This must be the most beautiful dream I've ever had. The whole world is mine. I can do whatever I want. And maybe I wouldn't remember it when I wake up. But that doesn't mean I won't try.
The first thing I wanted to do was confirm whether this was a dream or not without waking up. What could I do? What can be done to make sure I am in a dream?
Yes, I figured it out. A wish. In a dream, whatever I desire would become reality.
Now, let me think… What do I want? Maybe an expensive car? Or a huge villa. An amusement park? Or unlimited food? I mean, if I'm dreaming, I could eat endlessly without ever feeling full.
But no, I should start with something simple, something to test my imagination.
Yes, I know what to ask for. The simplest thing I can think of.
I closed my eyes and opened my hand.
"I want a pen," I repeated to myself, visualizing the pen I wanted.
A second later, I opened my eyes and I couldn't believe it! A pen. There was a pen in my hand. True, it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but that was my own fault. I had imagined a sleek, black office pen, but what I got was a plain, transparent plastic pen.
But I was sure now. If I visualized better, I could make it work. This was incredible!
At that moment, my heart began to race. Not out of fear, but excitement. Because I could do anything I wanted. So, what should I think of first?
Maybe a car? Fast one. Honestly, I am not that into cars, but driving fast is probably every guy's dream. And I could make that dream real, in a dream. Sounds funny but true.
I closed my eyes and thought about what I wanted. A car, a car… but which one? What brand? What model? Maybe all of them? I mean, why not? I'd take them all for a spin. But if I woke up in the middle of the driving one, I wouldn't get to try them all and couldn't do other things I would like to. So, I had to hurry.
I remembered. Once, I'd seen one of the fastest cars on a MyTube video. A Brugati Salyon. Yes, I'd wish for that.
I closed my eyes again, tighter this time, as if squeezing them harder would help. I stretched my hands forward, palms open, as if I was touching the car.
"I want a Brugati Salyon," I said to myself.
I don't know why, but an inner voice urged me to repeat it. The reason wasn't complicated. Earlier, I asked for a pen. It worked, but not perfectly. I wanted a black office pen but got a plastic one because I didn't visualize it clearly. This time, as I repeated the words, I focused on imagining every detail. Its looks, design, seats, engine. Everything I could think of!
"I want a Brugati Salyon. I want Brugati Salyon. I want a Brugati Salyon." I started to repeat.
After repeating it several times, I slowly opened my eyes. And there it was right in front of me. A sleek, pitch-black Brugati Salyon. I couldn't help but smile. I threw my hands up in joy.
"Yes, yes, yes! This is it. Exactly what I wanted!" I started shouting.
I don't remember ever being this happy. In front of me was one of the world's best cars, the latest model.
For a moment, I forgot it was mine. I just stood there, staring at it as if I was not allowed to touch it. Then I remembered that it belongs to me. I began circling around the car. It was so polished I could see my reflection perfectly.
"It's so beautiful… I wish I could own this in real life," I thought.
This thought suddenly reminded me that my time here might be limited. So, I quickly approached the driver's side and opened the door.
"Amazing…" My jaw dropped.
The interior was as stunning as the exterior. I bent down and touched the seat. Real leather. No doubt it would be incredibly comfortable. The front panel was another work of art too.
"I hope I don't wake up from this dream." I said with a smile.
I never thought a car would make me say those words. But there was no time to dwell. I sat down and closed the door. I placed my hands on the steering wheel. The moment I gripped it, I felt a sensation I might never feel again—pure, exhilarating bliss.
I leaned on the right side of the wheel, searching for the start/stop button. It was time to test this beauty.
