**KAYLEE'S POV**
My head… oh no, my head…!
It felt like a full-blown construction site had taken over inside it—and someone forgot to turn off the lights on their way out. A groan escaped me as I buried my face under the covers, desperate to escape the blinding brightness stabbing at my eyes. But when I shifted just a little, a strange feeling made me frown. Something wasn't right.
This bed… wasn't mine.
My heart skipped a beat. Where was I?
My room had two beds—and more importantly, it housed a certain nightmare named *Taylor*.
*Taylor…*
Just thinking her name sent a wave of pain and anger crashing through me. How could she say those horrible things to me yesterday? As if our friendship had never meant a thing to her. I had just wanted to run, drown the pain in alcohol, and find somewhere—anywhere—to sleep. And after that…
A wave of dizziness hit me as a blurry memory tried to surface. Warmth… hands on my skin… burning kisses… A flash. A rough voice murmuring my name against my lips…
**SHIT. NO. NO NO NO.**
My breath caught in my chest as I abruptly threw the covers off, needing to confirm what my brain was desperately refusing to process.
I was naked.
My heart went into overdrive. No, not this… Not me… Not *with him*...
A scream tore out of me before I could stop it:
— AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
I had slept with Aidan.
And worse… I had *enjoyed* it.
Adrenaline shot through me as I curled up under the sheets, my mind spinning into chaos.
How could I have let this happen?
Why couldn't I remember every single detail?
But my body remembered.
Oh, it remembered just fine.
A shiver ran through me despite myself, and I shook my head to drive away the heat crawling up my belly.
And just to top it all off, the bathroom door suddenly swung open, making me jump.
Aidan walked out, perfectly at ease, a towel slung low around his hips—like nothing had happened.
Seriously?! How could he be so calm while I was having a full-blown breakdown under the sheets?
My eyes widened when I saw him.
His face was still slightly damp, messy wet strands of hair falling over his forehead…
And that *body*.
Oh my God.
At eighteen, this guy was already a walking masterpiece.
His chiseled chest, perfectly defined abs with droplets of water trailing down them…
A literal Greek god.
And me?
A weak mortal whose brain completely short-circuited at the sight.
No, no, no—*Kaylee, get it together!*
I shook my head slightly, trying desperately to ignore the warmth rising inside me.
This was *not* the time to be drooling over the guy I had clearly made a *massive* mistake with.
I needed to get a grip.
And most importantly, figure out how to get out of this bed without dying of embarrassment.
**Me:** What am I doing here?
Aidan stared at me, looking slightly annoyed.
I hated when he looked at me like that. That intense, dark gaze that almost made me want to hide under the sheets again.
**Him:** So you really don't remember what we did last night?
I thought I did everything to make it… unforgettable.
A shiver shot up my spine.
**Me:** Like… what exactly did we *do*?
My voice wavered despite my efforts to stay calm.
Panic was bubbling dangerously close to the surface.
My fingers gripped the sheets tightly as I tried—unsuccessfully—to shield my chest.
Aidan simply smiled.
A smug, arrogant smile.
**Him:** Maybe you want me to help jog your memory?
**Me:** NOOOOOO!!!
He burst out laughing, clearly enjoying this way too much.
**Him:** Ah! So you *do* remember after all?
That bastard.
He was mocking me, *openly*!
My blood boiled. Without thinking, I grabbed the pillow next to me and hurled it at him.
Of course, he dodged it effortlessly, laughing even harder.
**Me:** You're such an *idiot*, Aidan!
His laugh only got louder, and I barely held back from chucking another pillow at him.
**Me:** Dammit, Aidan… you *should've stopped me*!
He raised an eyebrow, arms crossed over his annoyingly perfect chest.
**Him:** I *tried*.
He paused, then added with a cocky grin:
Let me remind you—you were the one *begging* me.
My eyes widened, and my heart skipped a beat.
**Him:** But hey… I've got a dick and balls. If you turn me on, you gotta take responsibility afterward.
I froze, completely stunned.
This guy had *zero shame*.
But… he wasn't wrong.
Slowly, hazy images started flooding back.
Desperate kisses, hands gripping my skin, the heat of his body pressing into mine…
God, did we really *do* it?
And then, an image hit me.
Too vivid.
*His… you-know-what.*
The feeling of something… *big*.
Really big.
My face went up in flames.
Oh my God. Did he *actually* go inside me?
Aidan was still watching me, increasingly amused—like he knew *exactly* what I was thinking.
What the hell had he done to me?
**Him:** What are you thinking about?
**Me:** Doesn't matter. Just get out—I want to get dressed.
He raised an eyebrow, smirking again.
**Him:** Why should I leave? I've already seen everything, you know.
That jerk.
I wanted to yell at him, but by now, I knew that never worked with Aidan.
He *loved* seeing me mad.
I swallowed my pride, softened my tone, and forced a smile.
**Me:** Please, my sweet little love muffin, could you just leave for a few minutes? I'd like to get dressed.
He looked at me in silence, his smirk deepening, then shrugged.
**Him:** Since you asked so nicely…
He finally left the room, giving me a moment to breathe.
As soon as I was alone, I rushed into the shower.
The cold water helped clear my mind, cooling down the chaos still fogging my brain. After a few minutes, I stepped out and opened a random closet.
No way I could wear last night's clothes again—the smell of alcohol and sweat was unbearable.
I grabbed one of Aidan's T-shirts, which fell to mid-thigh.
It smelled like him—woody, slightly sweet, and *completely addictive*.
I opened another drawer and, to my surprise, found some of *my own* clothes inside.
Why the hell were *my* things here?
Confused, I grabbed clean underwear and pulled on a pair of shorts before Aidan returned—which didn't take long.
He walked in shirtless, totally at ease in his own space.
**Him:** I like seeing you in my clothes.
I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at him.
**Him:** Oh, and in case you hadn't noticed… I moved all your stuff into my room.
I narrowed my eyes and put my hands on my hips.
**Me:** Yeah, I noticed. Care to explain why?
He shrugged, totally unfazed.
**Him:** Because you're staying in my room for the rest of the trip. It's just better that way.
I squinted at him, suspicious.
**Me:** "Better," my ass. This is just your excuse to enjoy my *fabulous* body again, isn't it?
A predatory grin stretched across his lips.
**Him:** Not like you didn't enjoy it. I can still hear your moans when you came from just my fingers…
My jaw dropped.
**Me:** Don't count on that happening again.
**Him:** Oh yeah?
He stepped closer, that burning look in his eyes locked on mine.
**Me:** Yeah! As of now, I'm done with alcohol. Never again.
He chuckled and shook his head.
**Him:** Tch… Don't need alcohol for that. I could have you *sober*.
My heart jumped in my chest.
**Me:** What's that supposed to mean?
**Him:** Nothing at all.
**Me:** Oh, no. I know what you're doing. You think I'm easy, don't you?!
His smile faded slightly.
**Him:** Not at all.
His tone was more serious now, but I wasn't letting my guard down.
**Me:** Mmh… All I know is, you're a total perv.
He sighed, exasperated.
**Him:** I am *not* a perv.
**Me:** Yes, you are.
**Him:** No.
**Me:** Yes!
He rolled his eyes and let out a loud breath.
**Him:** Since you're crashing in my room—
**Me:** Which I *never* asked to crash in, I muttered.
He shot me a look that made me shrink a little.
**Him:** …You're going to get us breakfast from the restaurant.
**Me:** Huh?! Why *me*? You should go! You're the guy here—you should be the gentleman.
He raised an eyebrow, smirking.
**Him:** You never exactly encouraged me to be one.
I glared at him, and this time *he* burst out laughing.
**Him:** So, you going… or not?
**Me:** Tss… Fine. I'll go.
His grin widened.
**Him:** I love it when you're obedient like that. If only you knew how much it turns me on.
I froze, my face bursting into flames.
**Me:** I really did like you before… but I think that's changed now.
His laughter echoed through the room.
**Him:** Don't worry—I can love enough for both of us.
He laughed even harder when he saw my scandalized expression.
Without thinking, I stuck my tongue out one last time before storming out of the room—only making him laugh even more.
Jerk.
Pervert.
