Chapter 3 - #2 What Happened?

Mr. Andrew: "You... You're not dead yet ?"

Hearing those words, Rain was utterly shocked and trembled uncontrollably. Her heart pounded wildly, cold sweat dripped down her face, and a chilling aura enveloped her. In that moment, she realized that what the fortune teller had predicted was truly happening.

Mr. Andrew: "How are you here? You're still alive."

Rain: "Mr. Andrew, are you... really dead? And how do you know that I'm still alive? And... what is this place exactly?" Rain asked, his voice filled with fear, frustration, and trembling uncertainty.

Mr. Andrew: "Yes, I died last night. This place is called Hades Dungeon a realm where souls who died tragically and still harbor resentment over injustice are trapped. And of course, I can tell that you're still alive... because the light radiating from your chest indicates that your soul has not yet departed."

Rain was still struggling to grasp the meaning behind Mr. Andrew's explanation.

Mr. Andrew: "But... why are you here, Rain? This place is only meant for the dead."

At that moment, Rain slowly began to accept that all of this was truly happening to her, trying to calm her racing mind.

Rain: "I... The last thing I remember is falling asleep, and then suddenly I woke up here."

Rain: "Mr. Andrew, earlier today I heard news that you had been in an accident recently and were possibly being treated at the hospital. But if I found you here... it means you really are dead. But... you said this place is only for those who died tragically and carried resentment. What actually happened to you, Mr. Andrew?"

Before answering Rain's question, Mr. Andrew let out a heavy sigh, his face clouded with frustration, sorrow, and anger. He covered part of his face with one hand, struggling to compose himself.

Mr. Andrew: "I was never at the hospital, Rain. My body was hidden away in a dark, desolate place by them. I am filled with rage and sorrow over what they did to me, and that's why I ended up here. You must help me find my body so that I can be properly buried, and so the truth behind their evil deeds can be revealed."

Rain: "Who are 'they'? What exactly did they do to you? And... how can I even help you? I'm not sure I'm capable of it, sir."

Mr. Andrew: "There must be a strong reason why you ended up here even though you are still alive."

Mr. Andrew: "Amy and Brian murdered me in cold blood. Amy my wife and Brian, my own twin brother, were having an affair behind my back for a long time, and they had been plotting to kill me."

Rain: "Mrs. Amy... your wife, she's the owner of our fencing training center?"

Mr. Andrew: "Yes, her."

Rain was stunned, torn between belief and disbelief. All this time, Rain had known Mrs. Amy as a positive and inspiring figure, someone full of spirit, confidence, and exceptional skill in fencing.

Mr. Andrew: "Are you shocked, Rain? I was too. I never imagined they were devils."

Rain: "I'm sorry, Mr. Andrew. I truly feel sorry for you... But helping you I'm not sure. This is way beyond anything I'm prepared to handle. I'm still trying to understand what's happening to me in this strange and terrifying place. So... I'm sorry, sir, but I can't help you right now."

Mr. Andrew: "You must help me, Rain! You are my only hope the only one who can help me reach the light and eternal peace."

Rain: "What will happen to you if you remain here for a long time... or forever?"

Mr. Andrew: "My soul will slowly be consumed by vengeance and rage, leaving not a single speck of light within me. I will be trapped here forever, filled with despair and confusion, becoming a restless soul. And when the day of judgment finally arrives, I will be cast into the cruelest, coldest pits of hell because of my soul's overwhelming hatred."

Now Rain was truly torn. What should he do for Mr. Andrew? She worried that if she got involved, terrible things could happen to her in the real world. Yet Rain couldn't bear the thought of leaving Mr. Andrew, someone she knew as a kind and honorable man to such a horrible fate. It was terribly unfair.

Rain remained silent, her mind flooded with conflicting thoughts and emotions. She wrestled deeply with the decision: should she help Mr. Andrew, or should she walk away?

The heavy, silent moment stretched on for what felt like forever, until finally, Rain spoke.

Rain: "What can I do to help you, Mr. Andrew?"
