Before Joy could ask the girl anything, she screamed.
"Blood, miss Joy, you are bleeding"
When Joy had been trying to sit up earlier, the needle on her hand which was attached to the drip had pulled and blood was dripping from her hands while also stained the sheets.
Nina was horrified seeing all the blood on the sheets.
She quickly pressed the bell to call the nurses.
When the nurse came, she was surprised to see Joy awake. She was a coma patient and her case had been very difficult for them.
She asked another nurse who was with her to call the doctor while she went to check on Joy.
The nurse quickly stopped the blood and removed the needle as it had caused her hand to swell.
Joy hissed in pain as the nurse removed the needle from her hand.
The other nurse came back with the chief doctor. They were all surprised to see that she had woken up because her earlier reports were very bad and they were not expecting her to wake up any time soon.
Her case had been very difficult as it was drowning. She didn't have any external injuries but for some unknown reason her body didn't respond to medication and her condition got worse before she fell into a coma.
They couldn't find a reason for her falling into a coma.
Furthermore, she was a VIP, she was the young miss of the Wellington family. They couldn't afford to make any mistakes.
They started to examine her, the doctor asked the nurse to get her temperature while he checked her pulse with his stethoscope.
While she was being examined, Joy kept wondering who these people were and what place this was.
When they were done with their examination, they asked her. "Miss Joy, do you feel any discomfort and can you move your leg and hands a bit?" she did as they asked and she told them she had a slight headache.
They called her Miss Joy because her husband, Damien didn't allow them to call her Mrs Wellington.
He didn't like it when people connected her to his name.
The doctors told the nurses to run some tests on her.
While they were discussing, Joy asked Nina who stood beside her, "where is this? Who am I? And why are you calling me miss Joy? And who are you?" she fired Nina with questions.
Nina was baffled with the questions. She had no idea why miss Joy was behaving this way.
Everyone was also shocked at the questions.
Nina looked at Joy worriedly and asked."Miss do you really not remember anything? Why are you asking all this? Miss, don't make me Adrian like this?"
The doctors looked at each other and started asking several questions to see if she remembered something or not.
Joy looked at the doctors and said,"I can't remember anything and even if I try to remember something, I feel a sharp pain in my head" she said while holding her head in pain.
Hearing this, Nina said, "Miss, I will tell you somethings about you maybe you will remember."
The doctors also nodded in agreement.
"Miss, you are the young mistress of the Wellington family, the wife of the business tycoon, Damien Wellington, the CEO of Wellington conglomerate. He is known as the must handsome, cutest, sexiest and youngest CEO in the country"
Joy was confused why Nina was exaggerating so much about Damien Wellington. She wanted to know about herself not how handsome he was.
"And I am Nina, your personal maid"
You fell in the pool two months ago and almost drowned to death but thankfully, Mr Wellington saved you and brought you to the hospital.
You were in a coma for two months, we were so worried about you, but thankfully you woke up" she said with a sigh of relief.
Joy stared at the girl in confusion. 'what kind of situation is this?' she wondered inwardly.
Then she looked at her hands which were pale and swollen due to all the needles which were attached to her all this time.
The body she was in felt uncomfortable, her breasts were more fuller than before and her skin was not smooth and soft as before.
Though the figure of the girl was perfect but her skin has been milky pale and supple, her hair was past waist length and shiny black.
Moreover this girl was wearing strange clothes.
By now she realized that something was strange.
"Am I in someone's body? Did I really die?" she wondered.
'And both their names were Joy? What kind of coincidence was this?'
'What kind of situation was she in now?'
After questioning her, doctors concluded that she had amnesia because she had been in a coma for three months.
After that, the doctors left the room as they ordered the nurse to get her CT scan and MRI. They wanted to confirm their diagnoses through the tests.
Joy wanted to ask Nina more details about her life, at that moment the door suddenly pushed open with a loud sound.
She looked at the door and a man in a navy blue suit walked in her direction.
His body was perfectly shaped and maintained, his face was like an artwork that was carefully carved with his toned and fair face and pointed jaw.
His dark and mystic eyes were staring at her with coldness in them.
His gaze sent a surge of shivers in her spine. His eyes were as cold as Jonathan as he strode towards her in long strides.
Damien who had entered the room saw her sitting on the hospital bed looking pale and sickly, his eyes faltered a bit as he noticed how she was strangely looking at him.
'Why is she looking at me like she is seeing me for the first time? Is this her new drama?'
He was annoyed with how she was looking at him so he walked to her and said in a cold voice.
"So you finally woke up Joy?"
She looked at him in a daze and asked, "Who are you? Do I know you?"
