Chapter 34 - Last Room on the Left (5)(+18)

"It seems so," Erina said, her face flushed as she entered my study. Elves apparently know immediately when they're pregnant. Or maybe they have some kind of magical pregnancy test? I gathered the pile of documents on my desk and replied to Erina,

"Congratulations."

If she's pregnant, it's something to celebrate. After all, it's not my child, and I'll never have to claim it as mine. I never expected to indulge in consequence-free pleasure in this new world, but if we both enjoyed it, then that's all that matters.

Over the past ten days, we've tried countless positions. Erina was far better than the original character, A.A., could ever hope to be. If there were a review window, I'd give her five stars and write, "Great experience, thanks ^^." If every ejaculation left a mark, her thighs would be pitch black by now.

Erina responded with a tone as indifferent as my dry congratulations. She still seemed unsure if getting pregnant was the right choice.

"Yeah... it's something to celebrate. Not sure if I should thank *you*, though."

"Well, the job's done now."

"Yeah, it's over. Honestly, your disgusting sex was nothing but painful."

Her words were as sharp as ever. Despite saying that every day, she still spread her legs willingly whenever I entered. But I had no intention of actively pursuing sex with Erina anymore. There's no reason to. Honestly, it's a bit disappointing, but if I pushed now, I'd just seem like a sex-crazed maniac. I can't let that happen. After all, I was only "helping make a baby."

"Still, you're the father. If you want, you're welcome to visit the Elf Kingdom anytime."

"My child?"

Erina looked baffled by my response.

"Yeah, it's yours, isn't it?"

"No, the child is A.A.'s and Princess Erina's."

"You're insane."

Erina shook her head, looking exasperated. I had no intention of claiming parental rights. Even if A.A. died, the child would still be theirs. Muttering to herself, Erina noticed the reduced pile of documents on my desk.

"You've made a lot of progress."

"Yes, everyone's been assigned to the village, and all the farmland and houses have been distributed. Being a lord is exhausting."

"It's rare to have this many monsters attacking. Honestly, I'd like to commend you for protecting this small territory without casualties."

"Feel free to praise me. I love compliments."

Erina bristled at my words. She seemed particularly irritable today.

"Your arrogance prevents me from saying anything nice. How can a priest be so unprincipled and immoral?"

Here she was, pregnant with another man's child, lecturing *me* on morality. I knew exactly how to shut her up. Conveniently, a letter arrived this morning, addressed in A.A.'s name.

When A.A. and Erina parted ways, she planned to investigate in the Elf Kingdom, but A.A. apparently didn't know her address there. The letter's envelope read, "To Princess Erina of the Elf Kingdom, please deliver."

The Elf Kingdom discards most letters from the human territories unless they bear a lord's seal or are written in Elvish.

"By the way, a letter from A.A. arrived."

"A letter? When?"

"This morning."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner!"

Erina snatched the letter from my hand, hastily tearing open the envelope. As she read, her chest heaved with relief. Her ears twitched—a sign she was overjoyed. I'd learned during our encounters that her ears moved when she was happy.

"What does it say?"

"Ah... A.A..."

Erina's face lit up with emotion, like a mother reading a letter from her long-lost son assuring her he was safe. Honestly, I was surprised A.A. even wrote. In the game, A.A. knew nothing beyond sex and macho confessions. Had becoming a woman made him more sensitive? I began reading the letter:

*Erina, I'm on a carriage heading to the sea. I heard there's a trading city where I might find a potion to turn me back into a man.*

*Remember when we first met? We went to the stream to clean your wound. As you washed your feet, you said you could've escaped without my help. Erina, you've always been strong and brave, even without me.*

*Erina, is it too arrogant to think you miss me and lose sleep over my news? I hope you don't worry, but I also hope you think of me.*

*I'm on a carriage heading to the sea. They say they sell beautiful shell jewelry here. I'll bring you something when I return. I miss you.*

"He's going to a trading city by the sea."

"Maybe he'll find the potion to turn him back into a man."

Erina's joy turned to anxiety as she rubbed her belly. I couldn't tell if she wanted A.A. to find that potion or not. Her expression was too complex.

"There's no such potion in this world."

Who would play an eroge where the female lead turns into a man? There might be potions to turn men into women, but never the other way around.

"Don't be so sure. A.A. will find it."

"If he does, will you terminate the pregnancy?"

Erina froze, covering her stomach. Her face paled before returning to normal.

"That's absurd. Are you even a priest?"

"I didn't say *I'd* terminate it. I'm asking what *you'd* do, Princess."

"I... I..."

Erina averted her gaze, clearly conflicted. She shook her head firmly.

"I won't terminate it. It's my child, my choice."

Honestly, I wondered if she'd believe A.A.'s claim that magic created the child. If she thinks a potion can turn him into a man, wouldn't she believe in pregnancy magic too?

"So, what's your plan now?"

"I'll monitor the situation and return to the Elf Kingdom first."

"Not with A.A.?"

"If A.A. found out I got pregnant while with you, what do you think he'd feel?"

"He'd draw a logical conclusion."

"If you so much as whisper this to A.A., I'll kill you..."

Erina bristled again. That's why teasing her is so fun. I waved my hand to calm her, and she sighed, shaking her head.

"You're really something."

I stood from my desk. Erina closed her eyes, only to open them wide in surprise as I approached. Ignoring her reaction, I kissed her.

"Mmph? Mmm...?"

Erina resisted briefly before opening her mouth, accepting my kiss. After a long moment, she pulled her tongue back, saliva dripping to the floor. She covered her flushed face, trying to hide her excitement.

"There's no need for this anymore, is there?"

"Is the pregnancy confirmed?"

"Well... maybe my period's just late."

"It could be a few days late, right?"

I whispered, wrapping my arms around her shoulders. Erina nodded, her face still flushed.

"Yeah, it could be late."

"So, we should make sure, right? It's just business."

"Right... just business..."

I kissed her again, groping her breasts and hips. Erina trembled, reaching her peak, licking my lips.

"Let's go to my room. The last one on the left."

I smirked and nodded. After all, it's just business. Erina was enjoying the sex. I explored her body freely, and she moaned, lost in pleasure. The last room on the left.

No one ever comes to this secluded room. Only the late-night sounds of ecstasy revealed its secret.

"Slurp... mmm... ahh... mmm..."

Erina took me in her mouth, her neck moving eagerly. I stroked her head and asked,

"Does this have anything to do with making a baby?"

"Mmm... you said this helps you get hard... I had no choice."

Erina mumbled, shaking her head. I thrust gently, and she bent over, presenting herself. I aligned myself with her entrance and began moving my hips.

"Ahh! Yes! More! Deeper! Ahh!"

Erina moaned as I entered her. The sound of flesh meeting filled the room.

"More...! Ahh...! Yes...!"

As I moved, A.A.'s letter came to mind. Comparing its contents to Erina's current state was absurdly entertaining. What did it say?

*Erina, you've always been strong and brave, even without me.*

"Ahh! Deeper...! Yes...!"

*Erina, is it too arrogant to think you miss me and lose sleep over my news?*

"Inside me...! Ahh... deeper...!"

*I hope you don't worry, but I also hope you think of me.*

"Ahhhh!"

A.A.'s letter still lay on my desk.
