He is frustrated at that time. But then with his system he barely calmed down himself. His system is the simulation system. Yeah I know, of all the systems he could draw. He got the simulation system. He sighed many times about this. Only one simulation is allowed for a week.
If he wants to draw a custom simulation he needs to complete missions from the system. but he haven't received a single mission until now. He can only sigh, at least his novice pack is okay. It gave him magic and full level Occulamancy.
He doesn't need to fear about legilimancy attempts now. As the text rolling ended Arthur couldn't help but sigh.

Throughout a year he managed to get few things. Strong soul is due to his travel here. Wandless magic, Enhanced memory and calm mind are from the simulation. He mainly prefered knowledge than entries. Depending on the simulation and value of the options, he will weigh pros and cons before choosing them.
Arthur can do Wandless magic thanks to a simulation in early 12th century. At that time not only Wandless cast but swordsmanship is necessary due to the witch hunts. Arthur chose them over the bloodline of Nott family. Because you know being pureblood although has advantages but comes with no choice but to join Voldemort.
If not, you're a goner. Will get the treatment of punching bag, will be used as a target for crucio and other dark spell for the death eaters. And more over, Nott family just like Malfoy family are death eaters. Better not join them.
Arthur got some other abilities too from the simulation in the year. Like Flying, which uses broom to fly, music, and other normal talents. Mainly he got them from simulations without much ranking and no options. They're the rewards by default. As for the galleons and money they're also simulations with very less ranking and awarded to him by default.
He got the wand and enchanted sword from a simulation in early 13th century. In that simulation he is killed by muggles before he can learn magic. So yeah, those are also given by his simulation in default. With his strength now, Arthur can beat an average adult easily but struggles against an aurora or elite wizard since he can't use apparition yet.
Yeah, this is very surprising, although he used apparition in simulation many times, he didn't receive it as a reward. Even the knowledge doesn't involve anything about apparition. He couldn't help but sigh when he thought about this.
