Shin turned to Heart with a curious smirk. "Do you come with a gift package? And are my weapons in storage?"
"Yes, big brother," Heart chirped. "Your weapons are safely stored, along with your starter gift package."
"Open it up for me."

Shin's lips curled into a smile. "Little sis, go ahead and place all the structures and farmland in an ideal formation."
"Of course, big brother!" Heart said gleefully.
A radiant white light swept across the landscape. In moments, the empty plains transformed.
At the center stood a grand temple, its marble walls engraved with the emblems of the four gods and goddesses of Shin's pantheon. A medium-sized mansion rested just east of the temple, surrounded by 25 homes forming a peaceful village circle. Three pristine wells were positioned near key buildings for easy access to fresh water.
The blacksmith, warehouse, and barracks were grouped strategically to form the foundation of the kingdom's industrial and military sectors. A sturdy Growth Wall, etched with ancient dragon runes, enclosed the entire settlement—including the lush farmland, already brimming with life.
Shin gave a satisfied nod. "Heart, summon my first two wives."
"Yes, big brother!"
Two summoning circles appeared—one blue, the other green. In a flash of radiant light, two stunning figures emerged: Velzard from Tensura, and Shego from Disney's Kim Possible.
They scanned the area briefly before locking eyes on Shin.
Velzard stepped forward first, her icy gaze narrowing. "I feel it… a powerful dragon aura, much like my brother's. But there's something… deeper. Something darker." Her lips curved into a soft smile. "Should I call you Shin… or husband?"
Shego tilted her head, her signature smirk forming. "Husband, huh? Your system said you could make me a queen. That still on the table?"
Shin chuckled. "It is, Shego. Your sister-in-law spoke the truth. But let's wait for the others before we start assigning crowns, my little emerald."
Shego said nothing, just crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow with curiosity.
Shin turned back to Heart. "Summon my first general."

"Would you like to summon the Fei Xin Army as well and use your Troop Summon Card?" Heart asked.
"Yes," Shin answered without hesitation.
A massive summoning circle surged to life. From within emerged Ri Shin, Kyou Kai, Ka Ryo Ten, and his three lieutenants—En, So Sui, and San Nou. Behind them, rows upon rows of elite soldiers materialized—60,000 strong, the legendary Fei Xin Unit.
As one, they knelt before Shin, fists to the ground in a show of absolute loyalty.
"Rise, my soldiers," Shin commanded, his voice filled with pride. "I've prepared weapons for you."

"And now…" Shin murmured, pulling out one last scroll, "Heart, activate the Village Requirement Scroll."
A warm golden glow bathed the land. Moments later, 25 families appeared—men, women, and children—totaling 50 new citizens. They arrived equipped with tools, food to last until harvest, and hopeful determination in their eyes.
At the front of the group stood a poised, sharply dressed man—clearly someone used to managing affairs. His calm, confident demeanor caught Shin's attention immediately.
Shin smiled with satisfaction before stepping forward. His gaze settled on the steward-like figure.
"What's your name?" Shin asked.
The man bowed respectfully. "My name is John, my lord."
"John," Shin continued, "would you like to serve as my steward?"
John's eyes lit up with pride. "Yes, my lord. I would be honored."
"Good." Shin nodded firmly. "You mentioned your family earlier. Can you tell me about them?"
"Of course," John replied with confidence. "My wife, Jane, is an experienced cook. My daughter, Alicia, has been trained as a maid, and I've been teaching my son, Jerry, to one day take over my duties."
Shin's expression softened slightly. "John, are you and your family willing to pledge your loyalty to the Tempest family?"
Without hesitation, John placed a hand over his heart. "Yes, my lord. From this day forward, we pledge ourselves to the Tempest family."
"Then it's settled," Shin declared. "John, you are now the Chief Steward. Your wife, Jane, will serve as the Head Chef. Your daughter, Alicia, will be the Head Maid, and your son, Jerry, will train under you to eventually become your successor."
John bowed deeply. "Thank you, my lord. We will not disappoint you."
Shin nodded. "I have seeds for fruits and vegetables. Distribute them to the farmers so they can begin planting in the farmland."
"As you command, my lord," John said, already moving with efficient purpose.
Turning to the gathered villagers, Shin raised his voice.
"Tomorrow, I will be holding interviews with John to assign roles within the lord's manor and to fill advisory positions. We'll also begin registering all residents for our first census."
He gestured toward John. "For now, collect your seeds and supplies from the Chief Steward and begin settling into your new homes."
Then, he turned to Ri Shin. "Ri Shin, have the troops move into the barracks. Then, you, Kyou Kai, and Ka Ryo Ten are to meet me at the manor in one hour."
Ri Shin gave a firm salute. "Understood, my lord."
As his soldiers and villagers dispersed to begin their new lives, Shin stood at the heart of it all—the foundation of his kingdom finally set in motion.
