Synopsis
Good morning. You must know the story: (GLOBAL REINCARNATION: ONLY I KNOW THE PLOT) which was translated here in the webnovel with Chinese origin, I will try to create a world with the same general idea, but with different things, different floors, different characters and the only thing I will follow will be the existence of the tower itself, so I hope you don't judge me for that, I liked the idea in general. - A Portuguese man dies in his world and his soul occupies a version of himself in the multiverse, with only his father as family, he will try to navigate this new universe that contains more secrets than it seems. The cover image comes directly from the work - Tales of demons and Gods -, if the author wants, I will change the image

Chapter 1 - 001

Lying on a bed is our current protagonist. To outsiders, he would appear to be asleep—but for those who know about this universe, sleep is merely a transfer to the Tower. The Tower appeared exactly one year ago, and little is known about it—except that those who climb it earn extraordinary rewards.

Our protagonist finds himself in a space resembling outer space—limitless, filled with stars—with a floating screen in front of him, displaying the following message:

Please choose your appearance to be used in the Tower.

Below the prompt, a character has already been created. The protagonist has just completed the final step, trying to mimic the appearance of Ichigo Kurosaki. After some effort, he succeeds and presses the continue button.

Please choose a nickname to be used in the Tower. Using your real name may not be recommended for your safety.

He enters the nickname "Player."Then, everything goes black.

When he opens his eyes, he finds himself standing in a circle alongside other new participants. More people appear in bursts of light.

"It's good to finally be able to speak."

He stretches, testing his new body. His height remains the same—he'd seen others struggle to adjust to their new forms due to height differences. He begins walking after spotting someone holding a sign with his name, approaching and greeting her.

"Hey Tiago, did I take too long to get here?"

"I thought you got lost making your appearance."

"So, what do you think about showing me where the important stuff is?"

"You have a guide. Just think about it, and it'll appear."

"Okay, you're already on the fifth floor, right?"

"Yeah, perks of being born early."

"Tell me about the first floor, oh wise elder."

"Ignoring that last part... The first floor is about adaptation. You're given a power, and you have to destroy robots using only that power. Some tried to challenge themselves and skipped using powers—since you can't die on the first floor—but they ended up with poor grades despite defeating many robots."

"Interesting. I'm excited to see what power I'll get. You still haven't told me what yours is."

"Good luck guessing. I'm off. Bye!"

"Bye. See you tomorrow at school."

After his friend leaves for the fifth floor, the protagonist opens his guide. A transparent screen appears with a simple map and clear instructions. He closes it and heads toward the first floor.

He comes to a wooden gate marked with the number 1 and walks through without hesitation.

Inside, the space looks much like the one for appearance creation. He is presented with three power options:

Elasticity (Reed Richards)

Magnetic Field Manipulation (Erik Lehnsherr)

One For All (Yoichi Shigaraki)

"Magneto's power is probably the best. The issue is, it takes time to control properly. Maybe not ideal for a first round? Still, long-term, it's the most promising. A high grade is good, but a strong future is better."

He chooses Magnetic Field Manipulation.

Suddenly, he's teleported to a new area with a gate and many other participants. Some are chatting; others are testing their powers.

"I can feel it... like I've stepped into another world. Is this how Magneto senses things? Impressive."

A shrill voice echoes from atop a tower. A strange figure with triangular glasses, spiky blond hair, and boundless excitement shouts:

"LET THE TEST BEGIN!"

The gates swing open. Everyone rushes into a simulated city, using various powers—some elemental, some bizarre.

Our protagonist targets smaller robots. He uses his magnetic fields to lift them and lets gravity do the rest. He also assists trapped participants by forming force fields.

Eventually, time runs out. The same figure returns to announce the top 20 scores:

20. Legend - 64 points…

3. Flower - 122 points

2. Beast - 135 points

1. Player - 144 points

Seeing his nickname at the top, he wonders what his reward will be. He's transported to the same starlit room and offered three reward options:

Erik Lehnsherr's Helmet – Grants immunity to mind reading and mind control.

Power Control – Increases power mastery via basic training memories of Erik Lehnsherr.

Choose a second power from the original three.

"The helmet offers telepathic immunity—amazing if others have such powers—but it could expose my identity in the real world. The training memories are basic; I can develop those myself. A second power sounds tempting, but nothing beats a power with omega potential."

He picks Erik Lehnsherr's Helmet, then reappears in a personal room resembling a storage area. A single helmet awaits him. He picks it up, puts it on, and reflects.

"It's been a year. A year since I became this version of me. At first, I thought I caused the Tower... but life outside hasn't changed. The highest anyone has reached is the 33rd floor. After learning you can die beyond the 10th, people have slowed down. The first and tenth floors are based on Boku no Hero, I think. The tenth is a tournament. Should be fun."

His body turns into light. A click echoes—and he wakes in his original body: freshly cut brown hair, brown eyes, and an unscarred face.

After showering and dressing, he heads to the kitchen where his father awaits. The man, bearing a strong resemblance to him but older and bearded, has reached the 20th floor himself.

"The best part about the Tower is that I don't have to wake you up anymore, sleepyhead. How was your first time?"

"Normal, I guess. I actually came in first."

"Congrats, champ. We're having dinner at Zé's bar tonight."

"Awesome. But first, school—and you've got work at school."

"Being a school guard isn't easy. Too many kids trying to sneak in things they shouldn't."

They close the front door behind them, get into the car, and drive toward school.
