Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Echoes of the Unspoken

With this, both of them had now moved to their next classes.

Shyan was now in 12th grade and Aarya had entered 10th.

Aarya had started feeling scared—she feared that next year, she would have to part from Shyan forever, because their school only offered education up to the 12th grade. For further studies, students had to move to another city.

Aarya had fallen deeply in love with Shyan, but there was a strange fear rooted inside her.

Despite wanting to, she couldn't express her feelings to Shyan.

On top of that, whenever Shyan tried to talk to her, she'd become so nervous just looking at him that she couldn't even stand properly.

Shyan started thinking that she had too much attitude.

"Maybe that's why she doesn't talk to me," he thought.

"Whenever I go near her, she runs away."

But in truth, Aarya would just get extremely shy around him.

The entire school had come to know about what was going on between the two.

So much so that whenever Aarya passed by Shyan's friends, they'd even say—

> "It's not fair to make someone suffer this much…

Our friend's condition is getting worse day by day.

Oh God, please do something.

We can't see our friend like this."

Aarya already knew all this, but out of fear, she'd quietly walk into her class without saying a word.

Meanwhile, Aarya's best friend Rara had been transferred to another section.

The reason was that Rara had scored very low marks in 9th grade, and the teachers wanted to focus more on such students.

Now Aarya had a new friend—Taki.

Taki didn't believe much in school gossip.

She used to say—

> "Can a simple girl like Aarya even have a boyfriend?

She runs away from boys like anything!"

And Taki wasn't wrong.

Because Aarya really wouldn't even make eye contact with Shyan in front of others.

It was only Shyan who, without caring about anything, used to look at her every single time.

Days kept passing like this. Aarya had now turned 15. She was still the same simple girl, but something inside her had started to change—a change her mother noticed, and once again, she sat her down and said—

"Please, my child… you mean everything to us. Don't ever do something that would make us lower our eyes in front of the world."

This time, Aarya listened to her mother carefully. But unlike before, her mother's words were starting to have an impact on her.

She went into her room, sat on her bed, buried her face into her pillow, and began crying silently—

"Oh God… what should I do now?"

As soon as she said these words, another thought crossed her mind—

"Those who have no one, are helped by God."

In Aarya's family, they worshipped many positive powers, believed to be forms of God and divine energies. Each had a different name. One of them was—Savi God, whom Aarya now chose for herself.

Until now, she only prayed to them for good marks in exams.

But today, for the first time, she called out to them for her love.

She sat in front of their idol at home, bowing her head sincerely, and prayed from her heart—

"Dear Savi God… please give me a power that can change the thinking of this society. So that I can get my love without any restrictions."

Now a place for God had been created in her heart—something that had never happened before. She had become dependent on Him in her quest for love.

Before doing anything new, she would now take His name—before eating, before studying… every time.

She even started observing fasts for Savi God.

She wouldn't eat or drink anything the whole day. One fast every week.

Now she no longer feared the future of her love.

She had simply come to believe—

"One day, my prayers will be answered. And I will get my love."

Days continued to pass…

And then one day, Shyan started ignoring Aarya.

Aarya, who had now completely lost herself in love, broke down upon seeing this…

As if someone had struck her heart. She had never felt such pain before.

As soon as she got home, she cried in front of her God.

She prayed—

"Oh God, what am I being punished for? When I've done nothing wrong, then why is he ignoring me?"

Two or three days passed like this.

Shyan didn't come near her class, didn't even look at her.

Aarya hardened her heart too.

She was deeply hurt, but now she also started ignoring Shyan.

In reality, Shyan was pretending to ignore her.

He wanted to see what Aarya really felt for him.

But when he saw that Aarya had also started ignoring him, fear began creeping in—

"What if I lose Aarya…"

The next morning, as soon as Aarya reached school, Shyan was standing outside her classroom with his friends.

He was apologizing to her with hand gestures.

It was the first time something like this happened in their love story.

When Aarya saw him apologizing through gestures all day long, a sweet smile appeared on her face.

And that smile told Shyan—"You're forgiven."

Aarya now had tests. She went inside and sat in class.

From behind, Shyan told one of her classmates—

"Tell Aarya to come to school early tomorrow, I want to meet her."

That girl went straight to Aarya and delivered the message.

But Aarya didn't want anyone to know about their relationship.

She told the girl—

"I have nothing to do with him. Why would I go meet him?"

The next day, Shyan waited for her.

But Aarya arrived even later than usual.

Seeing this, Shyan felt very hurt.

He went to the same girl and asked—

"Did you even deliver my message to Aarya?"

When that girl told Shyan what Aarya had replied, he broke down.

That day, he didn't even talk to his friends.

But his best friends knew exactly why he had gone quiet.

Aarya, too, saw Shyan's condition—and it hurt her deeply.

Her eyes were fixed only on Shyan all day.

As soon as she stepped out for some work, Shyan's friends intentionally started loudly talking about how broken he was—so that Aarya would feel it.

Now Aarya gathered courage—and started apologizing through gestures, just like Shyan.

All day long, whenever she saw Shyan, she'd silently ask for forgiveness with her eyes and signs.

Seeing this brought a smile back to Shyan's face.

And seeing him happy—Aarya, too, became happy.

Now Shyan was convinced—

"Aarya does love me… but she'll never say it out loud. I'll have to think of something else....

Aarya too went home and kept recalling the entire day, feeling deeply happy.

It was the first time she had ever expressed even a little of her feelings to Shyan.

But along with that happiness, a fear crept into her heart — "What if my God doesn't listen to me...? What will I do then?"

Now, a silent fear had settled in her heart regarding her love. She began remembering Savi God even more, which started building a positive aura within her.

She would sit in front of Savi God's idol every day and share everything in her heart.

Even her study schedule had changed now. She would study for a while and then spend the whole day thinking about Shyan. There was only one constant imagination — how happy she would be when they'd finally be together.

She thought — "One day, I'll marry Shyan — with my family's approval. Savi God will definitely help me."

Shyan had now become Aarya's life. Every thought began with him and ended in the fear of losing him.

This worry began affecting her health. At such a young age, fasting every week started making her physically weak. And the constant fear — that Shyan might leave her, was making her mentally fragile too.

But Aarya was different from others.

She was born at a time when rare cosmic constellations were forming in the sky. A yogi, upon seeing her for the first time, had said — "Her fate is unlike anyone else's. Something will happen with her that's never happened before."

Aarya had ignored those words, but there were a few relatives present that day — who seemed good on the outside, but deep down, they wanted to destroy Aarya's family.

One of them was Aarya's uncle — Mr. Moh.

He wanted to ruin Aarya's family the most.

An evil thought had taken root in his mind — "If this girl turns out to be something special and does something great, my dream will remain unfulfilled."

He thought — "If I destroy this girl, her parents will break down completely." "She is their entire future."

Mr. Moh went to a man who practiced black magic — someone who captured dark spirits and sent them to haunt people. Those spirits were so dangerous that once they took control of someone, that person's life became worse than death.

Mr. Moh gave the man a large amount of money to release those spirits onto Aarya.

The entire setup was prepared. It was a full moon night — and a Thursday. This was the night chosen to destroy Aarya's life.

But Aarya had now become a girl who had begun to worship through her love. God had found a place in her heart.

The way she fasted and remembered Savi God — it was no less than penance. Her positive aura had now grown so strong that breaking through it wasn't easy.

As soon as the dark forces approached her, she felt as though another person had laid over her body.

She was screaming in her sleep, but no one could hear her voice.

In her sleep, she called out to Savi God — and at that moment, the heaviness vanished for a while.

For the first time, she had felt a kind of pain on her body that she had never felt before.

She was terrified. But then, remembering Savi God, she drank some water and lay down again.

She couldn't sleep all night. Every time she closed her eyes — she saw that black energy.

As soon as morning came, she told her mother everything. Her father heard it too.

For the first time, Aarya told her father about the incident from that night.

Her parents were a little concerned, but they thought — "It's normal to have strange dreams on a full moon night."

So, they didn't pay much attention.

But Aarya developed a fever. And by evening, her condition worsened.

Her father took her to the doctor.

The doctor said — "Your daughter is extremely weak, and she's showing signs of stress. It's important to take care of her."

They brought her home and told her mother about her condition.

Now, her parents told her to stop fasting. And they said — "Take care of your health, this isn't a game."

The very next day was again a Thursday — and Aarya had to fast for Savi God.

She somehow convinced her mother, but didn't have the courage to say anything to her father.

So, she fasted silently, without telling anyone.

Her condition worsened, but for Shyan — she ignored even that.

That day's fast was very hard for her.

The black energy kept trying to disturb her, but it still couldn't enter her.

The black magic practitioner tells Mr. Moh — "It's not easy to place negative energy inside that girl. Her positive aura is very strong. We'll have to wait until it weakens."

Mr. Moh gets furious. He gives even more money and says — "The destruction must not stop until everything is over."

Now, that negative energy began staying around Aarya from that very day. But since it couldn't enter her body — everything still seemed fine.

A few days later, Aarya started going to school again.

During all the days she was home — She kept thinking about Shyan every single moment. She dreamed constantly about seeing herself and Shyan together.

As soon as she reached school, she saw Shyan. She felt like running into his arms. But seeing everyone else around, she held herself back.

But for Shyan, it wasn't easy to control himself.

As soon as he saw Aarya alone in class — He went and hugged her.

Aarya didn't have the courage to touch him, but tears filled her eyes.

She felt — "I wish time would stop here... and I could stay in Shyan's arms forever."

Aarya's heart was beating so fast, as if it would burst out of her chest.

Her entire body trembled from Shyan's touch.

She was feeling extremely nervous.

Just then, hearing footsteps approaching, Shyan kissed her forehead and left.

Aarya's classmates had entered the room, but none of them saw anything.

But from a distance, Rara had seen Shyan leaving the classroom.

She already knew about her friend's feelings, but she wanted to hear everything directly from Aarya.

Today she said straight up — "What do you think, if you don't tell me, I won't find out? I know everything!"

Aarya, already nervous from Shyan's touch, just hugged Rara without saying a word.

Rara understood her feelings, and consoled her — "Everything will be okay... don't worry."
