The silent peace of the Star Dou Forest was disrupted, not by war or weather, but by fate itself. Deep within the Core Region, atop the ancient Sky-Piercing Tree, Gu Yuena stirred from her meditative trance. The silver-haired Dragon God's eyes shimmered with a complex light as she looked toward the outer layers of the forest.
"Di Tian," her voice rang out across dimensions.
Within seconds, Di Tian, the Beast God and the most powerful among the soul beasts, knelt respectfully, yet unease lined his golden irises. "Yes, my Lord?"
Gu Yuena's gaze did not waver. "An auspicious presence has appeared. Something blessed by the heavens... yet strange. Escort it safely here."
"Auspicious... presence?" Di Tian echoed, a chill racing down his spine. "Do you mean an auspicious beast...? But none were prophesied."
"That's the strange part," she murmured. "This entity wasn't born—it formed. It is not entirely beast, yet not fully human either. A hybrid. But it's luck… it rivals the highest blessings I've ever felt. Something has changed in this world."
Di Tian's brow tightened. The balance of the world trembled, and he could feel it—something beyond comprehension.
At the same moment, the consciousness of Douluo Dalu's World Will awakened. From the formless void it watched, invisible and immense.
Shiv's soul—Tang Yan—had triggered an anomaly.
Originally, Tang San's reincarnation was already the World Will's counterbalance to the God Realm, born from its design. But Shiv... Shiv was not its creation.
He slipped through fate.
The System he bore was alien, its origins hidden even from divine perception. And yet, Shiv's existence aligned perfectly with the world's secret objective: evolution. It desired nothing more than to ascend from a Level 3 world to a Level 2, and Shiv's presence might just be the catalyst.
He wasn't just another transmigrator. He was becoming a pillar. An auspicious entity.
The Will hesitated for only a moment before making its decision.
"He will be the auspicious beast of Douluo Dalu"
The World Will sent ripples of fate across the forest, designating Shiv—Tang Yan as the auspicious beast of Douluo Dalu.
And then in the forest's inner region, Tang Hao, who was walking with Ah Yin, noticed something darker emerge.
A shadow streaked through the canopy. Trees shattered. Mountains shook.
"The Titan Giant Ape!" Tang Hao roared, grabbing Ah Yin and leaping backwards as a monstrous fist crashed into the ground.
From the opposite side, thunder rumbled as the Sky Azure Bull Python emerged, eyes narrowed with latent threat.
Yet they weren't the only ones present.
Two other figures stood hidden—Xiao Wu and her mother, both transformed 100,000-year soul beasts. Alarmed by the sudden spike in divine presence, they too had come.
Seeing Ah Yin and Tang Hao, the beasts chose caution. But the Titan Giant Ape, wary of secrets escaping, launched an attack on Tang Hao to drive him away to protect the secrecy of Xiao Wu and her mother, even when they felt an appealing breath from Ah Yin's womb.
Inside the womb, Shiv trembled.
Something surged through his veins. An overwhelming wave of power. His Luck stat—measured numerically by the system—shot upward like a comet.
"System," he muttered mentally. "What the hell is going on?"

Tang Yan's thoughts raced. So this pressure, this storm—it was all because of his system's merge? He was drawing attention from soul beasts far older than empires.
"Tch... so troublesome," he grumbled. But inwardly, he smirked. "Still, if they're coming for me... then I'm already someone worth fearing."
As the skies darkened with beastly energy, Shiv clenched his tiny, unborn fists. He wasn't ready to face them.
But they were already watching.
In the Core Region, Di Tian arrived before a council of ancient beasts, each older than most human nations.
The Ice Jade Scorpion King, the Flame Demon Phoenix, the Abyssal Demon Tree, and others loomed with power.
"We felt it," the Demonic Eyed White Tiger said. "A divine fluctuation..."
"An auspicious beast," Di Tian confirmed.
"Is it beast or man?"
"Neither. Both. And stronger still."
The beasts were silent.
Finally, the Emerald Swan, Bi Ji, stepped forward.
"I will go with you, Di Tian. The young should be met with care, not claws."
Di Tian nodded. "Then we depart."
The forest trembled once more.
The gods had not noticed. But the beasts had.
And their future rested within a womb, glowing softly, the harbinger of change.
