As a boy named kouizashi who lived in Korea was on his way to school he was skipping out of happiness to see his gf.
He had felt as he was on his way to school tht smt was wrong because a month earlier a female(shin-ji) friend of his got stabbed during a fight ad she was trying to deescalate it.

Him thinking tht he stabbed kouizashi in the heart wanted to stab orochi also him taking out his gun wanted to shoot orochi as he pulled the trigger smt intercepted the bullet right before it hit orochi hit was Reikenkins school's past top student(Rinmaru) which graduated a year earlier kerikei who was born with only chi and can't use rinjutsu is ready to box with him.
By this time the Korean police force is their with kunies guns and shuriken they sealed the school and worked it into the seal tht only positive energy can escape the dome so they attackers can not leave.
Rinmaru and karikei fight and in under 10 seconds karikei is defeated and the attackers is captured.
Every injured person is taken to the hospital and treated to their wounds.
A doctor talks to kouizashi and explains they have been working on a eye and it's a very big risk but if he is willing to take it then they will proceed the process
A doctor reach out to orochi and explained to him project M3 it's a project where they transplant strong rinjutsu energy into the user but the last 8 attemps all failed and people died
