The early morning sun pierced through the blinds of my window, a reminder that it was morning.... Already.
I shifted in bed, covering my head with the blanket, I knew that if the sun would hit me, it's over,, I would wake up.
I shifted to the other side, avoiding the Suns rays and getting more minutes of sleep, but then, as if the universe it's self was against me, my door swang open as usual.
Yup, it was Kate, probably standing at the door, barely dressed probably, I don't know, I didn't turn to look at her. I muttered up the energy to say, "get out .", I say rolling in the bed.
I hear movement, I thought she had left me alone to rest, she then calls to out to me.
"Hey, dipshit, look over here. " she says calmly, I turn to face her, not knowing what to do, then, with any warning or remorse, she opens the blinds to the window, blinding me with the morning light.
It's so bright that I fall off the bed, I get up and cover my eyes, looking for my glasses, I put them on, my vision slowly return.
"What the hell Kate, what is wrong with you! " I ask her, really annoyed and a bit angry.
Kate just stares at me, her eyes darting down before looking up again, she scratches her head, looking as unorganized as humanly possible.
"Breakfast now, don't be late jackass. "She says, marching out of my room, her hips swaying with each step, she looks back at me" and put on some pants, freak. " she says as she walks out.
I simply sigh, gathering my clothes from the pile, I put on my shirt and shorts, then, i finally feel the pain and tiredness from the night.
My inner thighs and pelvis hurt, my chest covered in welts that form blisters, I strail my finger against the welts, I flich at just how painful it is.
I then remember how Kate was standing, binding forward slightly, she looked like she was in extreme discomfort, but managed to hide it all, I really envy that about her.
I walk slowly, my steps measured and coordinated, I don't want to put pressure on my body, not after what happened the previous night.
I waddle towards the bathroom, today it's in a better condition, there's still water on the floor but better than any other day, I smell my breathe and it's not great.
I grab a toothbrush and start brushing, I look into the mirror and see the full extent of the bite mark Kate gave me.
It's swollen and red, I run my finger on it, flinching as a jolt of pain shots through me. I rinse my mouth and watch my face, I look back into the mirror, "I've woken up worse. " I say to myself.
I then examine the welts on my chest and.....god I need to keep them covered, or else people might think a cat attacked me.
I leave the bathroom and make my way to the kitchen, I descend slowly down the stairs, each step sending a jolt of pain straight to my slower half, I grit my teeth, trying to ease the pain.
I enter the kitchen, I see Kate on the dining table, doing her usual routine of eating and scrolling through her phone, she turns her head slightly when she hears me, but that's all I get.
I waddle to the table, taking a slow seat on te chair, I notice that Sophia isnt around, " hey Kate, where's Sophia? " I ask as I reach for the food in front of me.
Kate looks up from her phone, her expression the same as usual, "what you wanna start fucking older married women now? " she asks suddenly, surprising me a bit.
"Hey that's not what I.... " but before I could defend myself, she cuts me off completely.
"Anyway, if you wanna know, she went to her friend's house, something about them not feeling well or something." Kate says, her voice maintaining her usual 'I don't really care' vibe.
I sigh and start eating, I give her some quick glances, the morning is the same as always, with the exception that we're a little nicer towards each other.
I finish eating, stretching myself, feeling a new wave of pain shot through me, as I'm about to leave, Kate grabs my hand, her grip hard and firm.
She's still looking at her phone, "hey I need a favor. " she says calmly.
I swallow hard, not knowing what she could ask or want from me, I brace myself for what she's about to say, " umm like what? " I ask, my voice cracking a bit.
Kate puts her phone down, she turns to me, "I need you to come with me to the mall, I need someone drive me there, and my dear mom is gone, you'll sadly have to do." She says.
I blink a few times, "why can't you just drive yourself to the mail? " I ask her out of curiosity.
" Because I can't fucking drive you cunt?!!!, now stop asking dumbass questions and drive me there... And if you're good I'll give you a reward. " she says calmly.
I nod, not because I want to go, but because I don't really have a choice in the matter, also I want that reward.
Kate looks at me and shrugs, "horny loser. " she says, before walking away, she leaves her phone on the table, I use this opportunity to search what deep throating means.
"Wow I was completely wrong about deep throating, maybe..... ", I think to myself, then Kate screams at me from upstairs.
"Get your ass changed now, and if you're using my phone... Oh I swear to God!! " she says, scaring me a little.
I rush upstairs, passing Kate completely, she heads down stairs to grab her phone. "What was he on my... Wait a minute, oh interesting. " she says to herself.
After a quick shower and a looking for clean clothes, I'm finally prepared to escort Kate to the mall, though I have to wait for her since she takes forever to get ready.
After an hour and thirty minutes of waiting, she finally emerges, wearing a large sweater that barely covers her stomach and a pair of skin tight shorts, she's got air force one on her feet, her her is styled in whatever that is, I'm not into her.
I'm just in my casual clothing, feeling a bit underdressed, "took you long enough." I say.
"Beauty is gift that needs to be kept and cherished, not wasted, unlike you. " she says, walking past me.
She enters the chair and sits in the passenger sit, waiting for me to get in, I sigh and get into the drivers seat and drive off.
We head to the Brooklyn Mall, it's packed with people of literally all shapes and sizes, couples, teens, adults, college students, old people, you name it.
We walk around the mall, maintaining a distance between our selves, Kate then drags me towards a clothing shop, Barclay and Clegg is the name.
She pulls me in but we're stopped at the entrance by a tall beautiful woman, "sorry, only couples can shop today, its a special sell today. " the woman says.
"Well that not a problem cause we're a couple. " Kate says so calmly.
"Yeah we're a.... Wait what..... " I ask, but she jabs me in the ribs and looks at me, her eyes giving the 'I'll kill you if you ruin this for me' look.
I merely nod, the woman let's us in without further question. This wasn't how I expected today to go.
