When Shi Weiqin wanted to go into the smoke, Bu Luzai stopped her "If you want to die, go into the smoke and let me just take over so I can find my token first"

Bu Luzai jumped down from the rock "Poison is one of the demonic elements and for him to have the bomb, it's means he is probably a devil cultivator let's just get out of here before he comes back"
Shi Weiqin sheathed her sword and said with fury "Let's go! No time to waste!"
Bu Luzai looked in the direction the person had disappeared to and thought 'What a fool, he literally ran towards the centre of the forest, he's gonna die, tch'
Tang Xilong stopped running to take a breather when he realized they weren't chasing after him, he leaned against a tree for a while and as he was about to climb up, a huge silhouette slammed his body and he flew back several meters. He spurted blood and felt his internal energy crumble then he struggled to raise his head but he just had to see what or who hit him
It was a three meter tall two meter wide Gory Five-Clawed Bear which was growling at him then he looked up to see a smaller version of it sleeping on the tree and realized something 'It thought that I was trying to attack it's child, gurl, I didn't even see that your kid was there, why'd you hit me so bad!'
Tang Xilong stood up slowly and the bear kept growling at him then he walked backwards little by little "Look, Mrs Gory Bear, I didn't know your kid was up there, I don't know whether you understand me or not but I'm off now so bye!"
And with that, Tang Xilong ran off but when he looked back, he saw the bear chasing him, he was scared out of his wits and ran as fast as he could then he got to a grand canyon which looked like a bottomless pit and at that exact mom's, he got slashed and he lost consciousness
The Gory Bear left him when it saw that the being wasn't moving anymore then went back to its kid
Several hours later, Tang Xilong woke up with a huge headache and saw the five gashes on his chest then smiled wryly "How am I still alive? Am I dead? Why don't I just die already? I can't possibly live with this!"
Then he looked up and saw it was almost dawn. He looked left to see only trees but when he looked to his right, he saw a bottomless pit and screamed then his body tilted into the pit accidentally "What the heck! I just survived an attack from a bear and I still have to die? Okay so there are two choices here, if this is truly a bottomless pit then I'll keep falling until I die from loss of blood and high pressure or this isn't a bottomless pit and I land splat like meat then die from crushed bones. I wonder which is painful but I think I prefer the second ending than the first"
As he was falling, he saw the end to the pit and started fearing "Okay okay I take it back, I want the first ending! I don't want to die like failed meat!! Ahhhh!!"
He landed inside water and before he lost consciousness again, he thought ' I forgot the possibility of drowning in water, damnit'
A few beastkins came in contact with a mortal group. The leader of the mortal group was a boy with carmine red hair and apricot orange eyes who stopped his men and asked the beastkins "Are you here to fight with us for our cores?"
One of the beastkins with small white meerkat ears plus tail and light blue hair with dark blue eyes scoffed "Who wants your cores? And besides, even if we did, would we say that hey we want your cores, give us! Can't you see me and my group are injured bro!?"
The carmine red hair boy was confused "Why are you angry with me like I attacked you guys?"
The meerkat eared boy rolled his eyes "Talking like that makes-"
A girl with blue crane wings behind her and baby blue hair with sapphire blue eyes cut him off "Wuyi Ge, let's not be rude. They're clearly on another path than us, we don't have to fight. Let's just find a place to camp"
The girl faced the mortal guy "Excuse Wuyi Ge, he is just irritated cause we were ambushed, I am Ying Tingting of Ying noble family, he is Hong Wuyi of Hong noble family and you?"
Xia Qianyu bowed slightly "My name is Xia Qianyu of Xia noble family"
Hong Wuyi held his arm and pushed Xia Qianyu with his shoulder then said to Ying Tingting "Let's go, enough introductions, you're always being so nice to everyone you meet that's why we got ambushed. If mum, dad and aunt, uncle hadn't asked me to take care of you, I would have left you behind now let's go!"
Ying Tingting took a deep breath and said "Wuyi Ge, since am a burden for your group, let us part ways here and I will go with Young Master Xia's group instead"
Hong Wuyi shrugged "Not my business, do whatever you want! The rest of you, what are still waiting for!"
One of the beastkins said to Ying Tingting "Miss Ying, please be careful"
Ying Tingting nodded "I will, Ah Mian"
Then Hong Wuyi left with the other beastkins and Ying Tingting let out a sigh of relief then she jumped up and down and kicked in the direction that Hong Wuyi had left with her tongue stuck out "Damn you! Screw you! Bastard! Idiot! Oh you're sooo freaking rude a bastard bro you are guy!!! Hah! Am free!"
When she looked behind, she saw the mortals looking at her shocked, Xia Qianyu mouth was wide open and his thoughts were 'Weren't cranes supposed to be elegant and graceful, why is this crane beastkin so... Err off course?'
Then Ying Tingting looked down to see her holding her dress up like a commoner so she immediately dropped her dress and went back to being graceful "Sorry for showing you that side of mine. I am not usually like that but Wuyi Ge is not very nice so making him go away finally made me happy so I forgot about proper etiquette and acted as thus. Xia Qianyu stopped her "Wait, Miss Ying, you can come with us, we'll happily help you find Qing token, we can't just leave a young miss such as you in the forest alone"
Ying Tingting turned back slowly to glare at him "So you're saying am a weakling!?"
Xia Qianyu got scared "No no, Miss Ying, that's not what I meant, the thing is am searching for both demon cores and Qing token, it's my people that want to go to creation sect while I have been ordered to go to All The Way Sect so I thought since you're also searching for Qing token, we could be acquaintances"

A beastkin walked up to Hong Wuyi and whispered something into his ear then Hong Wuyi hit his fist against a tree beside him "That damnable crane! She really did go with that group, nonsense, let's set off, we'll go find more demon cores!"
Tang Xilong woke up to see a fair face with long white hair, white eyes and eyelashes. Tang Xilong asked "Are you... a ghost?? You look pretty white for a ghost"
The person spoke and he looked like a boy about Tang Xilong's age "So you're my new master but you're not old so I'll call you young master"
Tang Xilong sat up too abruptly and bumped head with the talking ghost "Wow, you are not a ghost, that hurt!"
The person touched the slightly swollen skin on his forehead and asked "Hurt? Young master, did I hurt you?"
Tang Xilong held his head and shaked it "No more like I hurt you, am sorry, does it hurt?"
The person looked at Tang Xilong confused "Hurt? Young master hurt me? No worries, I can't feel pain"
Tang Xilong was shocked and immediately stood up "Nice ability but wait, why are you calling me Young master"
