The world is divided into Dominions, each ruled by a dominant bloodline:


Nocturnis (Vampires) – Manipulate shadows, blood magic, and illusion.


Lycros (Werewolves) – Strength, regeneration, and elemental rage.


Aetherians (Witches/Wizards) – Control elements, enchantments, and time rituals.


Umbras (Shades) – Masters of stealth, poison, and soul possession.


Celestians (Angelic bloodline) – Rare, seen as divine, users of light and purification powers.


These bloodlines attend elite academies where only the gifted are admitted. Humans are either subjugated, used as fuel for blood rituals, or raised in ghettos.


Unlike the fixed systems of other bloodlines, Kael's Codex evolves dynamically.


Blood Imprint: Defeating an opponent gives Kael a "fragment" of their abilities, which he can integrate, upgrade, or discard.


Silver: Merge traits and unlock hybrids (e.g., Shadowfire)


Crimson: Create unique skills or forge new bloodlines


However, using absorbed traits consumes Kael's Willpower. If it runs low, the bloodlust takes over, turning him feral.
