Chapter 3 - CHAPTER 3

Chapters Three

Hearing that, Rohan turned—shocked. 'Why is he here?'

"First Brother, what brings you here?"

Ignoring the question, the man repeated coldly, "Where do you think you're taking her?"

"Home. She's the new breeder I purchased to sire my heir," Rohan replied, confused by the interruption.

"I think there's been a mix-up. I also purchased her," the eldest brother said, clearly displeased.

"Manager!" he called sharply.

"Yes, Mr. Fred!" The manager rushed over, alarmed by the commotion.

"Can you explain why the two of us purchased the same girl?" Fred asked coldly, his gaze daring the manager to speak nonsense.

The color drained from the manager's face. The Johnson brothers were not to be trifled with—respected and feared across the kingdoms. Especially the eldest, Fred. Facing their wrath was like inviting death.

Feeling their eyes boring into him, the manager nearly wet himself.

"Receptionist! What happened? Why did they all purchase the same breeder?" he barked.

"In the entire brothel, she was the only one with a high breeding score. The other girls are only suitable for pleasure, not for siring an heir. The five brothers came to our brothel looking for a breeder. So we thought… since the five brothers are related… they could share her," the receptionist stammered.

The manager nearly fainted at the response. How could someone be this stupid?

Facing the four brothers, he went down on his knees. "I'm really sorry for our brothel's negligence. I will do whatever it takes to earn your forgiveness."

Ignoring the manager, Rohan faced their first brother. "Elder brother, what are we going to do now? According to the manager, I think the third brother and the twins also bought the slave with us."

"Rohan, carry her with us. We shall discuss this at home." After giving his order, he walked out instantly with his second-in-command, who had remained quiet throughout.

"Wait! I'm not going anywhere with you guys!" Rein finally spoke after digesting the whole conversation—that she had been sold to five men. She was reluctant to accept that she was sold to an alpha as a breeder, let alone five men.

"It's not your choice, tigress," Rohan said, smirking at her terrified expression. Her expression always lit a fire he had never experienced before.

Seeing his expression, Rein felt like punching his face. Normally, she wasn't one to think without acting, but there was no way she could punch him while hoisted on his shoulder like a sack.

"Huff, finally they left," the manager exhaled, releasing the breath he had held since the chaos began. "I feel pity for her—to be sold to the five brothers." He stood up, shaking, and wondering what her fate would be like.

Soon after leaving the brothel, the Johnson's brothers reached their mansion, though through silence as they didn't say anything to each other as they reached there.

The mansion was a big building, castle-like. It was dark and dangerous looking that Rein shouted as they got closer to it, about to enter, "Drop me down! I'm not entering that castle with you!"

The place looked like the haunted houses at amusement parks which she had always avoided.

"What are you scared of? Stop making a scene, who knows what First Brother would do to you," Rohan said, threatening her.

Hearing about that scary-looking man, she shut up immediately, not wanting to deal with him.

"Good day, Second Master," the guards said, bowing respectfully.

"Mm," Rohan nodded and walked into the castle.

"Drop her on her knees," Fred ordered, his cold voice echoing around the empty hall, finally speaking again.

"Don't drop me!" Rein pleaded, hugging Rohan's neck tightly. Even though she had wanted to come down, Fred's cold gaze gave her goosebumps.

"I would've loved to hold you like this, sweetie, but sorry, I can't disobey Elder Brother," he said, grinning at her scared appearance. He wasn't called a masochist for nothing.

Once she was set on her knees, she trembled, wondering what he was about to say.

And Fred didn't waste time. He cleaned his throat and looked at them.

"As you heard from the manager, there was a mix-up. Since you are the only breeder available now, I'm going to prepare an assigned schedule for each of my alpha's brothers to have time with you for the breeding process," he said, then faced Rohan personally. "Call the doctor. Get a check-up done on her."

With that, he stood up.

"Wait—f*ck! I'm not gonna have sex with five unknown dudes!"

Hearing her say "sex" so bluntly, Fred, who hadn't shown much emotion before, looked visibly shocked.

"You are a lady. Watch the way you speak," Fred said, his gaze cautioning her. Then, turning to a maid: "Take her to her room for a bath and serve her food. We don't want our baby mama malnourished."

"Where do you think you're going? I'm not done talking yet," Rein snapped.

But he ignored her and walked out of the palace.

"Miss, it's time to have your bath." Two maids, ready to drag her up by force, approached, but Rein wasn't one to easily back down.

"Leave me alone."

"Miss, you don't have to be this stubborn," one of the maids said, both looking at her with disdain.

Seeing their expressions, Rein was aggravated. "Leave my hand this instant, or my fist will be on your face next," she warned, giving them one last chance.

"Who do you think you are to threaten us? You're just a lowly slave, bought to give our masters an heir. I'll teach you a lesson." The blonde maid raised her hand, intending to slap Rein.

Rein was about to grab her hand and return the favor with a punch to her stomach.

"Ahhh! Second master!" the maid screamed as she hit the floor.

Without saying anything to her, Rohan waved at the guard. "Take her and give her five lashes as a punishment for disrespecting our royal breeder."

A few seconds later, screams could be heard, along with pleading noises.

"And you," Rohan said, turning to Rein, "why are you so stubborn?"

"I'm sorry," Rein muttered, her shoulders slumped in defeat.

"You're… sorry?" Rohan asked, confusion in his eyes, wondering what she was planning.

"Yes. Where is the room? I want to take my bath."

"Oh," he said, pointing to one of the maids, "Show her to her room."

"Okay, sir," the maid replied, bowing her head in respect.

"Let's go, ma."

"Mm," Rein hummed, following the maid behind her.

"You, come," Rohan called, pointing to a blue-haired lady. "Watch her and tell me what she's up to," he instructed, pointing to Rein's back. He was suspicious of Rein's change of behavior.
