasagna on the table when Alan stands up and runs outside in a rush, making the hot lasagna fall right on her. "Owh!" she yells as the lasagna falls one her. Her expression annoyed and pained, her tone slightly angry. Alan yells a "Sorry!" and he runs outside. Alari raises and eyebrow and looked at his laptop. She gasps as she looks at the live and looks outside and glares at the commotion. And there she saw the sight. Her expression changed to a sympathetic and sorrowful look as she looked at the live of Alan shooing everyone out.
A girl named Jasmine, who was Kate's twin speaks up, her tone matching Kate's. "I agree. What's weirdo he is. Oh look. Our little Alan came to defend his ugly father." Everyone around laughs except Alan, Silas and Alans bestfriend Archie, who immediately stepped in front of Alan. Archie was known for making trouble and for stopping it too. He was 2 years older than Alan who was 17 and has a tone that could scare of any boy or girl who any one thought was tough.
All the girls and boys Grace, Kate, Rose, Jasmine, Katie, Philip, Gabriel, Rose, Mia, Nina , Andrew and Lucas all took a step back except back except Alari who ha djust joined to se what was happening properly and Philip who didnt take Archie seriously. Alan looks at Alari, his expression surprised and intrigued. He makes a signal with his hands that said 'Back off of Archie will think you were part of it!'. Alari instantly took a step back, her expression changing into a mixture of surprise, confusion and intimidated.
Archie steps forward, amused as he smirked. "Back off before I punch you little delinquent."
Philips scoffs, not taking his threat seriously. "Was that supposed to be a threat?". Archie's smirk falters as he looks right in his eye. He was a lot more taller than Philip so he towers over him. "Then what? Did it sound a like a compliment? Don't test my frickin' patience. You'll regret doing two things. Bullying these two, and testing, well my patience ofc what else." Philip huffs as he crosses his arm, his expression annoyed and. He holds his hands in mock surrunded up and he teases. "Chill tough dude, I don't wanna test you're patience. I don't want a flea on me anyways. And i can a massage at the spa, not with your baby hits anywa-" Archie kicks his leg hard right on a sensitive out of anger and annoyance. Philip lets out a cry of pain. "OWH! WHAT THE HELL MAN?!" He limps back to the others while Alari widens her eyes. Archie smirks, satisfaction evident in his expression
Archie turns to the two; Alan and Silas, his hands go in his pocket. Alan smiles, amused by the situation and grateful for Archie's intervention. "Thanks man." he says and does a handshake with him. He and Archie walk's back to the restaurant as Alari follows them, concern and curiosity obvious in her tone. "What was that? What happened?". Alan looks back at her, he smiles before speaking.
"Forget that. Just 10 to 11 people who thought they were tough bullied my father. Luckily our Archie stepped in. Can't believe they even have the guts to record it." Alari rolls her eyes. "Not that! Why are you leaving your father alone? I already know everything from watching the scene." Alan looks behind and his expression guilty as he felt stupid he was leaving his father alone again. He fushes to his father and apologises, feeling slightly nervous. "Real sorry dad. Are you okay?". His dad Silas sighs. "I'm okay. Im always causing trouble for you. It's the 9th time. I'm getting really fed up of all this."
Alan speaks up. "Dad, don't speak like that. Its getting on my nerves when you act like this."
Archie, Alan and Alns father Silas all sit down. Alari returns Alans laptop, and puts the lasagna which was remade. Her expression a smile. "That'd would be 30 dollars." she says in a sweet tone wanting to brighten up the mood. Silas smiles and gives her the money. She smiles and chimes. "Have a nice meal. And before careful it's hot, I know from experience cause someone made it fall on me."
Silas stands up, a smile on his face. "What's your name dear?" his voice soft and smooth. Alari smiles as she replies. "I'm Alarina. Feel free to call me Alari."
