Rick didn't want to say the spell or how it worked, but he said that they needed to remember at least 80 spells and connect them together, combine them into a single spell, then change the specific conditions they wanted to change.
They didn't ask him about the ring anymore after hearing all that. Because remembering one spell and practicing it to perfection takes so much time.
But here, not only do you need to learn 80+ spells.
You need to connect them together into a single construct and even change specific conditions.
It was impossible for them to do that.
Ben saw everything, and he had one thing he needed to do now.
He looked at his sisters and winked, then showed them toward Rick—he was directly supporting them.
They gave signs with their eyes, and Kaley sat beside Rick. Ben looked at her and gave another sign with a calm closing of his eyes, assuring her that he would take care of it.
"Rick! Let's go to the cafeteria. I will show you some tasty food items," excitement filled his voice and face.
Even Rick got excited to eat the magical world food, "Let's go."
Then Rick and Ben went to the middle compartment to see the food items.
When Rick entered the cafeteria, he saw vessels floating while mixing spices, and bowls were taking the food by themselves, forming a line in order.
Then he saw an old man there watching over the kitchen. Ben went straight to him.
"Uncle, we need two chicken roasts with egg rice." The old man raised his wand, and two cups of rice went into the frying pan, slowly adding all the spices and ingredients.
The smell while he was cooking—
"Haaaaa! This smell is sooo good," Ben said, mouth watering.
After everything was done, they packed the three egg rice and two chicken roast pieces.
After they took the packs, Rick snapped.
Then some bronze coins appeared in the air, floating. The old man didn't believe it until he took the coins and tested them in his mouth.
Ben was laughing while walking back to the compartment, enjoying how the old man reacted when Rick summoned the coins.
When both entered the compartment, the three girls sat on the seat with Kaley in the middle. After seeing that, Ben and Rick sat opposite them.
Then they gave the egg rice packs to the girls, and they were eating chicken fried pieces.
Ben got a serious doubt while eating the chicken pieces.
"Rick... Do you have a girlfriend?"
The three girls looked at Rick with food in their mouths, not even moving their lips.
Rick chuckled, "No. I never had a girlfriend."
The girls sighed in relief and started chewing, a burden lifted from their bodies.
"But..."
They again looked at him with a serious gaze.
"I got many love letters and confessions while I was in school."
Ben gave a twisted smile and placed his hand on Rick.
"Rick! How many letters did you receive when you were in school?"
Rick looked elsewhere, tapping his cheek with his index finger.
"Well... I got more than 5 love letters every day."
Ben's face twisted with the harsh reality.
"Rick! Let me read one of them, if you get one in the academy."
Rick looked at him, feeling his sadness.
"I will."
After a long time, they finally heard a train tune. Then it stopped.
Evening Time ~ 5:30 PM
All of the students got out of the train with their luggage. They looked around to see if someone would come from the academy.
Then a voice came—a crackling and irritating voice,
"Mike testing. One two—"
A head-patting sound followed, then a woman's voice,
"Hello students! Now I will tell you where you need to go."
"Look! There are doors in front of you." All the students with luggage saw doors with different names on them.
"Now, you will see the name: Naira Academy. Just enter into it and I will receive you."
Hearing that, all the students went to the door and entered it.
Rick and his friends also entered the room and stepped on the mud-colored tiles.
They raised their eyes and saw a towering building, big and lengthy. Lights all over the bricks could be seen from across miles.
Rick walked at the back with his friends, while all the other students ran toward the academy on a bridge.
After a while, when they reached the academy, they were stunned by its beauty. But most of the students were out of breath from running.
"Damn, this looks even better when we see it from up close," Rick thought.
A lady came walking in dark robes. All the students stood silently as she approached.
Ben looked at the lady,
"Hey! Look! She must be a Half-Giant."
While they were observing her height, Rick was watching her thighs and hips—her athletic body.
"I must taste this chick," he thought as they walked to her.
"Listen, guys, take your luggage and place it there." She pointed toward an empty ground. "And come with me."
All the students left their luggage and followed the woman.
She walked into the academy, went left, then right to the 5th room. Rick looked up and saw a board: Wand Section.
Everyone was super excited and talking to each other but still nervous.
Then she stood before the students, and with a grand and sweet voice said,
"Listen, everyone! Here, you will get a wand based on your power and faction. These wands will choose you."
"Also, those who already have a wand can choose to join the faction however they want."
While she was looking at everyone, she noticed Rick. Then she licked her lips.
"A Silver Born."
When she said that, everyone looked back at Rick. Rick just raised his eyes with fury.
Ben, with a nervous voice, said,
"No, he's just a normal guy who came from the normal world."
But while the boys looked back at the wand section on the shelves, the girls couldn't turn their heads after seeing him.
The half-giant made a loud sound,
"Listen! Now stretch your hands and say Raioneer."
Rick was feeling bored. He just walked to the bridge and sat in a meditation pose.
While collecting the surrounding spiritual energy,
"I have already reached Foundation Realm 8th stage. With the strength I have now, I can surely kill people with a flick. But... not enough. I still remember the first day—my mom and dad crying."
"I will get more and more powerful, then show my power to these mortals—wait."
He opened his eyes and looked up to the sky. Then some energy floated above his head in a circular formation.
His body began to float, and a boy in the crowd saw Rick rising as the circle formed above his head. All the students saw it.
Everyone looked at him without disturbing, watching to see what was going to happen.
Inside his consciousness, Rick was walking among library shelves filled with millions of books. He circulated his magic core energy.
Then—
A book with a diamond-like cover flew to him. Rick grabbed it with his hands and opened it. He started reading.
"Yeah, this is it. This is it," he smiled widely.
Then he absorbed all the knowledge in the book. Outside, while everyone watched, strange words poured out of him—then the speed increased. Millions of words started to appear, flying into the sky and forming a circular formation.
The formation gave off a white silver star-like radiation that could be seen from anywhere. Even all the students felt something familiar as they looked at the formation, and at the center, the energy formed and poured back into Rick's brain.
It seemed Rick had found something interesting.
What is it?
What is its use?
What is that book actually?
How is he going to cover up this incident?
