Hello everyone so, I had another idea, in Naruto, with the Rinnegan (In the beginning it will be a single Rinnegan - the right eye only.), not because of wishes, or experiments, or karma, or whatever,
but the nature of being a reincarnator soul from another world - our world specifically, where he watched Naruto as an anime - doesn't know much about Boruto though -
giving absurd Yin Chakra, that to be balanced out, the body draws from the genes of Hagoromo, filled with Balanced pattern of Yin and Yang that are dormant normally in the uchiha blood, awakened, and together forming the Rinnegan.
Though, understand, the Main Character - Indra (that's his name, he isn't Indra reincarnated), isn't gonna flaunt his Rinnegan.
It will be hidden and the trump card, but he will still be quite the powerful shinobi with having the sharingan, and using the Rinnegan wisely, when necessary.
Obito is out there after all, we don't want him to poke our MC's eyes out.
But, the Rinnegan will have its lore signifance. Like, I'm gonna put some respect on that eye, it is the eye of the Sage of the Six Paths, a being worshipped as a god throughout the entire Shinobi World.
So, do expect, what is the word for it, hmm... It was a crude word, ah! Got it!

I'm gonna go lore accurate with the shinobi world, Otsutsuki are a far bigger deal than aliens, they're gonna be Heavenly Beings, on some chinese novel type shit, children of the Heavens and all that.
Though they aren't gonna be relevant for a long, long, long time. We still have Madara, Obito, Kaguya, and Zetsu to deal with after all.
Also, finally, before I forget to state this, before he reveals he is an Uchiha, he is called Uzumaki, it is my theory that orphans receive the Uzumaki last name as Konoha showing respect by never forgetting their dead allies, and honoring them, by naming their clanless ninjas after them.
It is why I believe Naruto didn't cause people to raise an eyebrow when he is called an Uzumaki when it is one of the strongest clans in the world.
