Sivial bid James farewell in a sweet tone, "I'll be back soon, my love. Don't miss me too much. " James replied, "Okay, love. I won't."
Sivial then walked over to the new neighbors' house and rang the doorbell. A male voice came from the security camera, asking, "who is it, please?" Sivial replied, "Hi , I'm sivial Johnson from across the street. I bought some blueberry pie to welcome you to our neighborhood."
not quite long the door opened, and a handsome man with piercing blue eyes stood before her, shirtless. "Hi, Sivial was taken aback by his chiseled feature and couldn't help but stare.
hi, am Jackson Williams. nice to meet you.
as Jackson invited her in, sivial snapped out of her trance-like state. She hesitated for a moment before stepping into his luxurious home. "Wow, this is incredible," She breathed, her eyes widening in awe. "Is that the painting of the Mona lisa?"
Jackson nodded, a hint of a smile on his face. "Yes, it is. My father gifted it to me."
Sivial's eyes nearly popped out of her head. "Really? Do u know how much that painting is worth? It's over 3 million!" She couldn't believe her eyes', Jackson's wealth seemed to surpass anything she'd seen in the neighborhood.
Jackson chuckled and offered, would you like a drink or something?" Sivial couldn't resist the charming host. Yes, sure. Orange juice would be great."
"Coming right up," Jackson replied, heading to the kitchen.
he came back from the kitchen, as Jackson handed her the the orange juice, sivial couldn't help but notice the exquisite cup it was served in. This cup is beautiful," She said, her eyes fixed on the delicate design. "What's it made of?"
Jackson smiled. "It's green jade."
Sivial's eyes widened in surprise. "Green jade? I've heard tho so can be incredibly valuable." She paused, doing tha math in her head. "Is worth around nine hundred thousand dollars?"
She couldn't believe Jackson would serve her orange juice in such a priceless cup. The luxury surrounding him was truly breathtaking. Jackson's reply was accompanied by a Charming smile. "I think it's worth around 1.2 million dollars."
Sivial's eyes widened, and she suddenly spat out the orange juice, her reaction intense. "What?!" What's wrong with you?" She damanded, still trying to process the value of the cup.
Jackson looked at her with a mixture of surprise and concern. "What's wrong? Is everything okay? Dose the orange juice not taste good?" he asked, clearly puzzled by her reaction.
Sivial apologize profusely. "I'm sorry about that. I just can't help but wonder, why serve me orange juicein such an expensive cup? It looks like a trophy, not something meant for drinking."
Jackson burst into laughter. "Is that why you spat out the juice? I couldn't find another cup, so I used this one. " Sivial gave him a peculiar look. "Why didn't you ask your wife where the other cups are?"
Jackson's smile faitered for a moment. "Wife? I don't have a wife. " Sivial's eyes widened in surprise. "What makes you think I'm married?" Jackson asked, his expression curious.
Sivial's confused deepened. "You live in this huge, luxurious house alone?" Jackson chuckled. "I guess I'm not entirely alone. I have security and guards."
Sivial's eyes widened further. "What about the woman and little boy who visited yesterday?" Jackson smiled. "That's my sister and her son. She dropped by to say hi. We hadn't seen each other in a while, and she took the opportunity to visit now that I'm in town." Sivial pondered Jackson's marital status, she couldn't help but wonder why a charming, wealthy, and handsome man like him wasn't married. "Is he bad with women or maybe gay?" she thought. But his charming smile seemed to contradict that idea.
Just then, Sivial's phone rang. It was her husband, James. "Hey, honey, can you do me a favor?" Sivial replied, "Sure, what's up, babe?" James asked her to pick up some double A batteries for the TV remote on her way back home. "The football match is about to start, and I don't want to miss it."
Sivial rolled her eyes good-naturedly, amused by James's priorities. "Okay, I'll get them," she said, smiling.
As Sivial chatted on the phone Jackson overheard her affectionate term "babe" and couldn't help but ask, "Who's that? Your boyfriend?" His curiosity seemed to stem from a genuine interest in getting to know Sivial better.
Sivial smiled and clarified, "Oh, no, that's not my boyfriend. It's my husband, James." Jackson's expression changed, and he looked surprised. "What? You're married?" Sivial nodded, "Yes, I am."
Jackson's response was unexpected. "Wow, that's surprising. You look so gorgeous and beautiful; no one would guess you're married." Sivial blushed and thanked him, feeling a bit self-conscious.
As she prepared to leave, Jackson thanked her for the blueberry pie. Sivial smiled and said, "You're welcome." As she headed out, she whispered, "You'll realize this neighborhood is actually cool... apart from some rude neighbors." Jackson chuckled, and before she left, he invited her to come over anytime she felt like it. Sivial agreed and bid him farewell.
