"Glad you are awake, no need to hide", Tejas said while looking calmly at Sheetal. The hiding Sheetal slowly stood up with a confused expression not knowing what to say gave a very weird smile. While she was slowly coming down the stairs trying to understand everything, Tejas kept saying,
"are you good, do you need anything or do you wanna eat something". As soon as she came down Tejas straight away went to her, while Sheetal got scared and tried to avoid him but Tejas held her and kept his one hand on her forehead and sighed gently,
"good thing your fever subsided, medicine worked", and looked smiling at Sheetal.
But soon he realised Sheetal was trying to loosen his grip and was uncomfortable from his touch, so he hurriedly removed his hand and took a step back and said "sorry, I couldn't stop myself ", and again he took some steps back.
Avinash and the other men standing back of Tejas were startled to see their boss apologize to a girl.
"Am I dreaming, or my ears are hearing nonsense things", mumbling Avinash pinched himself only to realise it's reality.
"I am completely fine sir, but may I know who are you and am I in your house, if yes, why?"Sheetal asked.
Tejas had butterflies, and was so mesmerized by the voice of Sheetal but was trying his best not to show his emotions on his face and be calm.
"Why don't we sit and talk, you were burning from fever, you must feel weak....have some fruits, do you want me to chop them... you will feel good after eating something, meanwhile I will answer your all questions" Tejas picked an orange and gave it to Sheetal while replying.
They both sat, Tejas sat on his big throne like chair while Sheetal sat on the extreme end of sofa away from Tejas. Although, Sheetal doesn't wanted to eat but her stomach started growling, so she started eating the orange before the growling becomes more louder and gets her embarrassed. She finishes the whole orange in a go, while Tejas was continuously staring at her with a subtle smile on his face.
"Now can you answer me, what am I exactly doing here and how do I came here?...Did you bring me here?" questioned Sheetal as soon as she finished her last bite.
Tejas couldn't bring himself to say the truth so he just calmly replied "I was passing by your college, saw someone fainting,when I went close I realised you had high fever so I brought you here".
"But why?Do you know me", Sheetal immediately asked.
Tejas didn't even got an opportunity to think so he saw Avinash and his eyes were as if screaming say something. The moment Avinash saw Tejas he realised his boss needs his help, so he racked his all brain cells and brought a very practical and logical answer,
"HUMANITY" sighed a deep breath and continued speaking ,
"Our boss is a very great person, if he sees someone in need of help he runs to help", and smiled on his smartness as if his boss will promote him for his answer.
Hearing Avinash's answer both Sheetal and Tejas couldn't stop staring at him.
Sheetal's expressions clearly said
'do you want me to believe that ' ,
while Tejas' expressions were as if,
'do you want her to believe that '.
"Thankyou, for your help sir", Sheetal exclaimed and followed with
"Now I should go, can you tell me where is my bag".
While Tejas didn't want her to go so soon and was trying to think about how he can get her number he heard the voice of Avinash.
"In the car, you can get it while going",and looked at Tejas to get an appreciation for remembering but instead got scared for his life because Tejas' eyes were shooting arrows of death to Avinash and his expressions were clearly screaming 'DO YOU WANT DEATH'.
Sheetal stood up and thanked to everyone and started moving close to the gate, her every step made Tejas think how could he stop her and at last he found a brilliant idea and stood up while saying in his loud voice,
"STOP,how can you go so easily, don't you realise something..... YOU OWE ME.
