[Scene opens – Rekikan, dusk]
Jin Kuroya sat alone on the tower ledge, wind blowing through his cloak. The flame around him was calmer now—but it pulsed like a sleeping dragon. Beneath his hand, Renzai hummed.
He could still feel it… the weight of the rings. The eyes on him. The prophecy choking his name.
"You unlocked something you weren't ready for," Renzai's spirit echoed inside him.
"And yet… it answered. That means something."
Jin stood.
"Then let's find out what I am… before the world tells me what I should be."
---
[Scene shift – Rekikan Barrier Control Tower]
Sirens blared.
A guard collapsed, blood splattering the glyph wall behind him.
A bell rang out three times—the signal for breach.
Outside the gates, a twisted fog rolled in. From it emerged dozens of figures in black ceremonial robes, faces covered by stitched cloth, humming in unison.
The Hollow Choir.
Each one carried no weapon—only voices.
But their singing ripped through reality itself.
Buildings cracked.
Spirits shattered.
Rekikan was under siege.
---
[Squad Six Mobilizes]
Captain Aria kicked the door open.
"Move. Now. We're frontline."
Jin tightened his cloak and strapped Renzai to his back.
"What are we up against?"
"The Hollow Choir. Assassins and spirit-breakers. They don't fight you. They unravel your soul with harmony."
Ketsu activated his glyphs.
"I've never seen them this close to the core. This is a statement."
Sora twirled his daggers.
"Let's return it louder."
---
[Scene shift – Central Street, Battle Begins]
Marin fired off a charged Soulshot. The bolt curved midair—absorbed by a hymn.
A choir member stepped forward, singing in broken Latin. The melody twisted Jin's vision. His memories shattered mid-thought.
"Their songs… they erase memories?"
Another voice hit—this one targeted his name.
Jin forgot who he was.
Just for a second.
"No…" he growled, gripping Renzai.
"You don't get to silence me."
---
[Jin's Counter – Soul Detonation: Pulse Barrier]
Flame surged around him—not to attack, but to shield.
A rotating barrier of burning sigils ignited around Squad Six, blocking the Choir's song.
Captain Aria's eyes widened.
"He countered their soul resonance with his own?"
Jin didn't respond. He was locked in.
He flash-stepped into the Choir formation.
Renzai ignited. His blade left trails of fire in the shape of broken musical notes as he swung.
"If you want to sing—
Then I'll conduct the finale."
---
[But then—]
One Choir member screamed, and the rest froze.
The ground shook.
A true soloist appeared—a massive figure with a stitched blindfold, dozens of spirit cords strung from his arms like an instrument.
"The Conductor of Silence."
The Choir fell silent.
The Conductor raised one hand, and with a pluck of his soulstrings—Jin collapsed.
---
[Jin's Inner World – Collapse]
He fell through darkness, barely breathing.
Renzai's voice flickered.
"You can't rely on borrowed power forever. If you want to survive… come find me."
A light opened beneath him—a stairway of burning sigils spiraling downward.
And Jin ran toward it.
---
[Final Scene – Outside, Jin's body frozen mid-air, Choir closing in]
Captain Aria screamed.
"Get away from him!"
She flash-stepped in front of his body, slicing down two Choir members.
"You're not taking him."
But the Conductor kept plucking.
And Jin?
Was about to meet Renzai's true spirit.
