Violet and Snow headed downstairs, Violet's phone buzzed with an incoming text.
She glanced at the screen, and her eyes widened slightly as she saw Leo's name.
Her heart skipped a beat as she read the message, her mind racing with questions. "Come downstairs," the text read.
Violet's brow furrowed in confusion. "Downstairs? How did Leo...what does it mean by downstairs?" She quickly typed out a response, her fingers flying across the screen.
"Why?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.
Leo's response was immediate. "Cause I'm downstairs," he replied, his message simple yet intriguing.
Violet's eyes narrowed as she typed out another question. "Where the hell are you?" she asked, her tone playful yet slightly annoyed.
Leo's response made her heart skip a beat. "I'm in Snow's house. I'm at the party. Come downstairs," he wrote, his message sending a flutter through her chest.
Violet's face broke out into a smile, but she tried to hide it, not wanting to reveal her true feelings.
Snow, however, seemed to notice the change in Violet's expression. "Let me guess, that's from Leo," Snow said, her voice knowing and teasing.
Violet rolled her eyes, trying to play it cool. "Why would you guess that? That's the first person that could ever text me," she joked, trying to downplay the situation.
Snow chuckled, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Because that's the first person I ever see you smile with so far," she said, her observation making Violet's cheeks flushed.
Violet tried to brush it off, her voice lighthearted. "There's no need to make a big deal out of it. It's not like I don't smile all the time."
With that, Violet walked out of the room, leaving Snow to smile and laugh to herself.
As Violet made her way downstairs, her heart racing with anticipation, she finally saw Leo standing in the crowd.
Her eyes locked onto his, and she felt a jolt of surprise and excitement. She was so shocked to see him there, but she tried to play it cool, her expression neutral.
Little did she know, this chance encounter would change.

As Violet walked over to meet Leo, she noticed he was holding nothing but his phone.
Her eyes scanned his hands, expecting to see flowers or some other gesture, but there was none.
A slight disappointment crept over her, and she whispered to herself, "I thought he was going to be like a prince charming." Despite this, she put on a frown and approached him.
Leo, noticing her arrival, walked over to meet her. "You are looking like Mary, the mother of Jesus," he said, trying to make her laugh.
Violet's initial reaction was to roll her eyes, but she couldn't help but smile. "What are you doing here?" she asked, her tone playful.
Leo's response was immediate. "Come on, aren't you happy to see me?" Violet raised an eyebrow.
"Why would I be happy to see you?" she teased. Leo's expression turned sincere. "Well, just for you to know, I'm happy to see you, and I missed you so much."
Violet's response was nonchalant. "Hm," she said, trying to hide her true feelings. Leo continued, "I didn't go to meet Julian, just so you know?"
Violet's eyes sparkled with amusement. "Not like I care. It's okay. I don't need the explanation," she said, trying to sound indifferent.
Just then, Miss Ella walked over to Violet. Before she noticed Leo, she exclaimed, "Violet, I need you to..." Her eyes landed on Leo, and she was taken aback. "Who's this handsome guy?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
Violet hesitated, unsure of how to introduce Leo. Before she could respond, Leo chimed in, "I'm Leo, her boyfriend."
Violet's eyes turned to him, a mix of surprise and annoyance on her face.
Miss Ella's expression turned playful. "You got yourself a jackpot, girl," she said, winking at Violet. Leo, sensing Violet's discomfort, tried to deflect the attention.
"Miss Ella, was there something you wanted me to do?" Miss Ella smiled mischievously. "No, no. Never mind. Just carry on with your prince charming," she whispered, before turning to Violet and Leo.
Violet's face turned red with embarrassment. "What the hell is that for?" she asked, her voice low.
Leo looked at her, confused. "I don't get it. Am I not your boyfriend?" Violet's response was cut off by Annabelle, who walked over and exclaimed, "You must be Leo! It's nice to meet you in person."
Leo laughed, charmed by Annabelle's forwardness. "Thanks, I think," he said, smiling. Annabelle continued, "You are very handsome, but I must say my boyfriend is always still the most handsome man on earth." Leo chuckled, and Violet rolled her eyes.
"Let's go, Leo. It's enough with the pleasantries," Violet said, trying to extricate herself from the situation.
However, she instead said, "You can keep on with your pleasantries," before turning to leave. Annabelle called out, "My sister, right?"
Leo nodded, his expression sincere. "Yeah, I love her." Annabelle smiled. "Oh, that's so romantic. Only if she gets that part."
Both Annabelle and Leo laughed, sharing a moment of amusement.

William drove Minnie to a fancy restaurant that had opened especially for the Christmas holiday.
The restaurant was beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere that took their breath away.
As they were seated, William shifted the chair for Minnie to sit down, showcasing his gentlemanly side.
Once they were settled, he asked, "What would you like to order?" Minnie replied, "Maybe beef or steak, anything that works fine."
The waiter arrived, and William ordered for them. "We'll have the filet mignon, medium rare, and a bottle of your finest red wine," he said with confidence.
After the waiter left, William couldn't help but stare at Minnie. She noticed and asked, "What?" He smiled and said, "You are extremely more precious than the moon."
Minnie blushed, her cheeks flushing with pleasure. "Thank you so much," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
William continued, "You know, I would actually have to kill the whole world just to steal a glance at your face."
Minnie laughed, and he added, "Never mind, then I'll kill the whole world just to sit right next to you."
They both laughed until the waitress arrived with their order.
As they enjoyed their meal, Minnie asked, "Why did you bring me here?" William smiled, reached into his pocket, and pulled out a flower.
He knelt down, his eyes locked on hers, and handed her the flower. "Mini Carter, will you save me the honor and be my girlfriend?" he asked, his voice filled with emotion.
Tears welled up in Minnie's eyes as she nodded enthusiastically.
"Yes," she whispered. They shared a passionate kiss, their lips locking in a romantic gesture.
When they finally pulled away, William handed her the flower, and Minnie's tears continued to flow.
He wiped them away, reassuring her, "It's fine, Mini. It's enough. Stop crying, okay."
Minnie smiled, her voice trembling. "I know, I know. It's just that I'm so happy right now."
William's face lit up with joy. "And I'm super excited to hold you to the whole world. I have Minnie Carter, my girlfriend." She giggled, and they shared a tender moment.
