Chapter 42 - Chapter 42: Dylan, You.

Chapter 42: Dylan, You.

Dylan was amazed at these little kids.

He couldn't help but wonder if he was also like Ron and the others when he was a child, so enamored with throwing tantrums.

But after taking a moment's consideration, he shook his head in private.

That was too long ago. He had lived two lifetimes and couldn't remember.

A group of people just walked into the Great Hall.

Before their butts got warm.

Quirrell had suddenly burst open the door, his face pale with fear, and rushed in.

"Troll! Dungeon, troll, there's a troll!"

Dylan was eating lamb chops.

He barely reacted to Quirrell's entrance.

But Harry next to him almost had his entire throat blocked by the mashed potatoes in his hand.

"Cough cough cough!"

Dylan gave him a glass of milk.

Harry smiled at Dylan and then gulped it down.

By the time he got over the coughing.

His little wizards, who were at first delighted, were all frightened and did not know what to do. Some could not help but yell.

The older students were slightly more restrained, but they too appeared shocked and sat up, looking for their wands.

For a brief moment, the entire Great Hall was in chaos.

But no one gave Quirrell any notice, who had fallen to the floor.

"Calm down!"

Suddenly, a firework in the color purple blew up at the head of the Great Hall.

Old Dumbledore suppressed all people's cries with his very loud voice.

"Amazing, this Amplifying Charm is cast so flawlessly!"

Dylan learned about the Amplifying Charm too.

In fact, he learned about some studies of many spells in reality.

It is not because he wanted to be greedy, but because he already had six max-level dark magics, so he was able to catch the concept of a lot of magics with analogy.

This made it easy for him to learn a lot of magics without needing him to study them for too long.

This way, even if he did not anticipate these magics to be studied to maximum level or advanced level at one time.

But at least, there will be a basic mastery of one to four levels.

This way, it will be almost like him becoming expert in a new magic.

So Dylan's principle is, no matter how high or low the level of the magic is, he would learn it first.

It's better to know than not to know.

And as for how much he knows, that's something to think about later.

Don't say that he knows everything, but is good at nothing, he knows everything and is good at everything.

In addition, magic is like more or less. He discovered this and maybe he will be encouraged in another direction, which will be an excellent development of abilities.

"All prefects, take your students back to the dormitory!"

The Great Hall was reverberating under the call of Old Dumbledore's voice.

Dumbledore and Ron looked at each other with not very good faces, obviously thinking of Hermione.

Dylan took the opportunity to study Old Dumbledore's expertise with the Amplifying Charm.

"Well. this ability would be at least level eight, wouldn't it? The voice is not just loud, but also so calm and gentle, with no noise or harshness."

Here came Ron's big brother, Percy, striding around among the small first-year Gryffindors.

"Get a move on, you, stop nibbling! Hello, you! Down with the Maggot Meringue and shift and get the team following you!"

"And you, what're you nibbling? Sizzling Pickled Slug? You're too old, you shouldn't be eating it! Stand up and let's go!"

The first-year Gryffindor young wizards were herded by Percy out of the Great Hall in a hurry.

Along the way.

Harry and Ron assembled.

They nudged in to Dylan too.

The two were nervous and looked at Dylan at the same time: "There really are trolls in the school? My goodness, this is incredible! And Hermione didn't come to the dinner just now. She probably doesn't know about the troll, is that correct?"

"This." Dylan paused, "She probably doesn't know."

Isn't this rubbish? They just learned about the troll. How could Hermione possibly know?

"Ah?" Harry opened his eyes.

Ron panicked as well, and ceased being clumsy anymore: "Then should we go find her?"

Dylan's gaze changed.

In fact, if he went to search for the troll immediately now, he was bound to meet other professors.

But if he joined Harry and the others.

"Forget it, I'll just use Avada Kedavra as Diffindo."

He had already changed his attack spell to pink starlight particles, much less simply to let Harry and these little wizards see his technique of casting.

Even if a professor were to pass by, he would have no idea what spell was cast.

And he would not leave a trace of practicing dark magic behind. Even if Harry happened to catch sight of him defeating the troll and tell what transpired to Professor McGonagall and others.

Others could not make up their minds what spell he used.

"We must get Hermione!" Harry was determined.

"Why are we hanging around, then? Let's slip out of the team!" Ron grasped Harry and Dylan's hands.

Dylan: "..."

I haven't made up my mind whether I am coming with you!

Thinking about the materials concerning the troll.

Ron and Dylan slipped out of the team, bending down.

"It's a pity my system did not give me the ability to domesticate pets."

Just as Dylan sighed.

Harry's voice: "Go that way."

"Where is that?" Dylan asked.

"I don't know." Harry was wide-eyed, looked around, and took Ron and Dylan around.

"..."

He had no idea what he was doing.

"Ow, someone! Shoo them away!"

Harry led a corner, just ran out, and immediately cowered back, taking Dylan to hide in the dark corner.

Ron rushed in too.

The movements were so fluid that it was obvious they already had experience with this kind of thing.

Dylan slapped his lips.

Then he saw a glimpse of a giant clump of black robes swooshing down the corridor beyond.

"It looks like Professor Snape." Harry and the others pulled back, sticking out half a head.

"Where in the world are we going to find Hermione now?" Ron was speaking softly, his eyes lighting up. "I just overheard that Hermione is hiding in the bathroom crying."

"Then let's go investigate." Dylan waited until it wasn't so noisy outside and pulled out his wand.

"Disillusionment Charm!"

The Disillusionment Charm is an advanced spell, and Dylan's skill level now is level five.

Though not like the old Voldemort and Dumbledore with such impeccable camouflage without the cloak of invisibility, just by using the Disillusionment Charm.

It's more than sufficient enough to deceive some young wizards.

There was a pink starlight particle effect.

Harry and Ron were astonished.

"Dylan, you..."

A deus ex machina manner in which to close the chapter. hehe
