"Oh my so boring", Yu Mingyue said as she huffed loudly. the little girl around the age of 6 was sitting at the porch of her home swinging her legs as she sits on a bench and staring lazily at the plum tree in the yard, she had been in that position for more than two hours and was bored like hell.
" When can I get a neighborhood friend" she mumbled to herself while looking at the unoccupied flat next to hers. the compound she and her parents lived has two medium sized flats and one of which hadn't been occupied for ages. she had tried making friends with other children nearby but she felt they were to childish, seeing them play with mud or cry at every little thing she gave up the idea.
Home wasn't the best option either, her middle-aged parents were very caring and loving but.... whenever her mom and dad were together they'll flirt with each other non-stop as if there were a new college couple, they usually fed each other popcorn while watching movie and treat Mingyue like she was totally invisible. Mingyue often got annoyed seeing her parents acting cute with each other, though they usually tried to bring her into their conversation at times, she definitely wasn't interested in hearing their love story for the nth time, so she would either stay in her room, do her homework or enjoy snacks outside.
It was already 4pm and she was already tired and felt a bit sleepy, but as she was about to return to her room a low-key car drove into the yard, " is that aunt Luo?" Mingyue said to herself as she stared intently at the black Audi that was parking carefully at a corner but she remembered that her aunt had travelled to another city and won't be back for a while so it can't be her .
Moments later a young looking woman came out of the car and went towards the car trunk . Mingyue stood up curiously and walked forward to have a clear look at the woman " Woah, she's pretty" Mingyue muttered to herself, Although the woman was sporting a shoulder length hair and was dressed casually, she looked extremely beautiful from afar with her light brown hair. " I wonder if she's the new tenant madam Zhang mentioned " Mingyue said as she remembered that the Landlady mentioned it to her parents few days .

Inside the car a young boy opened his deep midnight ocean blue eyes lightly when he felt the car had come to an halt and he swiftly picked up the book he was reading before he had fell asleep and then tossed it into his backpack before opening the car's door.
When he got down his eyes landed on a little figure few meters away from him staring towards his direction and he immediately felt struck with her cuteness,The little girl's hair was packed into two buns and she wore a light pink dress looking like a princess from afar. Both of them stared at each other for a while before his mother approached him with their luggage causing him to break the eye contact. "mom let me help you" The little boy who was 7 years old said with his cute voice as he stepped forward to carry one of the bags.
As he was about to walk forward he noticed that the little girl he had seen earlier was running towards their direction, when she was just a meter away from him she stopped and glanced at him for a while before turning towards his mom " Good evening beautiful lady are you the new tenant?" Mingyue asked shyly as she looked at the beautiful lady standing in front of her like a little fan girl, she also noticed that the child standing next to looked a lot like the lady, 'Maybe this is her child' Mingyue thought to herself.
"Yes beautiful girl we'll be staying here for a while" Meng Zhaozhao said as she rubbed Mingyue's hair lightly, she quickly moved towards Li Yu Chen "Xiaobai say hello" Meng Zhaozhao said lightly to her son as she pulled him towards the girl, feeling a bit surprised he didn't know what to say at the moment but the girl quickly spoke up and said " Hello pretty sister what's your name" Mingyue said enthusiastically as she nervously grabbed one of his hands and looked right into his eyes.
