Chapter 3 - AAMH: Chapter 3

Originally, with a thousand souls in his possession, Yuma felt like he was at least comfortably middle class, even if not rich.

But reality slapped him hard. He hadn't even reached the poverty line, he was practically destitute.

Yuma was never the type to save money just for the sake of saving. You couldn't save your way to wealth, you had to generate it. So, what was the point of keeping these 1000 souls?

Wait for them to give birth to little souls?

Holding onto two bucks without buying a lottery ticket, hoping to become a self-made millionaire?

So, Yuma didn't hesitate to exchange them for lottery chances!

He had to win! With his current physique, how could he have the guts to talk about work with the head of the Universal Population Control Committee a.k.a Thanos?

After clicking the lottery button, Yuma stared intently at the spinning wheel. Even if he died, he wanted to die knowing what happened, no closing his eyes and leaving it to fate!

[Congratulations! You have won the Hōgyoku!]

[Hōgyoku: Summons a Garganta connecting the real world and Hueco Mundo.]

"System, does this world have Hueco Mundo?" Yuma asked, confused after hearing the prize. "Does it have Soul Society too?"

[This world does not have Soul Society. As for Hueco Mundo, there are no Gillian there. You can think of it as your own private dimension. It's huge, and you can store any living creature there.]

"I understand," Yuma nodded. "Or maybe you are this world's Soul Society, after all, the souls I collect all end up in your pocket."

Seeing that the system wasn't responding, Yuma gave up. Two years had taught him the system's nature. Whenever he asked sensitive questions, it would immediately feign deafness. If he pressed further, it would say he didn't have enough permissions. What a pain!

After using the Hōgyoku, the incantation was engraved in his mind, and Yuma could recite it backwards and forwards effortlessly.

"With my right hand, I hold the stone that connects the boundaries. With my left hand, I grasp the blade that binds existence..."

As he chanted, a black rift appeared in the space in front of Yuma, slowly expanding, like a monster opening its giant mouth.

Yuma curiously stuck his head into the Garganta and observed it before asking, "System, how long can this Garganta last? Does it need my spiritual pressure to sustain it?"

[No, the Garganta closes based on your will. As long as you want it to exist, it can.]

Yuma was very satisfied. This skill could be very useful in the future.

It was like having a whole world at his disposal, and the gateway to that world was in his hands. No matter who his enemies were, he could just open the Garganta, and they would face his army.

Just thinking about it made him excited!

He entered the Garganta and soon arrived in Hueco Mundo.

One of the abilities Yuma liked most in Bleach was the ability to gather Reishi under his feet, allowing him to stay and move in the air.

He closed the Garganta and flew towards Las Noches.

He didn't know if this world had Las Noches. If not, he would build one. No reason, just because it was "cool!"

"So, there really is a Las Noches." Yuma was surprised to see the enormous structure in the distance. "Didn't you say there were no Hollows here? Who built Las Noches?"

[There are no Gillian here, there are Arrancar. They built it.]

"Are you messing with me?" Yuma shouted. "I can't even beat a random Espada. If I encounter a Espada ranked 5 or higher, I'm probably going to have to figure out how to die with dignity!"

"Cero!"

Before Yuma could finish his sentence, he heard someone whisper behind him.

"Shunpo!"

He couldn't turn around in time, so he could only use Shunpo to dodge.

A red blast of energy grazed Yuma's cheek and flew into the distance, kicking up a cloud of dust.

"You idiot, it's been almost a thousand years since a Shinigami came here. Don't kill him right away, or there will be no fun."

Stopping in the distance, Yuma saw two figures approaching. The one who spoke was an Arrancar with blue hair, and the other was a bald man with red spots on his face!

"The 6th Espada, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, and the 0th Espada, Yammy Llargo." Yuma's heart sank. He couldn't even beat one, and now there were two.

"Why are there Arrancar here?" Yuma asked the system. "Can they enter the Marvel world too?"

[Training ground. This is your real-world combat area. They are materialized here, only existing in Hueco Mundo. If you defeat them, they will disappear and drop their Zanpakuto, also known as "Cores."]

"What's the use of Cores?"

[Insufficient permissions. Not answering.]

"What if I'm defeated?"

[Death.]

"Damn it," Yuma cursed under his breath, immediately regaining his composure. Yammy was already firing smaller Cero blasts at him.

Cero blasts were a special attack method of Arrancar. Unlike Cero, which was slow but powerful, Cero blasts were less powerful but about 20 times faster.

"The thundering chariot, the spinning wheel's gap, this thing has light gathering and splits into six. Bakudō #61, Rokujo Kosen!" Yuma didn't dare use a lower-level Bakudō without chanting this time.

Six beams of light immediately appeared around each Arrancar, locking them in place.

Yammy had already released a dozen Cero blasts before being bound by the Bakudō. Now, the red Cero blasts had merged into a continuous stream, rushing towards Yuma.

Yuma didn't dodge. The Cero blasts were much weaker, and he could take them head-on. The important thing now was to see if he could inflict damage on the two Arrancar. If not, he would have to run.

"High-level Kidō?" Yammy roared. "Looks like he's at least Vice-Captain level. Let me eat him, Grimmjow."

The Bakudō that bound them was easily shattered by their Cero attacks. Yammy used Sonído to instantly appear behind Yuma, his massive fist smashing towards Yuma's head.

Boom!

Yuma braced his arms and took the blow head-on, sliding through the air for several meters before stopping.

Grimmjow stood in the distance, looking at them with disdain.

Yuma thought, "Good thing this guy is a battle maniac but fair. He likes one-on-one. Otherwise, if they attacked together, I'd be finished."

Three high-level Bakudō had no effect on them. His spiritual pressure was still too low.

"Bakudō #9, Kiku!"

Yuma didn't expect a low-level Bakudō to hold Yammy, he just needed to stall him for a second.

The red beam bound Yammy, and Yuma used Shunpo to appear in front of him, swinging his right arm diagonally from top to bottom.

As his arm swung, a Zanpakuto materialized in his hand in a flash.

The blade was narrow and straight, like a Tang Dao, with no guard on the hilt and a black snowflake hanging from the end.

The white blade slashed across Yammy, leaving a long, deep wound on his chest.

"Kidō #31, Shakaku!"

Yuma pressed his left hand against Yammy's head, and a massive red fireball instantly slammed into his head, sending him flying backwards.

Yuma stood there, not pursuing. He shook the blood off his blade and looked vigilantly at the two Arrancar in the distance…
