Chapter 1 - YOUR CHOICE

There is a village named Prakriti on this earth. That village is very beautiful with lush greenery, waterfalls, birds chirping, it is wonderful to see. The day begins when the sunlight hits the land of the village. People do their work all day long and live happily. In the same village, there was a great devotee. His name was Dev. He used to worship God with a pure mind every day. His wish was that God should come to earth to worship him. Apart from that, the people of the village praised him as a good and cultured person who had given charity to so many people. He also gave education to poor children.

One day, a storm arose in the village of Prakriti. As usual, heavy rain fell, the storm blew violently, and the dam of the village broke and water started coming into the village. A big tsunami came. Then all the people were trying to save their lives. But that great devotee, Dev, seeing a huge tsunami coming towards his house, runs to the terrace of His House and does penance to God. The entire village is submerged in water. But Dev does not stop doing penance. Penance means, "Oh My God, come quickly and save Me." He sits and prays. The rain does not stop. The water keeps rising. Dev's house is also submerged in some time.

Then a person comes and says, "Oh my God Hey Man Come, I will put you in a Safe Palce of That Side , let's escape from here," but Dev rejects that person's words and says, "That God will save me, you go," and sends him away.

Then an old woman comes in a raft and sees Dev drowning in the water and says a hundred times, "Son, come, get on my raft, let's escape from this tsunami." Dev rejects the old woman's words a hundred times and says, "That God will save me, you go, grandma," and sends her away.

If people come from the rescue center in a helicopter and shout, "Come and Let's go." Dev rejects their words and says that he will not come. He says, "That God will save me, you go," and sends them away.

Even though some village chiefs shout, Dev does not agree to come.

Later, Dev dies in the tsunami. His soul comes to God and asks God.

Dev asks him, "Oh God, I am your devotee, I always worship you, I have done charity. But why did you not come to save me, tell me, God." When he asks, God laughs, "If you worshiped, you did not worship, I would have come for you. Not once or Twice,I Came for you So Many Times, but you did not come," Deva does not understand.

Dev again asks angrily, "When did you come after I died?"

Then God patiently said, "When I told you to come and go through a person, you did not come. Even though I shouted a hundred times in the form of a grandmother, you did not listen. Even though I came by helicopter, you did not give me your hand. Even though I shouted through the people of the village, you did not come. You sacrificed your life in the water by insisting that God would come."

Dev did not understand then, "God, all I saw were ordinary people. Could you have come to earth in the Original form of God and saved Me?"

God replied to him, "If any human being on earth is in trouble, then if another human being helps them,That Helped Person Called as GOD. God is the one who helps that person in trouble. If I say that I am God and come and help, it does not make sense. I will help through whatever form, in whatever guise I have to come. That is Fate, the Law of Nature. My only job is to show the way. Your job is to choose. Your choice is Your Life."

Then Dev becomes Enlightened.

Even though there are Opportunities in our lives, we wait for another opportunity. Then the opportunity we get slips away. Will we get the opportunity that we should get next? Or not? don't know. We should understand the opportunity and walk on that path. But we shouldn't sit around waiting for the path to become our own. God shows the way, He is with us, we just have to move forward. It's Our Choice, Our Life.
